一、设备简介

1. Equipment Introduction

本设备用于锅炉给水的除氧。

This equipment is used to deoxygenate the boiler feedwater.

1、本设备为热力喷雾淋水盘式除氧装置,由高压除氧器与除氧水箱组成,用于电站锅炉给水的除氧。在正常工作下,利用汽轮机抽汽或压力得到控制且具有安全泻放装置的汽源作为加热蒸汽,将进入除氧器的水加热到与除氧器运行压力相对应的饱和蒸汽温度,根据道尔顿定律,将溶于水的氧与二氧化碳等非凝结气体除去,达到标准规定的除氧水,储存在除氧水箱中,随时准备供给用水的需要。

According to the Dalton Law, it will eliminate uncondensable gases dissolved in the water, such as oxygen and carbon dioxide, etc., so that the deoxygenated water will satisfy the standard requirements. The deoxygenated water will be stored in the storage tank for supply at any time.

2、本设备适用于在设定、滑压力下作定压运行。定压运行时,备用加热蒸汽通过电动调节阀进入除氧器。根据除氧器内部的设定压力为0.147MPa.a,自动调节阀开度,以控制入口加热蒸汽量。

4、高压除氧器设有(A48Y-16C)型弹簧全启式安全阀作为泻放装置,安全阀的开启压力和数量见设备图纸。

5、在水箱筒体上设有2对就地磁翻板水位计,用于现场观察,还根据需要设有3对平衡容器,用于远方水位显示及报警、控制水位,当水位高于预定值时,及时发出高水位溢流放水信号,自动开启气动调节阀进行排水,以维持水箱中的正常水位,保证设备稳定运行。另设2对备用水位测量接口,便于用户根据需要设置水位控制仪表。

二、结构及原理

2. Construction and Function

1、高压除氧器按水流方向,由上而下,分为排汽区段,空间区(除氧区)和填料区段。主凝结水及补给水,以及各处合格的疏水进入除氧器水室内,在压差的作用下,经多只弹簧喷嘴,在压差的作用下形成射流喷射,形成伞状的水膜裙,加热蒸汽由淋水盘填料层侧面进入,在淋水盘间折流穿行,与入口水逐级相遇,进行热质交换。将入口水加热到与除氧器运行压力相对应的饱和蒸汽温度,溶解于水中的氧气及不凝结气体,自水中逸出,经除氧器(头)上部的汽水分离装置和排汽管汇集管,排入大气,排氧门可以根据出水含氧量指标的变化,及时进行调整开度,以保证在出水含氧量达标的情况下节能。入口水在空间区内完成一次除氧,在淋水盘层完成二次除氧。除氧水由除氧器自流而下,经下水管自由下落,汇集于除氧水箱内。除氧器端部还设有高加疏水管,为减少高加疏水对除氧器内件的冲击,设有不锈钢挡板,对进入的高加疏水进行汽水分离。这种除氧器的传热系数较高,可在较短的时间内将水加热到要求的状态,达到除氧效果。

The inlet water implements the first deoxygenation in the spray atomization section and finishes the second deoxygenation in the packing. The deoxygenated water flows down in the deaerator, passing through the water distribution pipe of the storage tank, It is collected in the storage tank. 2、除氧水箱由卧式筒体和两个封头焊制而成,水箱两端设有两个供检修和维护用的人孔。筒体内设有多道T型加强圈,以保证水箱的强度和刚性。除氧水箱内设不锈钢再沸腾辅助加热管,启动时或需要时,加热蒸汽通过沸腾管上的小孔,沸腾鼓泡,将水箱内给水进行再加热升温。水箱底部设有3个除氧水(下水管)出口,下水管顶部设有特殊的防旋涡装置,防止出水在给水泵处产生汽蚀。水箱侧面设有高位排水(溢流)管,当水箱水位超过高水位时,由DCS发出信号,开启气动调节阀进行高水位放水,以保证设备正常运行。在水箱上部还设有设有给水再循环接管,该管深入水箱上部空间,给水由管上诸多小孔均匀喷出,均匀的洒在水箱水箱面上,以减少水面波动,水箱上部可能滞留的气体,通过蒸汽连通管排至除氧

器空间内,直至通过除氧器顶部的排氧门排出,维持除氧器稳定安全运行。水箱上留有就地水位测量接口和远传水位测量接口,就地压力、温度和远传压力、温度测口,便于就地观察水位、压力和温度,并实现远方控制水位、压力和温度。

