浅议建筑工程中施工技术及管理措施
摘要：对于施工企业来说，有效提高施工技术管理水平，能直接体现出一个企业的整体水平，因而具有非常重要的实际意义。注重技术管理，提高管理水平对企业经营管理好坏与否具有非常重要的意义。笔者结合多年的建筑施工技术管理经验，介绍了施工技术管理的重要性，并就如何加强施工技术管理提出了若干意见。
