四川某锂辉石矿选矿试验研究

锂辉石为铝硅酸盐矿物,与其共生的脉石矿物云母类、长石类等也为铝硅酸盐矿物,表面性质相似,药剂作用选择性差[1]。目前锂辉石浮选主要为正浮选,在NaOH形成的高碱性介质(pH值11~12)中,再辅助添加Na2CO3,脂肪酸及其皂类作为捕收剂[2],但碱用量过大,回收率会有所下降,试验中需控制好NaOH用量、搅拌时间等因素,使矿浆中的硅酸盐矿泥形成一定量Na2SiO3,这些“自生水玻璃”是一种无机调整剂,可提高锂辉石的选择性[3-5]。在锂辉石浮选新药剂开发方面,王毓华等[6]利用新型两性捕收剂YOA-15浮选锂辉石取得了较脂肪酸类捕收剂更好的效果。何建璋[7]采用YZB-17浮选锂辉石,浮选指标明显提高。这些药剂大多为选择性好的螯合捕收剂,其价格昂贵,导致生产成本高。

川西某大型锂辉石矿床,矿石储量较大,Li2O品位1.48%左右,具有显著开发利用价值。由于矿石风化严重,含泥量大,地处高海拔地区,常年温度偏低,导致生产现场锂辉石选别困难,回收率偏低,在65%左右,尾矿品位高于0.45%,造成资源极大浪费。为合理开发该锂矿产资源,为生产现场进行流程改造提供技术依据,针对性地对其进行了工艺矿物学、新型脱泥方案及新型低温捕收剂研发的选矿试验研究。

1?实验部分

1.1 矿石性质试验所用矿石为四川某地低品位难选锂辉石矿,属长石-锂辉石型伟晶岩型,对矿石标本薄片进行显微镜观察研究,结合X射线衍射分析,确定矿石中主要矿物为锂辉石,有少量锂绿泥石、锂角闪石;脉石矿物主要有长石类、石英、云母类、绿泥石、角闪石、褐铁矿等,其中锂辉石矿物含量20.5%、石英31.0%、钠长石34.1%、钾长石11.0%,云母类

2.3%。矿石中的锂辉石粒度粗细不均,最大颗粒达40 mm,细粒不足0.05 mm,磨矿过程中易发生粗粒过粉碎。

锂辉石原矿多元素分析结果(%)为:Li2O,1.47;K2O,2.16;Na2O,3.74;SiO2,70.50;MgO,0.039;Al2O3,

摘?要?四川某大型锂辉石矿床矿石风化严重,含泥量大,常年温度偏低,导致生产现场锂辉石选别困难,回收率偏低,为有效回收该矿产资源中的锂矿物,对其进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,采用沉降脱泥方案进行预先脱泥,配合添加高效混合捕收剂YHZ浮锂,在原矿Li2O品位1.47%的条件下,经1粗2扫3精、中矿顺序返回的浮选闭路试验获得Li2O品位6.12%、回收率86.01%的锂精矿。试验结果为生产现场进行流程改造提供了技术依据。

Abstract A large-scale spodumene ore deposit from Sichuan was in low temperature of the whole year, the ore was seriously weathered and contained high amounts of mud, it was very difficult for dressing in production field and it had low recovery rate of Li2O. Beneficiation process were made on this spodumene ore to effectively recover the valuable minerals. The results showed that, adopting the technical conditions of settlement desliming process before flotation, a new special combined collectors YHZ was added in flotation, the closed circuit flowsheet by one stages of roughing,two stages of cleaning and three stages of scavenging for flotation of Li and returning of middling in turn. Then, concentrate with Li2O grade of 6.12% at a 86.01% Li2O recovery was achieved which based on the raw ore contained Li2O 1.47%. The flotation results provided the technical foundation to reform the production process.