At the top part of the storage tank, there is equipped with feedwater recycle nozzle, this pipe is deeply inserted in the upper space of the storage tank, the feedwater sparges out through the holes in it and is evenly sprinkled on the surface of the storage tank to reduce the fluctuating of the water. The gas which may be detained in the top of the tank will be vented to the deaerator through the pipes connecting storage tank and deaerator, so as to maintain the stable and secure operation of the deaerator. 三、除氧设备的安装

3. Design, manufacture, installation and inspection of deoxygenating equipment

1、本设备的安装,应符合《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》,GB150-1998《钢制压力容器》,《电站压力式除氧器安全技术规定》,JB/T10325-2002《锅炉除氧器技术条件》及电力建设施工及验收技术规范(汽轮机机组篇)的规定。油漆,包装,运输按JB/T4711-2003《压力容器涂敷与运输包装》执行。

1). Design, fabrication, inspection, test and acceptance criteria of this equipment shall comply with the requirements of GB150-1998 "Steel Pressure Vessels", "Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology For Stationary Pressure Vessel " and JB/T10325-2002 " Boiler in addition to oxygen machine technique condition ",and under supervision of "Supervision Specification For Technology And Safety of Pressure Vessels"and The installation of the equipment shall be in accordance with DLJ53-81 "Construction And Acceptance Criteria of Power Plant Building (turbine)". Painting, packing and transportation of the equipment shall comply with the requirements of JB/T4711-2003 "Painting, Packing And Transportation Of Pressure Vessels".

2、现场组装的焊缝应符合设计图纸(设备系统图)技术要求中的规定。

3、水箱安装式就位找平,除氧器保持垂直。水箱的鞍座面及基础台板,在水箱就位前,必须清扫干净平整。滑动支座的滚体,位置安装应适当,滑动支座底板长圆孔在安装时,应在水箱膨胀方向留有足够的膨胀间距。滑动支座的地脚螺栓应采用两个螺母,第一个拧紧后,倒退一圈。再用第二个螺母锁紧。

When installing, the oblong hole of the movable seating support shall have sufficient expansion space in the storage tank's expansion direction. The anchor bolt of the movable seating support shall be fastened by two nuts, after the first one is tightened, unscrew it one turn, then use the second nut to tighten it up.

4、设备组装完毕后,保温前按图纸要求进行水压试验,若发现缺陷,及时采取措施处理,处理后再做水压试验,直至合格。

5、水压试验合格后,将设备内部清扫干净,外表面补涂防锈漆,然后进行保温施工,保温按设计院设计要求进行。

5). After passing the hydraulic test, clean the inside of the equipment, paint it with antirust paint according to the drawing, then perform thermal insulation, the thermal insulation shall be done as the design requirements of the Designing Institute.

6、检查设备内部部件完整、齐全,并按图纸安装正确。安装后,对各部件进行调试,各阀门开启灵活、可靠、无卡涩现象,动作准确无误。水箱在充水过程中,观察水位计指示准确。

7、安全阀在安装时,应先调整其开启压力,并应保证其灵活、无卡涩现象,关闭后,无泄漏现象。

8、(单室)平衡容器的水位高度,采用模拟信号,使其在水箱正常水位高度时,差压变送器输出的电流信号为0mA,水箱水位变化时,远方显示水位装置所显示的水位,与就地水位计保持一致。

9、气动高水位溢流调节阀用DCS信号试验,动作灵活、准确。与水箱水位保持一致,在高水位位置时,应发出高水位信号,开启气动电动调节阀放水。

四、除氧设备的运行

4. Operation of Deoxygenating Equipment

本设备的运行,由电厂根据热力系统的具体情况拟订运行规程。

The operation rules of this equipment shall be made by the power station according to the specific condition of its heating system.

本说明书所列,仅供参考。

运行方式要点:

The main points of its operation modes:

1、启动。

1,start.

