1 介绍
1.1 目的
This Installation and Maintenance Manual explains how to install and maintain the L120-10, L120-20,
and L120-40 actuators. Information on installation, disassembly, lubrication, and parts is provided.
1.2 User
Safety
Safety notices in this manual detail precautions the user must take to reduce the risk of personal
injury and damage to the equipment. The user must read and be familiar with these instructions
before attempting installation, operation, or maintenance. Failure to observe these precautions could
result in serious bodily injury, damage to the equipment, voiding of the warranty, or operational dif?-
culty.
Safety notices are presented in this manual in three forms:
a WARNING: Refers to personal safety. Alerts the user to potential danger. Failure to follow warning

L120 Series actuators operate without modi?cation in any rising or non-rising stem application for linear
action valves.
The actuators meet rigid safety requirements.The actuators are available in weatherproof,
explosionproof, and submersible con?gurations.
The actuators are compatible with a wide range of control options from stand-alone units with local push-
button to open standards-based DDC-100 networks with up to 250 actuators.
The actuators are designed with integral control packages including plug-in interconnect boards that
increase control functionality for stand-alone or networked units.
Durable torque overload is provided in both directions of travel.

2.3Inspection & Recording
Upon receipt of the actuator, inspect the condition of the equipment and record nameplate informa-
tion as follows:
1. Carefully remove actuator from shipping carton or skid. Thoroughly examine the
equipment for any physical damage that may have occurred during shipment. If
damaged, immediately report the damage to the transport company.
2. Record the unit nameplate information for future reference; i.e. ordering parts,
obtaining further information.
2.4Storage Procedures
NOTE: The following are our recommended storage procedures to retain maximum product integrity
during short-term storage. Failure to comply with recommended procedures will void the warranty.
For longer-term storage, contact Limitorque for procedures and recommendations.
2.4.1Short-Term Storage (less than 1 year)
Units are not weatherproof until properly installed on the valve or prepared for storage.
Store units in a clean, dry, protected warehouse away from excessive vibration and rapid tempera-
ture changes. If the units must be stored outside, they must be stored off the ground, high enough
to prevent them from being immersed in water or buried by snow.
1. Position the actuator in storage with motor and switch compartment horizontal.
2. Connect the internal heaters (if supplied) or place desiccant in the switch compartment.
3. Replace all plastic caps or plugs with pipe plugs and ensure that all covers are tight.
4. If the actuator is mounted on a valve and the stem protrudes from the unit, a suitable stem cover
must be provided.

4 安装说明
4.1 安全警示
a WARNING: 安装，操作，检修利密托克Ｌ１２０执行器之前，请仔细，完全阅读此安装维护手册
a WARNING: 意识到电气的危险，在打开开关盖及维护执行器之前关闭所有进线电源
a WARNING: 当安装或维护你的Ｌ１２０执行器时，注意高压容器关联的阀门或其它执行器
潜在的危险。不要在执行器被安装到一个正在提升阀杆的阀门上时拆下安装螺栓，
除非阀门阀门在全开位置并且管线里没有压力。
a WARNING: 不要用除了安装的手轮和离合器之外的设备手动操作执行器。强制使用
超出装置的额定值或者使用附属设备，诸如管钳，扳手等其它设备在执行器手轮
或者离合器上，这样会使阀门或执行器引起严重的自身损害和危险。
a WARNING: 当装在一个扭矩阀座阀门时，不要使用你的执行器。
4.2 安全惯例
下述检查将被履行到维护中安全操作Ｌ１２０执行器
? 如果可能，将电机安装到一个水平面。
? 保持开关部件的清洁和干燥
? 保持阀杆的清洁和润滑。
? 对于很少使用的阀门设定运行周期时间表。
? 仔细检查电机旋转的正确方向，如果电机驱动阀门方向错误，交换三相电机中的
任意两个导线，或者转换到直流电和单相电机转子接头。
? 使用一个阀杆保护盖。在压盖装到直行程阀门上之前应检查阀杆行程和间隙。
? 校验所有单元接线和应用接线图，国家和地方代码应保持一致。

