主持人:我想知道,您有那么多的称谓,您也曾经是著名的英语老师,您觉得您的第一身份是什么?

罗永浩:没有什么特别的称谓。就叫我老罗就行了。

罗永浩:现在已经不是老师了。网站的创办人,一提到网络名人可能很奇怪吧。这也是没有办法的事情。我就是一个无辜的人。

主持人:无辜的老罗能不能跟我分享一下您的辛路历程,您是怎么选择投入到英语的行业当中?

罗永浩:您要是不介意的话,咱们投入正常的谈话当中。你就当他们不在,就当咱们在咖啡厅这样说话,你平时跟朋友怎么讲话,就怎么讲,我只是个建议。因为你这样我就很紧张。

主持人:您在我面前我就更紧张。咱们就说说你的故事吧。

罗永浩:好,希望你不要介意。就打小说是吗?

主持人:从记事开始说。

罗永浩:从记事开始我就发现我是一个朝鲜族,然后生在中国。小的时候我在思想上比别的孩子多了一些苦难。就是经常被一些愚蠢的长辈问到一些民族的问题。比如小的时候看到足球比赛,经常被长辈们问,你是希望中国队赢还是韩国队赢。然后我很小的时候就配合着他们的喜

好去讲。因为即使是明确的知道他们是哪个民族,我就知道是什么样的回答。比如说朝鲜族的长洛基英语是中国英语培训市场上的一朵奇葩,是全球已被验证的东方人英语学习的最佳模式。洛基英

辈问我,我就说希望朝鲜族赢。如果是汉族的长辈问我的话,我就说希望汉族赢。

所以说小时候为了这个受了很多的折磨。当然慢慢长大以后,我到新东方教学的时候就讲,我是一个国际主义者。他们会觉得我这个观念比较超前。但是实际上我十五六岁的时候就有了这样的想法了。但是我觉得这点上我是比较得天独厚的。因为这个特殊的身份和民族身份,迫使我从小去考虑这个问题。所以在别人不需要讲这些问题,懵懵懂懂的长大的过程中,我就想明白了很多事情。所以小时候对我是思想上的折磨,但是对我来说是个很幸运的事情。

一般来说,在双语地区长大的孩子都是比较幸运的。因为我们的语言没有我们的感情丰富。如果你觉得用一种感情没法用一种语言表达,但是如果你会二十种语言,你就会用其中的一种语言来表达。

主持人:你怎么想到把你第二个语言的方向发展呢?

罗永浩:我本来就没有想过靠语言吃饭的。后来到新东方是一个阴差阳错的事情。当然很小的时候也说过长大了想当科学家什么的。

主持人:你是打算靠什么吃饭呢?

罗永浩:我小时候认为我是可以当作家的。我写了很多诗,在刊物上发表过。实际上我当时写的小说和散文多一些。但是到了新东方以后,我强调我是诗人出身,但是我也确实写了很多诗。当然这也是一种为了课堂效果,你给学生讲的时候,只要不撒谎的情况下,知道哪样效果好一些。你如果说是写小说的,卖菜的也写小说,但是如果我说是诗人,那就觉得不一样。

我很年轻的时候写给抛弃过我的女友们。我说但愿在未来的日子里,让抛弃我的人们始终坚信,他们的抉择始终是正确的,其实这是一种伟大的爱情观。

所以我长大了以后,觉得一些家长反对孩子早恋是很奇怪的事情。我觉得三十岁了我还

没有想谈恋爱,人家觉得很荒唐。这个就和十二岁的时候遇到了一个女孩子喜欢她,想和她谈恋洛基英语是中国英语培训市场上的一朵奇葩,是全球已被验证的东方人英语学习的最佳模式。洛基英

爱,这个就是一样的感觉。当然了身体还没有发育等一些原因,我觉得以后我的孩子我是不会管

主持人:你的孩子很幸运。

罗永浩:我来的时候看到了一些孩子说不喜欢英语。我觉得如果我不是英语培训学校的老板,我就觉得不喜欢就不喜欢。但是我是英语培训的老板,我就不能这样说了,我的投资人会不高兴的。我来之前看到这个问题有点焦虑。作为我个人,我觉得不要勉强孩子做自己不喜欢做的事情。作为英语学校的老板我也不建议他来我这,如果他希望我提供服务,他可以来我这。

主持人:还打算上大学吗?

罗永浩:我就不上大学了,我饶了大学吧。包括我老板,包括俞敏洪。所以我就不打工了,我就自己开公司吧。

主持人:退学以后你怎样?

罗永浩:很开心。就写了很多东西。好多人以为我是喜欢出去呼朋唤友的。实际上我是特别待得住的人,我可以一个月光看书或者听听歌,所以那个时候我待得挺开心。但是待了两三年,慢慢就发现,自己写的东西跟想的不一样。

主持人:你说小的时候是什么概念?

