高中英语口语等级测试试卷构成及评分标准
一、试卷构成
高中英语口语等级测试共四大题，满分40分。
一级
（一）朗读短文（计10分）
1、目的：测试语音、句子重音、连读、不完全爆破、意群和停顿、升调和降调以及流畅程度。
2、要求：能比较流利地朗读一篇所学课文或难度略低于所学语言材料的短文。
（二）回答问题（计10分）
1、目的：测试对所读短文的掌握情况。
2、要求：能根据短文内容回答所提问题。
二级
（三）情景对话（计10分）
1、目的：测试对日常交际用语的掌握情况。
2、要求：能根据所给情景提示进行交谈，不少于6句。
（四）话题简述（计10分）
1、目的：测试连续说话的能力。
2、要求：能按题目的提示要点连续说一段话，清楚地表达主要意思，不少于10句。
二、评分标准
（一）朗读短文
一档（9-10分）语音语调正确，朗读自然流利，且有节奏感。
二档（6-8分）语音语调基本正确，虽有一两处错误，但朗读还比较自然流利。
三档（3-5分）语音语调不够正确，朗读不够连贯，有一些错误。
四档（0-2分）语音语调较差，朗读不连贯，错误较多，影响意思表达。
（二）回答问题
计分以小题为单位
一档（2分）意思明白，语音语调正确，词语、语法合乎规范。
二档（1分）意思明白，语音语调基本正确，词语、语法有些错误。
三档（0分）答非所问，或错误较多，不能达意。
（三）情景对话
一档（9-10分）意思明白，表达清楚，语音语调正确，词语、语法合乎规范。
二档（6-8分）意思比较明白，表达比较清楚，语音语调基本正确，词语、语法有个别错误。
三档（3-5分）意思不够明白，表达不够清楚，语音语调较差，词语、语法有些错误。
四档（0-2分）只能说出一些与内容有关的词语，语音语调较差，错误很多。
（四）话题简述
一档（9-10分）语音语调正确，讲述连贯，表达清楚，不少于8句。
二档（6-8分）语音语调基本正确，讲述比较连贯，表达比较清楚。不少于8句，但有个别错误。三档（3-5分）语音语调基本正确，讲述不够连贯，有一些错误或不满8句，影响意思表达。
四档（0-2分）语音语调较差，错误较多；或只能说出一些与内容有关的单词。

桐庐县小学英语口语测试实施方案 （讨论稿） 英语作为国际交往和科技、文化交流的重要工具，具有工具性和人文性双重性质。小学英语课程的目的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养他们对英语学习的积极态度，使他们建立初步的学习英语的自信心，培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调基础，使他们形成初步用英语进行简单的日常交流的能力，为进一步学习打下基础。根据教育部《义务教育英语课程标准》，为全面提高我县小学英语教学质量，全面评价学生学习英语情况，结合我县教学现状，制定桐庐县小学英语口语测试实施方案。 一、测试目的 1. 了解、检查小学各年级学生英语学习状况，着重考查学生口语表达及实际运用所学语言的能力。 2. 了解教师在使用教材，贯彻落实英语课程标准等方面的情况。 3. 优化评价方式。促进学生个性化、多元化的发展。 二、事项说明 1. 测试时间：每学年第二学期5月。三个模块同时进行，每位学生平均用时大约2～3分钟。每所学校检测用时约1.5小时。 2. 被测学校：同类学校（或四类学校选同类学校抽测）。 3. 测试地点：被测学校（候测室与检测室）。 4. 被测学生：三～六年级随机抽测一个年段。随机抽取被测班级，从被测班级中随机抽取30名学生。（或按学校学生数，等距抽取。） 5. 测试员（教师）：全县安排13个监考组，每组3名监考教师，其中1名为组长，每组一天完成三所学校监考工作。监考教师由教研室组织人员并进行培训。 6. 测试内容：三个模块，包括自主展示、即时朗读、综合运用。 三、测试流程 （一）测试准备 1. 被测学校：准备两间教室（工作室），一间为测试室，一间为候测试。 2. 被测学生：测试前，测试教师组长随机抽取被测年段一个班，然后再从被测班级中抽取30名学生，男女生比例相等。年级人数少于30人的按实际人数。测试开始5分钟前，每组10人带本学期课本在候测试等候。 3. 测试教师：测试教师分工，每位教师负责检测一个模块并当场打分。 （二）测试过程 测试开始，一名学生在候测试（测试教师1处）完成第一模块自主展示模块后，进入测试室从测试老师手中抽取即时朗读题目完成第二模块，最后至第三位老师处抽取第三模块综合运用题目并完成测试。所有考生依此进行。

北京市英语口语等级证书考试 概??述 一、总则 英语是学习科学文化知识，获取国外信息，进行国际交流的主要工具。为了全面提高北京人英语口语水平，北京市建立了英语口语等级证书考试及培训的制度。 北京市英语口语等级证书考试及培训重点是考查考生用英语进行口头交流的能力，而不是书写能力和笔译能力。要求考生能够听得懂，说得出。主要用以测试下列人员的英语水平： 1．各行业、各部门及各企事业单位的有关专业技术人员。 2．各行各业在职职工和全市广大市民。 3．面向本市教育系统的各级各类学校，包括小学、初中、高中、职业学校、民办学校、成 人院校及普通高等学校的在校学生。 4．英语自学者。 考试不受年龄、学历的限制，考试成绩合格者将被授予合格证书或优秀证书及证章。 考试范围以本大纲所规定的内容和要求为依据。 二、考试等级 根据用人单位的不同需求和英语学习者的不同水平，北京市英语口语等级证书考试由低到高分三个等级：初级(Elementary Stage)、中级(Intermediate Stage)和高级(Advanced Stage)。 三、评价目标 北京市英语口语等级证书考试重点考查考生用英语进行口头交流的能力，要求考生能够听得懂，说得出。考试总的评价目标是：通过初级考试的人员具有简单的英语会话能力，能听、会说，能够在一般交际场合和服务场合用简单的英语与外国人进行会话；通过中级考试的人员具有一定的听、说、读、写能力，能够在各窗口行业关键岗位以及各行业部门的一般涉外
