1.Safety Control
工程安全情况
着重对现场文明施工整治等重点管理，对发现的各种不安全情况，及时进行纠正并发出书面整改通报，要求限期整改，整个施工现场的安全施工处于在控、受控状态，但整个现场的文明施工存在以下问题：
We give prominences on civilization work on the site, to unsafe occasions, correct it immediately and the construction unit should send the correction notification in literal, and rectify it in time. Therefore, construction on site is under control. However, on the civilization construction status, following problems exists:
石灰石粉制备系统改造工程：
Limestone crushing &. transportation system:
目前工程已进入设备调试阶段，但试运现场还未设置安全警示牌，设备及管道还未设置标志铭牌，以前拆下来的旧设备、临时水管、建筑材料等还未完全清理干净。
At present, it is the equipment commisioning period, there is no warning board, equipment and pipeline name plate is not set on the site, dismantled equipment, temporary water pipe and construction material is not cleared up.

脱硫工程
Desulfurization project
（1）施工用电：现场施工电源线及点焊机二次线布置凌乱、部分配电箱未上锁、无防雨措施，粉仓制作时金属容器内未使用安全电压照明，存在施工用电安全隐患。
(1)Construction electric use: power source line and spot welding machine secondary
line is in a mess, some distribution box is not locked no water-proof measure.
While fabricating the powder silo, safety voltage lighting equipment is not used in this metal container, there is unsafe potential on electric use.
（2）烟道井架爬梯平台制作安装及吸收塔外喷淋管安装时，高处焊接作业无防焊渣飞落措施且下方有易燃物品，存在火灾安全隐患。
（2）While fabricating and installing head frame of flue duct and spraying pipe installation at exterior of absorption tower, welding work on height, no protection measure to prevent welding slag splashing down, and there is inflammable articles under, there is potential of fire accident.
（3）现场各种建筑材料、垃圾还未完全清理干净，有的地方烟头遍地，严重影响现场文明施工形象。
(3)Construction material and garbage was not cleared up, cigarette butt is all over,
affecting civilization image of the site.

2.现场施工存在问题：
Problems on the site
2.1脱硫施工现场文明施工差，弃土及施工垃圾应及时清理。
2.1 In the desulfurization site, the civilization image is not satisfied, construction soil and garbage should be cleared up on time.
2.2 烟囱防腐即将开始施工，交叉作业较多各施工队应加强安全管理，防止事故的发生。
2.2 Chimney anti-corrosion will be started, there will be many cross work, all construction teams should strengthen on safety management to prevent accident.