在初次启动和经过较长期停用后启动,水箱内空洞无水,应首先经管道输入化学除盐水或凝结水。启动时,必须以打循环的方式加热存水。从水箱流出的水经过管道流向专用的再循环泵,升压后流向除氧器,打开备用汽源,在除氧器内加热再循环水,加热后此水流入水箱,如此往复,水箱内存水逐步加热升温,在除氧器内压力由大气压上升到0.147MPa.a时,可以做定压运行。启动时,适当开启除氧器上部排汽门、水位计、及平衡容器操作阀门,其它阀门暂时关闭。

2、转入正常运行

启动过程结束后,转入正常运行时,可以先通水侧,把来自低压加热器的主凝结水等水源通入除氧器水室,以进入除氧器除氧,可在0.147MPa.a下做定压运行,其余各进出阀门开启,除氧水箱的出水流向给水泵升压送入高加或锅炉。

当机组负荷升至20%时,应把汽源自动切换到四段抽汽,同时关闭备用汽源,除氧器自动进入滑压除氧。

在正常滑压运行时,加热蒸汽(四段抽汽)不需调节,主汽管不设调节阀。用户必须在备用汽源上设置蒸汽调节阀,当低负荷或需要投入备用汽源时,对备用汽源作压力调节,也可在此工作状况下做定压运行。

3、在升负荷至额定工况过程中,水位自动调节等各自动控制设施投入运行,并调整合适。调整排汽阀门开度在合适位置,注意观察各项仪表。

6、运行中需注意事项

6.Precautions in operation

6.1 加热蒸汽采用汽轮机低一级抽汽,不得采用高一级抽汽。当机组启动或低负荷运行时,可根据加热蒸汽参数(或另用辅助汽源)。确定除氧器的运行压力,如必须使用高一级抽汽时,应考虑十足的安全措施。本设备在任何情况下,严禁超设计压力运行.

6.1The heated steam shall adopt low-level extraction steam of turbine, not high-level extraction steam . When the unit is started or in low load operation, the operation pressure of the deaerator could be determined according to the parameters of the heating steam (or use another auxiliary steam source). If it must use high level extraction steam, adequate safety measures must be taken into consideration. In any cases, it is strictly forbidden to operate this equipment under the pressure exceeding the design pressure.

6.2 开进水阀向除氧器送水时,水量应缓慢地增加或减少,不允许有较大的突变,更不允许

有断水现象发生,运行压力应稳定,变化不应太快。

6.2. When opening the water inlet valve to feed water into the deaerator, the water flow shall increase or decrease gradually. 6.3 当滑压运行时,汽轮机应按规定的速率变化负荷,以使除氧器内压力平稳变化。

6.4 保持水位在正常水位线上运行,经常对照就地水位计与控制室内远方表记显示是否相符。

6.5 根据除氧器设备的运行压力,确定安全阀的动作压力,并做动作压力试验。

6.6 各自动调节装置、电动装置、阀门、水位计、压力表、温度计均应齐全、灵敏和可靠,并应经常进行检查。

6.7 按电厂规程规定,定时检测,并记录除氧设备的运行压力、温度、水位、含氧量及出力。

6.8 本设备严禁超过设计压力和设计温度运行。

五、除氧设备的检验

5. Inspection of the deoxygenating equipment

1、本设备的检验,按劳动部锅炉压力容器安全监察局(1990)《在用压力容器检验规程》要求执行,并进行常规检验。

1). The inspection of this equipment shall be performed according to the requirements of "Inspection Rules for the In-use Pressure Vessel" issued by the Boiler & Pressure Vessel Supervision Bureau of the Ministry of Labor, and perform routine inspection.

2、定期检验除氧器和水箱的筒体及封头的使用情况,应进行壁厚测量,计算年腐蚀率,估算设备寿命。如测量结果表明,除氧器的腐蚀已超过3.0mm,水箱的腐蚀超过3.0mm时,应进行强度校核,以保证安全运行。

If the measuring results show that the corrosion of the deaerator exceeds the specified value, or when the corrosion of the storage tank exceeds 3.0mm, strength calculation shall be carried out to guarantee safe operation.

3、定期检查设备筒体、封头过度区和其它应力集中的部位,经常注意水箱汽水界面及支座附近部位所有焊缝区域,是否有裂纹时,应认真分析其原因,采取适当措施,彻底清除,经探伤合格后,方能进行投入运行。

4、定期检查喷嘴是否脱落,淋水盘是否开焊、损坏。

六、除氧设备的停运保护

6. Protection of non operating deoxygenating equipment

1、停运时间较短时,可在所处状态下停止,水箱内保持正常水位,汽空间仍保持充满蒸汽。1,Stop the luck time shorter, Can at place the appearance descend stop, storage tank inside keep normal water level, The vapor space still keeps to be filled with steam.

