I read an interested piece of news on a newspaper today. According to Professor Richard Wiseman, only less than a quarter of the British achieved their New Year goals because they do it in the wrong way. He studied 700 volunteers who made a wide ranges of New Year goals, including quitting smoking, losing the weight, or gaining a qualification.