罗永浩:就是退学的时候。早晨铺开稿子就觉得有冲动了,后来写了半天发现不是那么回事。因为地方的刊物都很烂,你就觉得不错了。但是你给《中山》杂志投,《花城》投,就发现不是那么回事了,他总给你退稿。然后就慢慢意识到可能不是那么回事了。也有点慌,当然没有敢跟父母说,他们一门心思想让我成为作家呢。

我父母给我花钱买书,我就觉得尝试做一些打工赚钱这样的事情。所以开了一个羊肉串

店,其实挺开心的。但是开了一个多月,每天算下来都是保本。就是因为我自己吃的挺多的,还洛基英语是中国英语培训市场上的一朵奇葩,是全球已被验证的东方人英语学习的最佳模式。洛基英

有就是朋友们过来吃。因为那个时代都很穷,大家吃顿饭馆是很奢侈的事情。我一些朋友看我开

店都过来捧场,就坐着陪我聊天。

主持人:一边聊天,一边吃羊肉串。

罗永浩:对。我很实在,我说也没有什么事干,吃点羊肉串吧,他们说对呀。反正每天会卖掉三分之二,吃掉三分之一这个样子。到了月底,基本上持平。然后我脸皮薄,你别来了,又不行。我自己一想,就算了。这是我自己在创业的路上,第一个失败的案例。

主持人:这是第一个创业吗?

罗永浩:不是。之前我卖过旧书。然后去沙场筛过沙子。在河边沙子石子混合的东西筛出沙子,然后工地把我们筛出的沙子买走,一天大概赚五块钱,那个我也做了一个月,掉了十几斤肉。经常夜里会醒,因为太累。就觉得收入太低了就没有坚持。其实我是想赚一些钱,买一些东西,但是我觉得那点收入不足以买那些东西。后来就算了。

还做过一些东西,在那个时代是比较正常的,比如走私汽车。在特定的一些时期,边境的那些地方管理比较混乱,当地政府也没有意识到这件事情的危害和严重后果,所以他们就一边尝试中央的政策,一边尝试放开尺度。全民都在走私汽车,因为身边所有的人都在走私汽车。我长大的延边地区当年也出现这种情况,政府挣一只眼,闭一只眼。当然也没有人追究。现在我说出来,追诉期已经过了。

主持人:您曾经说过彪悍的人生不需要解释?你能不能给一个建议,彪悍的老罗能不能给学英语一个建议呢?

罗永浩:大家千万不要相信这个,几天给你一个什么英语水平,就跟隆胸一样。你有没有见过身边的朋友是用秘籍实现成功的。你要能找出一个我就服了你,确实没有。所以大家不要指

我们这里只能傻了吧叽的给你提供英语培训。包括在新东方待过的老师,在新东方有秘诀,到了我们这里就都没有秘诀了。单词学习,我觉得是通过死记硬背过来的,没有什么技巧。就像我们的中国的部首偏旁。所以你掌握了一些词根词缀,可以翻到两三倍的词汇量的样子。这个也很神奇的,需要一段学习,但是词根词缀,对于已经有基础量的人来说,确实有帮助,但是远不是神奇的,就是比你傻背有好处一些。

主持人:彪悍的背单词的方法?

罗永浩:彪悍的背单词就是一天背12小时。

主持人:怎么理解彪悍的人生不需要解释呢?

罗永浩:都是我随口讲的话都成了名言。

主持人:怎么学习好呢?

罗永浩:我觉得有一个上进心,有一个心理压力。如果你做一件事情,没有压力的话,什么事情都做不成。包括我自己也一样,我也很难把英语学好。我把自己关在北京西二旗那里,农民的回迁楼,三面漏风,关在那里,所以自己得给自己找点压力。

我当时的压力是快三十岁了,照顾父母,现在的压力想照顾老婆,如果有孩子,得给他好的环境,你就找到一个压力,只要不沉迷游戏就行。

主持人:你是怎样做到坚持不懈的?

罗永浩:我没有长期坚持不懈,我会定期坚持不懈。因为一个人如果一生都坚持不懈,他肯定是生病了,肯定要适当放松一下。网上传奇我当年减肥的经历。就是靠脱脂牛奶,各种蔬菜,只吃蒸的鱼,水煮的鱼,就是用58天减48斤。那是我在天津外院追一个女孩子,她总跟我若即

压力又没了,我又胖了。我减了48斤敲她的门,她就哭了。

所以当时就做了我的女朋友,后来我们就散了。而且我作为多年体重反反复复的人,我的经验是当你瘦的时候,很能搞定一个女朋友,当你又胖回来的时候,她肯定不会抛弃你的。这是我多次反复证实的。

主持人:还有一位词友说,如何把学过的英语能够灵活的运用,以及怎么样在生活中卖弄?

罗永浩:是这样的。要想灵活的运用,只能不停的运用,停的话就只能笨拙的运用了。卖弄的话,我不知道如果对学习有帮助,我不会劝别人别卖弄,会感到恶心。我的很多同事朋友都是留洋回来的。有一些英语特别好的时候,说中文的时候从来不夹杂英语的单词,只有极必要的时候,才会偶尔讲一个,并且道一个歉,这些都是留洋好的回来的。英语二把刀的都会喜欢讲话的时候讲一些英语单词。

我看苏丹红事件的时候,一个肯德基的高管讲,our辣椒酱,and our辣椒油,我看了以后都昏死过去了。

主持人:量多会质变吗?

