浅谈师范生教育技术能力的培养和提高

摘要教育技术能力是对教师的一项基本要求，培养和提高师范生的教育技术水平是信息
时代的要求。指出培养和提高师范生的教育技术水平的迫切性，在分析目前师范生的教育技术现状的基础上，对如何培养和提高师范生的教育技术能力提出一些建议。

About Cultivating and Improving on Capability of Educational Technology for Normal Students//Chen Chunfen, Li Fangfang
Abstract Education Technique Ability is not only a teacher’s basic requirement， It is an urgent requirement of informat ion age to cultivate and improve normal students’ Education Technique Ability. This paper pointed out the importance and urgency of Education Technique Ability and also gave some constructive suggestions on how to cultivate and improve this ability of the normal students based on the analysis of normal students’ current situation.

教师肩负着培养人才的重任，教师教育技术能力的高低直接关系到人才的素质和能力。在校教师的教育技术能力可以通过培训和继续学习得以提高，但这只是事后补救的方法，在事前做好相关工作更为重要。大多数教师来源于师范院校，只要注重培养和提高师范生的教育技术能力，就能从源头上保证未来教师的质量。
