河南省高层次科技创新人才队伍建设问题与对策研究

摘要：河南省高层次科技人才引进工程实施以来，改善了河南省高层次科技创新人才匮
乏的局面，但是没有解决根本性的问题。河南省是人口大省，高层次创新人才落户河南省的人数与发达省份相比偏低，培养、引进高层次创新人才面临很多的问题。本文研究河南省高层次科技创新人才队伍建设现状，分析存在的问题，并提出相关的对策建议。

Research on the Problems and Countermeasure of Henan Provincial High-level Scientific and Technological Innovation Talent Team Construction

Abstract： Since the implementation of Henan high-level talents introduction project， it has improved the situation of Henan high-level scientific and technological innovation talents shortage，but has not solve the fundamental problem. Henan is a province with large population， the number of high-level innovation talents in Henan is smaller than that of the developed provinces， the cultivation and introduction of high-level innovation talents have faced a lot of problems. This paper studied the current situation of high-level scientific and technological innovation talent team construction in Henan Province， analyzed the existing problems， and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