长时间停运,如预计超过2个月,把水箱内的水和汽空间均排空,并充氮气。氮气压力应保持在0.03-0.06MPa之间。若没有条件抽真空,干燥后直接充氮气。

2、清理水箱内脏物与杂物

一、用途 天然水中溶有多种气体,在锅炉水给水中,氧对锅炉腐蚀的危害最大.为此国家标准GB1576-85“低压锅炉水质标准”中规定2吨/时以上锅炉必须除氧.真空除氧器的出水含氧量能满足标准的要求. 真空除氧器还可以用于石油钻井回注水的除氧及水处理脱硫工艺中氢离子交换器后除二氧化碳等多种场合. 0.2 104 0.02 三、工作原理给水和补给水的除氧是电站锅炉或工业锅炉防止腐蚀的主要方法。在压力容器中,溶 解于水中的气体量和水面上气体的分压力成正比,采用热力除氧的方法,亦即用蒸汽来加而溶解气体的分压力逐渐降低,水面上蒸汽的分压力就逐渐增加,提高水的温度,热给水,溶解于水的气体就不断逸出,当维持容器于一定的压力下,蒸汽加热给水达到沸腾温度,水面上全部是水蒸汽,溶解气体的分压力为零,亦即溶解于水的气体可被去掉。另一方面决定于溶解气体的除氧的效果一方面决定于是否把给水加热到沸腾温度了, 排除速度,这个速度与水和蒸汽接触表面积的大小有很大的关系。采用喷雾和填圈的方式,水通过喷咀被强烈地播撒成雾滴下落,与上升的蒸汽流相遇,雾化的结果大大增加了水和热蒸汽的接触面积,强化了汽水热交换的效果。雾状的水滴继续经无规则堆放的填圈层时,受到蒸汽的进一步加热,水迅速被加热,使溶解于其中的气体的排除速度也就更快,因此水在除氧器中停留的时间很短,而除氧效果很彻底。这样,与陈旧的淋水盘式热力除氧器相比,喷雾填圈型式的除氧器有下列优点:、由于传热效果的迅速而充分,在相同的体积时,喷雾填圈式就有较大的出力,或 1 者在具有相同的出力时,喷雾填圈式有较小的体积和重量,从而降低了钢材的消耗量。%变、除氧器的出力可以在很大范围内变动,除氧效果仍然保持稳定,当负荷从 2301 化至120%,出水含氧量始终小于0.1毫克/升,符合GB1576-2001《工业锅炉水质》标准规定。 3、由于强烈的汽水热交换,进水温度就不受限制,可高可低,甚至在较低的水温,例如室温情况下,出水的含氧量仍然符合要求。

卧式除氧器产品说明书 1 总述 卧式除氧器是目前国内外大型火电机组配套的结构先进的除氧器之一,它卧座在除氧器水箱上,比立式除氧器占空间小,它与水箱连接安全可靠,除氧器与水箱的连接为一根φ630×16的下水管和二根φ550×16的蒸汽连通管对接,故工地焊接工作量小,且接管的对接焊缝可进行热处理和X射线探伤检查,避免了立式除氧器与水箱采用马鞍形管座连接结构所致,工地装配焊接工作量多、难度大、要求高。焊缝不能进行热处理和不能用X射线探伤检查,致使立式除氧器与水箱的连接安全性较差等弊病。卧式除氧器与系统管道的连接均用焊接短管,在制造厂制造时便于用水压试验来验证除氧器的强度和密封性能,保证出厂制造质量。同时除氧器卧式布臵,可在除氧器顶部的长度方向布臵一个封闭式管式的凝结水进水室,只有这样的进水室才能布臵较多喷射凝结水的恒速喷嘴。使除氧器能适应机组在变负荷运行时要求除氧器处理的凝结水的量随机组负荷的变化而变化,从而实现了除氧器的滑压运行,保证除氧器在运行时安全可靠,在除氧系统中只有一根凝结水进水总管与除氧器进水室连接改变了立式除氧器在滑压运行时要求凝结水分路进除氧器状况。简化了系统,方便了操作为除氧器实现全自动控制创造了有利的条件。

2 用途 卧式除氧器是大型火电机组回热系统中重要辅机之一。它的主要功能是除去凝结中的氧和二氧化碳等非冷凝气体,其次是将凝结水加热至除氧器运行压力下的饱和温度,而加热汽源一般是汽机低压侧的抽汽及其它方面余汽、疏水等从而提高机组的热经济性,并将达到标准含氧量的饱和水储存于除氧器水箱中随时满足锅炉的需要,保证锅炉的安全运行。

