引言
我院以引进高新技术为突破口，以信息化管理为先导，充分发挥技术优势，结合医院信息化实际情况构建云计算虚拟化平台。目前该平台运行稳定可靠，具有良好的经济性和扩展性，且成本低、易维护。
1 服务器虚拟化技术概述
服务器虚拟化技术（VMware vSphere ）由VMware 公司推出，被称为第一款云计算操作平台。VMware vSphere 技
术能将系统中应用部分和操作程序与底层分开，从而简化计算机操作流程。根据应用程序需求调配专用资源，并通过硬件服务器对系统资源实施有效管理。对比ESX Server ，VMware vSpher 可以承载更多虚拟机。
该平台主要由3部分组成： VMware ESX4、VMware vCenter 以及VMware Infrastructure CIient [1]。其中VMware ESX4负责整合硬件服务器资源，把硬件资源统筹合理分配到各虚拟机中，并保证全部虚拟机正常并行；VMware vCenter 负责VMM 的管理与整合，提升虚拟构架的可见性，进行可视管理，集中控制，充分发挥VMware vCenter 的优势；VMware Infrastructure CIient 是一款管理客户端的应用

基于VMware vSphere 云计算技术构建医院虚拟化信息平台
Construction of Virtual Hospital Information Platform Based on VMware vSphere Cloud Technology
[摘 要] 目的 利用虚拟化技术整合医院业务信息系统，优化医院管理，保证医院业务系统的稳定运行。方法 使用VMware vSphere 云计算将多台物理服务器组建成高可用性（HA ）集群，将医院信息系统原有的21台服务器缩减至7台，再根据具体应用重新分配服务器工作任务。结果 大大提高了硬件服务器的资源利用率，为医院节约了建设成本，并且使系统易于管理和维护。通过HA 的构建，有效地保障了医院各信息系统运行的连续性、稳定性及系统安全。结论 集团化医院虚拟化信息平台的建设，实现了集团医院内各医院资源的高度共享、统一调度，提高了医院现代化管理水平。

Abstract: Objective Using virtualization platform to integrate hospital information system, this study optimizes hospital management and ensures the stable operation of the hospital business system. Methods With VMware vSphere, this study assembled several physical servers into a high availability (HA) cluster and integrate system hardware resources, which reduced the number of servers to 7 from original 21. Then, server tasks were redistributed according to specific application. Results Resource utilization of hardware servers was improved greatly, which saved the construction cost for hospital and made management and maintenance easy. The construction of HA guaranteed the continuity, stability and security of each hospital information systems effectively. Conclusion Grouping virtual hospital information platform realized resource sharing and unified dispatches among the group hospitals, and enhanced the hospital modern management level.
