Nowadays, with the improvement of our living standards, we focus more on health and healthy living. What troubles me is that there are several factors that get in the way toward our healthy condition.
The first is limited time. In our fast-paced world, time is always not enough because of the enormous work that has to be done. So we intend to choose fast food, which often contains high calories and results in fat, in order to save time. What makes the matter worse is that, we even have no time left to do exercise. Taking on any kind of sports needs chunks of time. Drowned in endless work, usually we sit still after meals till time to sleep during which period fat is growing without realization. Limited time really restricts our behaviors and choices for living in many aspects.
The second is stress. I am really concerned about insomnia, anxiety and melancholia that relate to high stress.