蚀。 、设备规范 三、工作原理 给水和补给水的除氧是电站锅炉或工业锅炉防止腐蚀的主要方法。在压力容器中,溶解于水中的气体量和水面上气体的分压力成正比,采用热力除氧的方法,亦即用蒸汽来加热给水,提高水的温度,水面上蒸汽的分压力就逐渐增加,而溶解气体的分压力逐渐降低,溶解于水的气体就不断逸出,当维持容器于一定的压力下,蒸汽加热给水达到沸腾温度,水面上全部是水蒸汽,溶解气体的分压力为零,亦即溶解于水的气体可被去掉。 除氧的效果一方面决定于是否把给水加热到沸腾温度了,另一方面决定于溶解气体的排除速度,这个速度与水和蒸汽接触表面积的大小有很大的关系。采用喷雾和填圈的方式,水通过喷咀被强烈地播撒成雾滴下落,与上升的蒸汽流相遇,雾化的结果大大增加了水和热蒸汽的接触面积,强化了汽水热交换的效果。雾状的水滴继续经无规则堆放的填圈层时,受到蒸汽的进一步加热,水迅速被加热,使溶解于其中的气体的排除速度也就更快,因此水在除氧器中停留的时间很短,而除氧效果很彻底。这样,与陈旧的淋水盘式热力除氧器相比,喷雾填圈型式的除氧器有下列优点: 1 、由于传热效果的迅速而充分,在相同的体积时,喷雾填圈式就有较大的出力,或者在具有相同的出力时,喷雾填圈式有较小的体积和重量,从而降低了钢材的消耗量。 2 、除氧器的出力可以在很大范围内变动,除氧效果仍然保持稳定,当负荷从30%变

化至120%,出水含氧量始终小于0.1毫克/升,符合GB1576-2001《工业锅炉水质》标准规定。 3 、由于强烈的汽水热交换,进水温度就不受限制,可高可低,甚至在较低的水温,例如室温情况下,出水的含氧量仍然符合要求。 4 、从启动到正常运行的时间很短。 四、使用方法 1 、启动前先检查除氧器的附件,水位调节阀,水位警报器,蒸汽压力调节阀,水封装置(预先灌满水)及各种监督仪表是否已处于正常状态,不符合运行要求的应加以调整。 2 、启动水泵徐徐进水,记录进水温度与压力。 3 、打开水位调节阀前后阀门,将旁路阀门关闭。 4 、将顶部排气阀微开。 5 、打开水箱上部蒸汽加热管阀门,加热水箱内的温度。 6 、打开蒸气压力调节阀的阀门,供汽加热,记录进汽压力和温度 7 、当水位表中指示水位已达到正常水位(水位表1/2),水箱温度计指标为104°C左右时,启动给水泵,打开出水阀门供水,从启动至正常供水约半小时左右。 8 、除氧器在正常运行时,上部排气阀的开度约1/4 圈左右。 9 、关闭除氧器上部蒸汽加热管的供汽阀。 10、每隔一定时间化验进水、出水的含氧量,记录各种监督仪表的数值。 五、安装说明 1 、高位布置 由于大气式热力除氧器内除氧水温度较高,而锅炉给水泵进口处水压较低,为防止锅炉给水泵产生汽蚀,须将除氧器高位安装(除氧水箱最低水位与给水泵中心线间的高差不小于7 米)增加锅炉给水泵进口处的压力,消除水泵汽蚀现象。 2、系统安装图

TD调试软件使用方法 TDebug(文件名TD.EXE)是调试8086汇编语言的工具软件。TD主要用来调试可执行文件(.EXE文件)。它具有功能强、使用灵活方便、人-机界面友善、稳定可靠等特点,能提高工作效率,缩短调试周期。 1.启动方法 使用TDebug软件时,必须有以下文件: TD.EXE——可执行文件。 在DOS状态下键入TD即可启动TD软件。 例如: C:\SY86>TD 文件名 或 C:\SY86>TD F1-Help F2-Bkpt F3-Mod F4-Here F5-Zoom F6-Next F7-Trace F8-Step F9-Run 10-Menu 如果在键入TD之后又键入了文件名,则TD就将指定的文件装入以供调试;如果不指定文如果在键入TD之后又键入了文件名,则TD就将指定的文件装入以供调试;如果不指定文件名,则可以在TD的菜单操作方式下取出文件,然后进入调试状态。 2.窗口功能和操作 进入TD调试软件后,屏幕上出现五个窗口,系统现场信息分别显示在各窗口内。如上图所示。图中,第一行为菜单信息,最后一行为热键信息,中间即为