4.3 先期准备

4.4 力矩开关
力矩开关的设计是为了在开和关方向保护执行器
CAUTION: 在打开限位开关或者使用力矩开关时，关闭所有进线电源。
? 不要使用磨损性的布去清洁限位开关及力矩开关的接触面。
? 不要将阀门扭转９０度，也不要让其碰动止动销，这样可能会损坏阀门。
NOTE: 如果执行器已加上扭矩，通过用手动操作装置来释放积累的力矩。
4.4.1 设定力矩开关
力矩开关已由生产厂按照订单上所列的必要扭矩和推力输出设置好。然而，如需要被
调整，请按以下步骤：
CAUTION: 大多数的执行器都带有一个力矩开关设定盘。
? 拆除或修改力矩开关设定盘将使执行器的保证期限无效。
? 在没有和ＬＩＭＩＴＯＲＱＵＥ服务部门取得联系的情况下，不要超出设定盘指示值。
? 在执行器有负载的情况下安装或调整力矩开关将失去扭矩的保护作用。
下述条款文字符合 Figure 4.1.
1. 将Ｌ１２０执行器置于手动操作模式。
2. 释放蜗杆弹簧上的负载。
3. 对于开和关两个方向，松开螺钉（Ａ）并将指示器移到希望的位置。
一个更高的数值表示一个更高的扭矩／或推力输出。
4. 拧紧螺钉（Ａ）。
5.电动操作阀门使其就座，并确保其关紧。
6. 如果需要，平衡力矩开关。

4.4.2 平衡力矩开关
下述条款文字符合 Figure 4.1.
1. 将执行器置于手动操作模式。
2. 释放蜗杆弹簧件上的负载。
3. 在重新安装力矩开关之前，注意力矩开关的开启和关闭设置。
4. 松开螺钉（Ａ），将两个指示器（Ｂ）置于＃１设定点，拧紧螺钉（Ａ），在这个位置
上，定位器的指针标记应加以调整。
5. 松开平衡螺钉，安装力矩开关，正确安装后，力矩开关的基座应于开关室壳体平
齐，并且要对准安装螺钉用的孔。
6. 装上安装螺钉。
7. 拧紧平衡螺钉。
CAUTION: 除非在处于平衡（力矩开关）的过程中，否则不应接触平衡螺钉。
平衡开关现已平衡，可以准备使指示器返回到原来的设定位置。
4.5 齿轮限位开关
CAUTION: 齿轮限位开关没有在出厂前预先设定，必须在将执行器安装到相应的设备
上后对限位开关加以调整。
? 在打开限位开关部件并且调整开关之前，切断所有的电源。
? 改进限位开关触点时参考相应的接线图。所有的Ｌ１２０执行器都带有１６接头的限位
开关，每４个转子上有４个开关，两个转子用于行程的终点指示，另外两个转子可
经调整后用于任何一个行程的中间点的位置指示。
? 不要使用磨损性的布去清洁限位开关的接头。
? 不要试图在限位开关里去修理传动装置，如果需要更换完整的齿轮结构组件。
4.5.1 设定限位开关
NOTE: See chart below for maximum number of drive sleeve turns for each unit size. The
intermediate shaft (B), shown in Figure 4.2, may take a considerable number of turns before rotor
trip occurs.

