5 Inspection and Acceptance
5.1 Piles check
5.1.1 PCC Pile quality inspection should include drilling, concrete mixing and perfusion inspection process,and fill in the following provisions should be the quality of inspection records:
1 Concrete mixing should measure the quality of raw materials, concrete mix, slump, concrete strength inspection;
2 Immersed tube should be checked before setting out piles bit error;
3 Immersed immersed tube should be checked before the vertical,Immersed tube should be checked before the final hole last 30s of the current, voltage;
4 Before the pouring of concrete Response to vertical hole, hole depth, hole bottom mud to inspect;
5 Should check the amount of concrete pouring and filling factor、pile top elevation and speed of vibration。
5.1.2 PCC pile top elevation, pile length, pile position, vertical deviation, coefficient of concrete filling, concrete strength, speed, extubation should check the provisions of Table, and Appendix B of this Regulation shall be the requirements of Table B good records.

5.1.3Each class should be retained for each group of concrete block not less than 3。
5.2 Quality pile testing
5.2.1Should be excavated in the pile after pile core soil 14d,Observed pile wall molding quality and measurement,excavation depth of not less than 3m。Check the total number of number of piles should be 0.2% to 0.5%,And each individual project shall not be less than 3.
5.2.2After the pile of concrete to age,should detect a low strain pile of concrete quality,detection of the number of not less than 10% of the total number of piles;The design level to Category or geological conditions are complex, less reliable Piles pile, sampling the number of not less than 20% of the total number of piles.
5.2.3For general engineering of the pile, the pile in the pile after 28d static load test;For complex geological conditions、pile of low quality and reliability,Pile and Pile Composite Foundation Method for Static Load Test should be used to be Detected,Detection of the total number of number of piles should be 0.2% to 0.5%,and each individual project shall not be less than 3.
5.2.4 PCC pile pile quality inspection standards should be consistent with the provisions of Table 5.2.4,and Appendix B of this Regulation shall be the requirements of Table B good records.

5.3 Acceptance of Quality
5.3.1 When the design of pile top elevation similar to the construction site level,Construction of pile foundation inspection shall be carried out after;When the design elevation below the top of the pile of the construction site level,foundations should be excavated to the design of acceptance after elevation。
5.3.2 PCC pile construction unit self-inspection should be conducted on the basis of qualified,and meet the following acceptance data:
1 Geotechnical Engineering Investigation Report、Pile Foundation Construction plans、Minutes of joint hearing tests, drawings and design、Design changes, etc.;
2 Quality certification of raw materials and
re-inspection report;
3 Figure Pile Surveying,including the review of visa pile single bit line;
4 Concrete quality inspection report;
5 Construction records and inspection records;
6 Quality inspection report of pile;
7 Bearing capacity of composite foundation or test report;
8 Foundation excavation to the design elevation of the pile wall thicknessChecks records and forming、Plan completed pile;
9 Project quality accident and incident investigation and handling of data.
5.3.3 PCC pile sub-project quality and acceptance of the conditions shall meet the following requirements:
1 Quality of raw materials should be qualified;
2 Acceptance of Quality of the inspection lot shall be qualified;
3 Should have a complete quality inspection file;
4 Low strain test results should be qualified,Bearing capacity of composite foundation or test results should meet the design requirements.

2 Terminology and symbols