罗永浩:肯定的。比如你听力听得很痛苦,到了某一天豁然开朗,再听的时候,都进来了。原来只是听几句单词,就蹦着听,有一些半速的你听,你耐心的听,你豁然开朗,就整个话都明白了。所以量变导致质变是对的。

主持人:你自己自学的时候,完全靠自己吗?

罗永浩:不是,因为我听过新东方的课程。

我自己讲,如果你本来差不多的基础上,做过几道题,但是很多时候要达到及格得分数,

但是那几道题是很关键的。但是你不能说这个是必要的。

主持人:我发现很多词友都问,怎么样才能最快速的提高动词的搭配?

罗永浩:大量的阅读和运用,会导致最后都不需要了。所以我建议,与其买一本编写特别好,特别适合考试用的动词搭配用的书籍,还不如做充分的大量的阅读工作,这个比什么都管用。对大部分人来讲,我们上学的时候用汉语写作文,小学要求写的都是特定的格式。是专门给中学老师和批卷子的人看的。所以真正文章写的好的人,一般说来,都不是通过写作训练实现的,而是通过大量阅读。

如果你是为了应试,我们有一些专门的辅导和课程推荐给他,解决动词搭配之类的问题。如果真正想在应用中解决这个问题,除了大量的阅读没有什么更好的方式。就好象咱们汉语,如果别人给你讲汉语的时候,你凭着本能的反应就感觉到了。所以这个是通过大量的阅读练习可以实现的。

主持人:你仍然不断的学习英语,不断的阅读,提高英语水平?

罗永浩:我就是长年都看英文的网站还有报纸。所以这个不是刻意的练习,就是每天都做工作,所以不需要刻意的阅读量,这个量也挺大,所以没有刻意的去练习。

主持人:您平时的习惯有哪些?

罗永浩:别的没有了。就是浏览英语网站。因为做了牛博网以后,我自己主要看很多的网页。没有刻意做英语方面的练习。

主持人:我说的是阅读,不是阅读理解的阅读?你平时有什么推荐的英文网站吗?

罗永浩:如果是学习的目的的话,给大家推荐译言网。是个web2.0的网站,然后拿到了投资,内容很不错,翻译的东西比较新,自己在海外学习的看到了好的文章就翻译了中文,贴到了网站上去的。并且可以实现左右屏幕中英文对照的,对于英语学习的人来讲,非常有帮助,因

为内容比较新,而且选择的比较有趣,所以有助于你长期维持阅读的习惯。

罗永浩:就是那几个大的新闻网站。CNN,时代周刊主要就看这些,还有英国的金融时报的,我也经常看。

我的英语教学小故事 我在教育教学这个领域已经度过了近10个春夏秋冬,我个人的教育理念是“只要我们老师用一颗颗火热的真心对待学生,他们迟早会回报我们一个太阳”。英语是一个让大多数学生感到极为头疼的学科,想要学生真正的爱上英语,先让学生爱上教英语的“我们”。“要想学好哪个科目,先学会喜欢那科的老师”这句话绝非胡话,所以我们老师更要和学生搞好关系。同时,“教无定法”,不同的个体,不同的教学环境,就要用不同的教学方法。英语教学方法是多样的,形式是丰富的,下面结合多年来的实践,自己的感受给各位同仁讲一个在英语教学中的小故事谈谈我对教育智慧的理解。 我所在的学校是一所乡镇中学,学生英语水平特别低,即使现在每个教室都安装了多媒体教学,但是学生也仅仅在课堂上才接触到英语。而且现在全校学生学习英语的积极性几乎为零,在英语教学中绝对多数学生不开口说英语,基本上是满堂灌的教学方法。学生学的只是“哑巴英语”。还好我们班的学生是我从初一带到初三,整体基础还是好点,所以我想到了“小组合作”的教育方法。在教学每一篇课文前我先让学生在学习小组内把该课单词学会且记住,在教学中先让学生在自己的学习小组内学习讨论,找出并归纳好不懂的地方,然后我在教学中着重讲学生不懂的知识点,然后又叫学生就本课知识点进行讨论学习。在小组内或扮演课文或拼单词或做练习或游戏等等。不管做什么一定要与本课知识有关,一定要用英语交流。 通过小组合作教学后我发觉学生英语各方面能力都有很大提高,特别是听力和口语进步很快。而我的英语课堂不再是死气沉沉的了,也不像以往哪样老师教学生就学老师不教学生就不学的满堂灌了,学生敢开口说英语了且为了小组积分他们都抢着回答问题了。英语教学课堂气氛特浓。通过这个教学故事我得到如下启示: 一、激发兴趣,使学习质量得以升华 兴趣是最好的老师,一旦失去了学习兴趣,任何学习都不会长久。小组学习增强学生学习英语的兴趣,让兴趣成为学生形影不离的伙伴,为永恒的动力。英语教学中最基础的部分是词汇,而学生最头疼的就是记单词,背课文,学语法。记单词是枯燥的,死记硬背的课文不长久,语法教学更无聊,殊不知我们在小组内完全可以营造一个既轻松又愉快的学习氛围,让学生在玩中学,
