高血压患者护理体会

[摘要] 目的:探讨高血压患者在临床护理过程中应注意的问题。方法:通过对本院98例患者的病因进行分析,探讨患者降压药物的使用及临床防护措施。结果:住院患者的血压均得到有效
控制。结论:护理干预能有效控制高血压患者的血压和并发症。

[Abstract] Objective: To discuss the process of clinical nursing in the hyertensive atients. Methods: The clinical materials of 98 cases were retrosectively summarized. To exlore the use of antihyertensive drugs in atients and clinical reventive measures. Results: All atients have been effectively controlled blood ressure. Conclusion: Nursing intervention can effectively imrove the hyertensive atients with hyertension and comlications。

1临床资料
2007年1月～2009年10月在本科住院治疗并符合WHO高血压诊断标准的患者98例。其中,男50例,女48例,年龄最小29岁,最大65岁,住院后常规检查每日3次,测血压前均需休息10 min以上,并保持安静,提供详细数值供医师参考用药,根据具体情况随时检测血压,监督患者按时服药,给患者提供健康教育知识,讲解血压知识,所有患者在住院期间血压均有较好控制。