a WARNING: 潜在的爆炸危险。不要在一个易爆的环境里使用

2. 将执行器置于手动操作模式，使用手轮将阀门沿开启方向上旋转。
当操作阀门时，注意中间轴（Ｂ）的方向与需要被设定的转子方向一致。
3. 当阀门在全开位置时，使用手轮将其关闭一圈以使活动部件滑下。CAUTION: 对于更高转速（齿轮）装置，手轮转动一圈将不能
使活动部件滑下。在这些例子中参照阀门制造商设定需求。4. 推上设定杆（Ａ）并且旋转１／４圈，设定杆将被定在此位置上。
5. 如对触点进行改进，参照应用接线图。当转子与凸轮接合时，限位开关的触点
闭合。如果所设定的转子没有旋转９０度而操作转子，如第二步所述按照同样的方向转动中间轴，直到转子明显地脱离开关。转子现已被正确设定。6. 开关阀门前，按下并转动设定杆（Ａ）１／４圈，直到弹簧松开位置。将螺丝刀插
入中间轴以确保其不动。
CAUTION: 当设定杆完全在凹下的位置时不要操作阀门。这样
会使触点设定值丧失并且设定杆也会损坏。
7. 用手轮操作阀门至全“关”位置，向相反的方向转动手轮一圈以使活动部件
滑下。
8. 按照第四步至第六步设定其它转子。

4.5.3 触点的连接 （参照 Figure 4.2）
转子体可以被分开并旋转９０度以使每个转子的常开或常闭有不同的连接。
1. 拆下螺母（部件号＃８）和槽头机械螺钉（部件号＃５，开关的每一侧
共有两个紧固件）
2. 从背板上拆下整套触点组件。
3. 凸轮在凸轮轴上重新排列，以构成所需的触点连接。
4. 更换背板上的触点组件（确保记录器安装正确），
用机械螺钉和螺母小心地固定
5. 按照上述的步骤设定限位开关。
4.6 位置指示
4.6.1 就地位置指示
带有刻度的就地位置指示器是由原厂选定用以指示阀门位置，它在被安装到阀门上
时被加以调整。
设定位置指示器
1. 切断所有的输入电源并拆下限位开关部件外壳。
（部件号＃２００ Figure5.2).
2. 将阀门置于全关位置。
3. 松开固定指示器的圆头螺钉，将指针移至“０”位置，并重新拧紧螺钉，
指示器现已设定完毕。
NOTE: “触发器”（非连续性机械指示）型指示器由限位开关的行程终端转子来
驱动，此种型式的指示器在限位开关被调整以后将不需要做进一步的设置。
4.6.2 远程位置指示
安装Ｌ１２０执行器带的一个位置传送器（ＰＴ２０ＳＤ），输出一个４－２０ＭＡ信号到远程位
置指示器。ＰＴ２０ＳＤ响应输入１Ｋ（欧姆）电位计并且能够被供电１８ＶＡＣ或２４ＶＤＣ。要

NOTE: 在设定阀门之前，小齿轮已经被脱开以防止可变电阻器的损害。通过转动小
齿轮设定可变电阻器直到获得需要的读数。松开在可变电阻器背面的六角螺母并且
沿着小齿轮惰轮的方向滑动可变电阻器，直到齿轮被啮合。不要强制使齿轮啮合。
重新拧紧在滑动变阻器背面上的六角螺母，不要啮合齿轮直到装置和阀门已被设定。
校准位置变送器（ＰＴ２０Ｄ）
1. 将执行器置于中间行程，阀门在５０％位置。
2. 从ＰＴ２０Ｄ板上拆下电位计的配线接头，并且在电位计上测量从两端到
中点的阻抗。
3. 设定电位计到正确阻抗读数，松开在电位计螺杆轴上固定正齿轮的设定螺钉，
旋转螺杆直到到达一个５００欧姆的读数。
4. 拧紧设定螺钉并且将配线接头重新连接到ＰＴ２０Ｄ。
5. 使执行器全关。
6. í通过调整零点定位器校准零点位置直到读出一个４ＭＡ的信号输出到接线端子
＋ＶＥ和－ＶＥ。
7. ê将执行器全开。
8. 通过调整满量程定位器校准满量程位置直到读出一个２０ＭＡ的信号输出到接线端子
+VE和 -VE.
9. 如果需要重复第五步到第八步并且有规则的调整。
