各位领导,老师大家好:

我是来自二中高三英语组的,很荣幸能够代表二中高三英语组向各位老师和同行汇报交流一下我们组的一些不成熟的做法和尝试。今天我汇报的题目是《团结一心创佳绩,潜心研究谱华章》,共分为三部分:一.我们日常坚持的一些行之有效的方法。二. 三轮复习我们准备采取的一些措施。三.通过二模试题查找我们自身的一些不足。恳请大家批评指正。

一.我们一贯坚持的一些做法。

1. 坚持集体备课不放松,确保集体备课备出实效。一提集体备课,往往给人的第一感觉无非是形式上的一些东西,随便聊聊讲课内容,统一进度等等。而我们一直坚信:集体的力量远大于个人的力量。因此我们既保证了形式上集体备课,即每周三下午和周五上午各选出两节课全组十三个老师齐聚在集体备课室,同时也保证实质上的真正研讨,在组长江巨海老师的带领下,统一研讨接下来的两三天的讲课内容,讲课方法,试题内容,任务分配等,发挥集体的力量,保证所有老师在讲课内容和方法上的高度一致。

2. 上好先导课,发挥骨干老师的传,帮,带的作用。我们认为,集体备课只实现了讲课理论上的统一,要真正发挥其作用,还必须通过上课为依托,这就是先导课。我们每周坚持由四个连续多年送高三,成绩突出并且经验丰富的骨干老师固定时间和班级上先导课,通过他们的课堂来检验和落实我们集体备课的效果和内容,然后再利用半节

课的内容研讨他们这节课的优缺点,加以改进和完善,统一制成课件,供全组老师使用。这种做法从根本上保证了每个老师的讲课方法都是最好的方法,每节课堂都是高效课堂。

3. 各项任务明确到人,老师潜心研究,使备考形成体系。在高三伊始,我们就把各个专题任务下放到了个人,都是一个老教师带一个年轻教师。这样做的最大好处就是能让老师潜心研究,用心思考他所负责的那一部分。如负责词汇复习的老师,首先他们自己就要把3300个考纲词汇烂记于心,我们复习的时候就有了针对性,哪些属于考纲词汇,哪些又是超纲词汇,哪些考纲词汇我们已经让学生记忆了,练习了,而哪些还有所欠缺,需要继续练习等等;再比如负责作文的老师在平时的训练方面,也要清楚先练哪些作文,是图表作文,应用文还是话题作文,各种文体应该分别注意什么,哪些是学生的易错的表达,怎么样使学生的表达更加得体和自然等;负责单选的老师就要明确哪些是高考必考点,怎么有针对性地训练三大从句,时态语态,情态动词,特殊句式等学生必会的知识点。这样做的好处就使备考形成了一个完整的体系,老师们用心的结果自然是效率的提高。

4. 严格筛选题目,确保出题质量。质量好的题目会使训练事半功倍,差的题目会误导学生,浪费学生时间。我们坚持由负责老师出好题目后,全组老师统一先做完,对于质量不好的题目大胆舍弃替换再开条印刷。还经常把我们出的题目交给外地老师和专家审核,根据他们的反馈意见进行修改替换。

5. 老师们用心研究,切实给学生以方法指导。我们认为,学生英语

成绩的提高不能简单地靠时间加汗水这种方式的苦练,而老师也发挥着重大作用。在二轮复习中,我们群策群力,坚持给学生具体的方法指导,让他们学以致用,并且从中受益。例如,我们教给学生如何猜测词义,如何总结文章大意,如何推断作者意图观点,如何做阅读表达中的补全句子,如何写出更高级的作文句式,如何使自己的作文得体。学生们反映这些具体的方法让他们充满自信,受益很多。

6. 制作好讲评案,提高讲评效率。每次考试完毕,我们总是制定出详细的讲评案,上面既有每个题目的详细解析,也有提取的考纲词汇及用法,还有类似题目的变式训练。课下学生研读讲评案,上课老师主要以检查讲评案上的内容为主,然后点拨变式训练,这样就节省出大量的时间用来巩固学过的内容和训练新题目。

7. 实行面批交流,和学生进行情感方面的沟通。对于英语弱科或暂时成绩不理想的同学,我们一直坚持两个“面对面”,即面对面批改,面对面交流,一遍不行来两遍,三遍。经常有老师给学生谈话,补课,直到晚上七八点钟才下班回家。老师们的敬业和情感的付出有了很大的回报,很多原来英语不及格的学生在二模考试之中获得了优秀的成绩。

正是由于这些科学备考方法的坚持使用,我们的学生取得了进步,收获了付出后的喜悦。我们也体验着和学生一样的幸福和充实,下面简要介绍一下我们二. 三轮复习的一些打算:

1. 加大训练量,尤其是限时训练。让学生在平时的练习中磨练做题技巧,感悟我们教的方法,找到考场上的紧迫感,唯有限时训练能达

到这样的目的。

2. 继续抓好词汇,确保基础词汇人人过关。我们继续筛选考纲词汇,对于平时学生记得次数少,记得不牢的词汇增加浮现次数,利用好每节课前五分钟通过PPT展示这些词汇,严格要求,督促学生记住,记准。

3. 加大阅读表达的训练。阅读表达在前两轮复习中训练较少,导致了学生整体得分不高,三轮复习我们会加大这方面的训练,尤其是重视对学生方法上的指导及答题规范程度。

4. 利用好典型题目汇编,让其真正成为学生手中的“法宝”。一连几年,我们学校一直坚持在高考前一个月编写好典型题目汇编。内容涉及语法,词汇,完形填空,阅读理解,阅读表达及写作各个方面。由具体的方法指导,更有实战演习,通过做题落实这些方法,然后老师们齐心协力讲好“汇编”,指导学生用好,让其真正发挥最大作用。三.二模试题折射出我们的一些不足:

1. 写作方面:部分学生生搬硬套所谓写作高级句型及模板,写出的文章生硬,华而不实,反映了我们平时写作方面的指导有所欠缺,以后要加强写作得体自然方面的研究和训练。

2. 部分学生做题耐力不够,具体表现就是对于阅读理解的最后一篇,很多学生反映根本做不下去了。这与我们平时缺少正式的,规范系统的训练有关。
