Start with a basic program that you can complete three or four times a week. This should include five main steps:

--A beginning warm-up for about 5 minutes.

--A little bit faster periods of 5 minutes at medium level.

Task 3(42-46)

Job interviews are unusual types of conversations because they are not really exchanges of information: the interviewer often has much of the information available in the job application or resume. The job applicant is asked to further explain some of the information, but the interview is really more of an opportunity to find out how well the applicant presents himself or herself. The interviewee should explain and offer information rather than just give “yes” or “no” responses. A team of interviewers often work together to ask questions and evaluate the prospective employee.

Remember that you are being evaluated from the moment you step into the interview room. Consequently

●Walk in quickly and cheerfully,

●Shake hands firmly because a limp handshake creates an image of a weak

applicant,

●Repeat the person’s name as you are introd uced and look him or her directly in

the eye, and

●Sit when invited to do so, pushing yourself well back in the chair, making

yourself comfortable and avoiding folding your arms across your chest.

42. How can the interviewer know something about the applicant before the interview?

From his or her_____ ____ or ___.

43.What is the major purpose of the interview?

It is for the interviewer to find out how well the ___ ___ himself or herself.

44.What should an interviewee do when answering questions?

He or she should ___ and ___ more information instead of ___ “yes” or “no” responses.
