（During the chase，Angharad dies accidentally. The rest of the girls are devastated.）

Cheedo：He’ll forgive us！I know he will！
Capable：There is no going back！
Cheedo：We were his treasures！
Capable：Cheedo！
Cheedo：We were protected. He gave us the 6）high life. What’s wrong with that？
Girls：We are not things！Cheedo，we are not things！We are not things！
Cheedo：I don’t want to hear that again！
Capable：They were her words！
Cheedo：And now she’s dead！
Dag：You’re not going back to him.
Cheedo：Angharad！

（The group takes in the downhearted Nux and continues its journey. In the middle of the night，Max is awakened by a nightmare.）

Max：How do you know this place even exists？
Furiosa：I was born there.
Max：Why’d you leave？
Furiosa：I didn’t. I was taken as a child. Stolen.
Max：You done this before？
Furiosa：Many times. Now that I drive a war rig，this is the best shot I’ll ever have.
Max：And them？
Furiosa：They’re looking for hope.
Max：What about you？
Furiosa：7）Redemption.
（大家接纳了心灰意冷的纳克斯，继续逃亡之旅。半夜里，麦克斯被噩梦惊醒。）
费罗莎：没事的，睡吧，休息一下。

Valkyrie：This is our Furiosa. How long has it been？
Furiosa：Seven thousand days. Plus the ones I don’t remember.
Mother B：Furiosa，what happened to your mother？
Furiosa：She died. On the third day.
Mother C：From where did you come？
Furiosa：The west. 8）Citadel. Beyond the mountains.（Everyone gets off）
Mother D：The men！Who are they？
Furiosa：They’re reliable. They helped us get here.（Women from both sides soon get close with each other）I can’t wait for them to see it.
Keeper：See？See what？
Furiosa：Home. The Green Place.
Mother E：But if you came from the west，you passed it.
Dag：The crows. The creepy place with all the crows.
Mothers：The soil. We had to get out. We had no water. And the water was 9）filth. It was poisoned. It was 10）sour. And then the crows came. We couldn’t grow anything.
Girls：Where are the others？
Mothers：What others？
Girls：The Many Mothers.
Mothers：We’re the only ones left.
（At night）
Cheedo：Look.
Mother A：That’s what you call a satellite.
Toast：Miss Giddy told us about those. They used to 11）
bounce messages across the earth.
Cheedo：Shows. Everyone in the old world had a show.
Toast：Do you think there’s still somebody out there？Sending shows？
Cheedo：Who knows？
Valkyrie：Those are the plains of silence.
Dag：Stay right where you are，little Joe. Kind of lost its 12）novelty out here.
Keeper：You having a baby？
Dag：13）Warlord Jr. Gonna be so ugly.
Keeper：It could be a girl.
Dag：（looking at Keeper’s gun）You kill people with that，do ya？
Keeper：Killed everyone I ever met out here. Headshots，all of ’em. 14）Snap. Right in the 15）medulla.
Dag：Thought somehow you girls were above all that.
Keeper：Come here. Take a peek. Dag：Seeds！
Keeper：These are from home. 16）Heirlooms. The real thing. I plant one every chance I get.
Dag：Where？
Keeper：So far，nothing’s took. Earth’s too sour.
Dag：Ah，so many different kinds.
Keeper：Trees，flowers，fruit. Back then，everyone had their fill. Back then，there was no need to snap anybody.
（众人终于遇上众母一族，费罗莎迫不及待地想再次看到绿地。）
费罗莎：是我。
甲母：眼睛有点像，也许真是杰巴莎的孩子。
瓦尔基里：我们的费罗莎回来了。我们分开多久了？
费罗莎：七千个日夜，还有数不清的零头。
乙母：费罗莎，你母亲怎么样了？
费罗莎：她去世了，第三天就走了。
丙母：你们从哪里来的？
费罗莎：西边，末日堡垒，在山那边。（众人下车了）
丁母：有男人！他们是什么人？
费罗莎：他们靠得住，帮我们一路来到这里。（两边的女性迅速打成一片）我真想让她们快点看到那里。
守望者：看到？看到哪里？
费罗莎：我们的家，绿地啊。
戊母：但如果从西边来的话，你们已经路过那里了。
达格：那些乌鸦。那个满天乌鸦的阴森之地。
众母：土地出问题了。我们必须离开。我们没水了。水被污染了。水里有毒。散发出恶臭。然后乌鸦来了。什么东西都种不活。
众女：其他人呢？
众母：什么其他人？
众女：众母一族的其他人。
众母：只剩下我们几个了。
（当晚）
奇多：瞧。
甲母：那就是所谓的“卫星”。
托丝特：吉迪小姐跟我们讲过。它们以前会将信息传递到世界各地。
奇多：还有节目呢。在旧世界，每个人都有一个节目。
托丝特：你觉得外面还有人吗？发送节目什么的？
奇多：谁知道呢。
瓦尔基里：那边只有一片寂静。
达格：好好呆着别动，小乔，你在这里已经不是稀罕货了。
守望者：你有孩子了？
达格：军阀二世，肯定会很丑。
守望者：也许是个姑娘呢。
达格：（看着守望者的枪）你用那杆枪杀过人吧，对不对？
守望者：在这里遇到的外人，我统统毙了。每个都是爆头，“啪”的就是一枪，正中后颈。
达格：我还以为你们这群姑娘不需要杀人呢。
守望者：过来这里。你看看这个。
达格：种子！
守望者：这是从家里带出来的。传家宝呢，货真价实的种子。一有机会我就会种上一颗。
达格：种在哪儿？
守望者：到现在为止，一颗都没种活。土地太酸了。
达格：噢，还有好多不同品种呢。
守望者：有树种、花种和水果的种子。从前每个人都能自给自足，根本没必要杀人。
这是你们回家的路。
This is your way home.
（Max decides to leave the group and make his own way，but the nightmare haunting him suddenly gives him the insight. He catches up with Furiosa.）
Max：All right. （Pointing at a spot on the map）This is your way home.
Furiosa：We go back？
Max：Mm.
Toast：Back？
Max：Yeah.
Dag：I thought you weren’t insane anymore.
Mother A：What are they saying？
Mother B：He wants to go back from where they came.
Furiosa：The Citadel.
Mother C：And what’s there to find at the Citadel？
Max：Green.
Toast：And water. There’s a ridiculous amount of clear water. And a lot of crops.
Dag：It’s got everything you need，as long as you’re not afraid of heights.
Keeper：Where does the water come from？Toast：He pumps it up from deep in the earth. Calls it aqua cola and claims it all for himself.
Dag：And because he owns it，he owns all of us.
Keeper：I don’t like him already.
Valkyrie：It’ll take two weeks to skirt the wall of mountains.
Max：No. I suggest we go back the same way we came. Through the canyon.
Toast：It’s open. We know that，right？He brought all his war parties through.
Max：So we take the war rig，and we charge it right through the middle of them. We can 17）decouple the tanker at
the pass. Shut it off behind us.
Furiosa：And how exactly do we take the Citadel，assuming we’re still alive by then？
Toast：If we can block the pass，it’ll be easy. All that’s left are his war pups and war boys too sick to fight.
Capable：And we’ll be with Nux. He’s a war boy. He’ll be bringing us home，bringing back what’s stolen，as he’s meant to.
Nux：Yeah. It feels like hope.
Keeper：I like this plan！We can start again！Just like the old days！
Max：Look，it will be a hard day. But I guarantee you that 160 days ridin’that way，there’s nothin’but salt. At least that way，you know，we might be able to―together―come across some kind of redemption.
（麦克斯决定离开，与众人分道扬镳――但那个一直缠着他的噩梦突然让他明白了什么，他连忙赶上费罗莎。）麦克斯：好吧，（指着地图上的一处）这是你们回家的路。
费罗莎：我们往回走？
麦克斯：嗯。
托丝特：往回走？
麦克斯：没错。
达格：我还以为你疯够了呢。

