八年级上册英语教学工作总结 一学期的时光转瞬即逝。在自己第一年的工作中,有过辛酸,有过彷徨,也有收获,在荆棘中坎坷而行。幸运的是,有学校领导的关心帮助和老师们的大力支持,我较好地完成了我的本职工作。为了能在以后的工作中更好的发挥自己的优势,特总结前段工作如下:今年,我作为一个应届毕业生,担任了八年级(9)班的英语。经过半年的学习,一部分学生进步很大,但部分学生基础很差,单词基本不会。他们的学习目的不明确,不爱学,他们不敢开口讲英语,更不懂英文写作;再加上本国语影响,这些学生要学好英语很不容易。英语是中学生的一门主课,无论是学校、家长还是学生都很重视它,但是不少学生觉得这门功课单调枯燥,学起来吃力,甚至有不少学生放弃了它。究其原因,是学生对英语学习的接触面小,说练机会少,以及它与中文的部分反差等的诸多因素,使得学生对英语学习常常存在“厌、怕、弃”的不健康心理,这使得我不得不改变教学方法。(一)、确立与新课程相适应的教育观念 学生是学习的主体,老师不能代替学生读书,代替学生感知、观察、分析、思考,代替学生明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。于是,我改变“一言堂”,把课堂还给学生,形成师生交往、积极互动、共同发展的教学过程。 (二)、努力建立融洽的师生关系 相当来说,初中生比小学生独立性强,自尊心也逐渐增强,渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重,互相信任,才能建立起友好关

系,从而促进学生学习的兴趣。所以我必须树立正确的学生观,正确认识学生的主体地位。其实我个人本身也是一个优势,由于刚毕业,也仍脱不了很多方面的学生气,与学生相处起来会更融洽。所以,上课时我是学生的老师,循循善诱和激发学生学习的积极性,大胆求异创新;课后我却成为他们的好朋友,无话不谈,亮起心灵之光;生活上,给予他们最及时的帮助,关怀备至。 (三)、成绩方面 经过努力,部分学生的学习成绩有所提高,但并不是特别理想。很大的原因也是由于自己刚参加工作,没有什么实战经历,也就更谈不上什么丰富的教学经验,自己其实也只是处于一个摸索阶段。马上期末考要来临了,不仅学生,包括我的心里也是十分的忐忑,但无论成绩高低,都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。这并不是最重要的,重要的是今后我要如何自我提高,如何提高我班的英语水平。 总之,在逝去的一学期中,有过收获,也有失落。但人家都说,刚毕业的大学生参加工作都是满怀激情,干劲十足,不错,的确是这样。在以后的工作中,我将继续怒路,力争佳绩。我就要用自己的这种满腔热情,去点燃学生的学习之光。

八年级上册英语教学反思 铁山中学杨金华 教学反思1 虽然八年级学生对英语学习已具备了情感储备,对英语学习不再陌生,为学习本单元提供了主观条件,具有了一定的语言基础;对一般现在时、一般现在时的部分时间状语在七年级就已掌握,为本单元学习和教学目标实现搭好了平台。但是,学生经过暑假的休息,久违了英语课堂,一开始肯定会有些不适应。如注意力不集中、思维不活跃、课堂纪律较难控制等。根据以往的教训,此时花再多的时间煽激情、讲纪律也于事无补,那样反而会使课堂更加枯燥乏味,让学生打不起精神,降低学习兴趣。如果按常规上新课——教生词、记短语、操练句型、讲析语法,有可能出现因课堂内容多、知识难度与思维跨度大,而导致大多数学生感到紧张、压抑,一时难以接受新知识,最终产生厌学情绪。再者,如果不能很好的调动学生的学习积极性,他们就无法做到积极主动学习,随之,课堂将会死气沉沉,导致整节课以失败而告终。这样的教学肯定不能实现教学目标、达到“第一堂课”的教学愿望! 教学反思2 上好一堂课的前提是要求我们教师认真备好课,做到“三备”:备教材(了解课标、钻研教材),备教法(多法结合),备学生(方方面面,整体特点、个体差异)。但在新课程改革的今天,我们偶尔也会遇上这样的困惑:明明是本着先进教学理念、教学方法扎扎实实地备好了一堂课,结果一上,却走了调,收效甚微。究其原因,教师按课前设计的程序,按部就班,刻意将学生纳入自己既定的理想的教学轨道,却忽视了学生的个性和思维的发展(这是一个不定的变数);忽视了教学过程的生成性特点。这样无异于一种新型的填鸭式教学。其教学目标似乎可望实现,但是教学过程却得不到优化,更谈不上实现课堂教学的创新,教师教育智慧的真正体现。 教学反思3 本节课是一节听说课。主要是进一步练习掌握有关频率的问答,对前面学习的内容进一步巩固提升。学生在学习过程中,说的比较流畅了,就是听力比较长,一部分学生跟不上,检查答案时,还没完成。今后对于内容较多的听力,要进行分解,把难度降低,让大部分学生都能的到锻炼。
