审核注意点(Audit Notes)
（1） 不是所有问题都需填写,考核人员要将考核要素归类并记下其状态(All questions do not have to be completed, the auditor
will rank the element and describe the condition.)
NA=回顾质量体系后该项元素不适用(NA=Not an Applicable element for the Quality System after review..)
（2） 所有将要被审核的供应商都应被通知（在审核前必须将该调查表传真或发邮件给供应商）(The supplier must be notified before the on site audit)
(3) 对于严重不符合项,就算分数达到要求仍不能列为合格供应商,比如质量、技术、产能方面的要求等.(For material nonconformity,
e.g. quality, technical and capacity requirements,etc, any area failing to meet the minimum requirements can
disqualify the supplier.)