乙母：他想走回头路，回去原来的地方。
费罗莎：回堡垒。
丙母：堡垒里有什么东西？
麦克斯：绿色。
托丝特：有水。那里的净水多得惊人。还有很多庄稼。
达格：只要你不恐高，那里面应有尽有。
守望者：这水是从哪里来的？
托丝特：老乔从地下深处抽上来的，取了个名字叫“可乐净水”，宣称那都是他的水。
达格：因为控制了水源，他就控制了所有人。
守望者：我已经开始讨厌他了。
瓦尔基里：从山那边绕过去，这得走上两周。
麦克斯：不，我建议大家原路返回，穿过峡谷。
托丝特：那条路谁都能走，大家都知道的，对不对？老乔把他的战队全都带过来了。
麦克斯：所以我们开着战车，从他们中间直接冲杀过去。我们可以在路口卸下油罐，把后路封死。
费罗莎：假设我们能活到那时候，我们怎样才能夺取堡垒？
托丝特：如果能堵上路口，那就简单了。堡垒里面只剩下他的小崽子和一群病得毫无战斗力的战郎。
凯普玻：而且我们可以带上纳克斯。他是个战郎，要带我们回家，将被偷走的我们带回去正是他的使命。
纳克斯：没错，这感觉能行。
守望者：我喜欢这个计划！我们可以重头开始！就像过去一样！
麦克斯：瞧，这会是艰难漫长的一天。但我敢说，朝那边，即使骑行160天，除了盐，你什么也找不到。而往这边，你知道，至少我们――齐心协力的话，我们还有可能得到某种救赎。
