高考英语投诉信作文写作技巧

投诉信是人们在遇到一些不文明现象、所购商品质量差、售后服务不满意等情况下解决问题的一个方法。投诉信应包括三个方面的内容: (也就是说整封信就分为三段话完成)第一段:表明写信目的:投诉的内容

第二段:投诉的具体原因;

第三段:希望得到的结果。在语言方面,要注意把握分寸, 要公平、公正。

(常用语块和套用句式都要背)

常用语块

1.抱怨complain about

2.表达不满convey/express ones dissatisfaction

3.忍受put up with/bear

4.对……满意be content/satisfied with

5.糟糕的服务poor service

1.in+on具体到某一天用介词on

2. before-+after根据句子的逻辑意义,应该是“十天后”,故用after

3.sent→send与or前面的ring应保持一致。

4.them+it指代所买的手机,应该是单数,故用代词it

5. month-months因为是三个月,故用复数形式。

6. impossibly→ impossible此处作表语,故用形容词。

7.hear- hearing介词on后应接动名词形式。

8.What→How根据句意应该是“我怎么可以等那么久呢?”故用how。

9.去掉send后的to因send是及物动词。10.在same前加the因the same属于固定搭配。

Last Saturday, I went to your restaurant to have lunch but I had an awful experience. When having beef noodles, I suddenly found there were two flies in them, which disgusted me a lot.