窗口信息。 窗口由五部分组成,利用Tab键可在各窗口之间进行切换。 ⑴CPU窗口: CPU窗口分别显示段地址寄存器cs、偏移地址、十六进制机器码和源程序代码。“?” 对应的偏移地址表示当前PC指针位置;用“↑”“↓”键移动光标可以使窗口上下卷动以便观察前、后的程序代码信息及地址信息; ⑵寄存器(Registers)窗口: 寄存器窗口显示所有寄存器信息。用“↑”“↓”键移动光标可以选中任一个寄存器。 选中寄存器后按数字键即会弹出一个窗口: 窗口提示输入数据。此时在光标位置处输入数字就改变了该寄存器的数值; ⑶标志窗口: 标志窗口显示各标志位的当前状态。用“↑”“↓”键移动光标选中某一标志后,按回车键即可改变该标志状态; ⑷堆栈窗口: 堆栈窗口显示堆栈寄存器ss的信息,包括堆栈偏移地址和堆栈数据。“?”对应的偏移地址表示当前堆栈指针位置;用“↑”“↓”键移动光标可以选择堆栈指针位置,然后按数字键即会弹出一个窗口: 窗口提示输入字数据。此时在光标处输入数字就改变了该偏移地址的数值; ⑸内存数据(Dump)窗口: Dump窗口分别显示数据寄存器ds、偏移地址、字节数据和ASCII代码。用“↑”“↓”“→”“←”键移动光标可以选择某一内存地址,然后按数字键会弹出一个窗口: 窗口提示输入一个字节数据。此时在光标处输入数字就改变了该内存地址的数值。 3.菜单操作与热键操作

一.简介 锅炉给水虽经软化或除盐等方法处理,使锅炉受热面不结水垢,但水中仍然含有氧和二氧化碳等其它气体,其中氧是一种主要的去极化剂,它的存在将促使锅炉设备及热力系统金属面产生腐蚀.这种腐蚀通常是局部性溃疡腐蚀,严重时使锅炉设备产生穿孔,从而影响锅炉设备及热力系统运行的安全性和使用寿命.为了确保锅炉安全经济运行,国家标准局颁发的GB1576—85《低压锅炉水质标准》中明确规定,锅炉额定蒸发量大于2T/H均要除氧。本装置为15T/H低压锅炉配套用的大气式热力喷雾式除氧器。它具有下列优点: 1、本装置不仅能除去溶解氧并能去除水中的游离的CO 2、NH 3、H2S等腐蚀性气体; 2、经除氧的水中不会增加含盐量及其它杂质; 3、它与其它除氧方法比较还具有稳定可靠。运行操作方便易控制。 二、工作原理 根据气体溶解定律(亨利定律)得知,水中溶解的氧等气体与其在液面上的分压力成正比(同时与水的温度有关),气体在水中的溶解度为: b=kp/p。 式中:b-气体的溶解度,mg/l k-气体的溶解常数,mg/l p-某气体的分压力,MPa P。-水面上各气体的总压力,Mpa。

在热力除氧中P。=P蒸汽+P O2+P CO2+… 由此可见,在一定压力下,提高水温,氧气在水中的溶解度降低;减小水面上氧气的分压力,促使水中氧气不断逸出。当水温达到对应压力下的饱和温度时,水面上的总压力等于蒸汽压力,氧气的分压力等于零,则氧气在水中的溶解度降为零。 本除氧设备装置就是根据此原理,将水加热到104℃,使溶解气体从水中逸出。给水由除氧头进水管进入经喷嘴雾化成细小水滴,受除氧头下部进入的蒸汽加热,使其达到在相应压力下的饱和温度,去除大部分溶解气体,再下落到拉西环不锈钢填料层达到除氧的目的。

一、系统构成 系统由一个EXE文件构成,打开系统时会自动建立Log和Project 目录。Log用于保存日志时的默认路径,Project用于保存工程文件 时的默认路径。 系统同时支持整体式和分体式的微波调试。 二、安装与卸载 本系统不需要安装,是绿色软件,直接复制MW Analyzer.exe即可。 卸载时直接删除MW Analyzer.exe和自动生成的Log和Project目录 即可。 三、图示方法 1、红点 红点是按F的当前值为横坐标,U的当前值为纵坐标画出的点,“” 表示最近一次红点的位置。 2、绿点 绿点是按F的平均值(30次)为横坐标,U的平均值(30次)为纵 坐标画出的点,“”表示最近一次绿点的位置。只有当F的当前值与 平均值之差小于5时才打印出绿点。

3、蓝点 在画板上单击左键即可,同时会把当前的坐标显示到OPERATION 中的X,Y中。也可以输入X,Y的值,点击画蓝点。 4、坐标 坐标是按F、U的真实值显示出来,默认的坐标范围是F:0430H-082FH,U:0640H-0A40H,如果显示的坐标不在此范围内时时,请单击按钮,系统自动按当前的F和U的值为中 心点输入到中,你也可以手动输入此值。设定好中心 点的值以后,单击按钮确认以后,系统即会重新设定起始坐标。 鼠标右键可以在当前位置上显示坐标虚线,便于查看坐标。 四、操作说明 1、SYSTEM(系统) OPEN(打开) CLOSE(关闭) EXIT(退出系统)

大气式旋膜式除氧器 一:概述 除氧器是锅炉及供热系统关键设备之一,每年因氧腐蚀而对锅炉给水管道、省煤器和其它附属设备的腐蚀造成的严重损失,已引起国家电力部越来越多的注意,电力部因此颁步了GB1576-2 001《工业锅炉水质标准》和《电站除氧器安全技术监察规程》,对除氧器含氧量提出了部颁标准,即低压除氧器给水含氧量应小于15цɡ/L,高压除氧器给水含氧量应小于7цɡ/L。 二、旋膜式除氧器用途及特点 1、旋膜式除氧器用途 旋膜式除氧器是种新型热力出氧器、除氧器按压力分为压力式除氧器各大气式除氧器,大氧式除氧器也称低压除氧器,热力出氧器作用是将锅炉给水中溶解氧及其它气体除去,防止和降低锅炉给水管道、省煤器等热力设备的腐蚀,保证安全、济经运行。 2旋膜式除氧器特点 2.1运行稳定、除氧效果好、低压除氧器除氧含量≤13PPb(部颁标准15PPb),高压除氧器除氧含量≤6PPb(部颁标准7PPb)。 2.2对机组负荷变化适应能力强,尤其是供热机组和滑压运行除氧器更具有优越性,可超出力30%运行。且溶解氧达到部颁标准。 2.3另外对汽、水分离网,旋膜管外型尺寸、起膜角度、填料层等通过实际运行,不断累计经验,取长补短使结构更完善。销出了以往除器排汽带水、填料脱落、除氧塔振动等缺陷。

三、旋膜式除氧器结构及原理: 除氧器的结构型式主要由外壳、汽水分离器、新型旋射起膜器、淋水篦子、规整液汽网、水箱组成。 1、外壳:是由筒身和冲压椭圆形封头焊制成。 2、新型旋射起膜器:由水室、汽室、 起膜管、凝结水接管、补充水管、疏 水接管和一次进汽接管组成。新型旋 射起膜器的旋射膜管内增加了水膜导 向装置,即使低负荷运行时也能强力 降膜,保持最佳的旋射膜裙。 凝结水、化学补水、经起膜管呈螺旋状按一定的角度喷出,形成水膜裙,并与一次加热蒸汽接管引进的加热蒸汽和由水箱经液汽网,水篦子上升的二次加热蒸汽接触被加热到接近除氧器工作压力下的饱和 温度(即低于饱和温度2-3℃)并进行粗除氧。一般经此起膜段可除去给水中含氧量的90-95%左右。 3、淋水篦子:是由数层交错排列的角形钢制件组成,经起膜段粗除氧的给水及由高加疏水在这里混合时行二次分配,呈均匀淋雨状落到装在其下的液汽网上。 4、规整填料液汽网:是由许多开状尺寸相同的单元组成的SW型网孔波纹填料,组成的一个圆筒体,该规整填料保持丝网波纹填料和孔板波纹填料的优点外,而且比表面积大,压降小,操作弹性大,分离效率高、能耗低,永远不脱落等特点。给水在这里与二次蒸汽充分接触,
