老年患者的护理安全管理

【摘要】【摘要】目的：加强护理人员对老年患者住院期间安全问题的认识，预防差错事故的发生，保障老年住院患者的护理安全。方法：对2012-2013年笔者所在医院内科住院患者护理安全不良事件报告进行归类、总结，研究老年住院患者的不安全因素，并进行分析、讨论，提出护理安全管理对策，并采取有效措施进行防护。结果：护理缺陷和护理事故明显减少，护理质量和护理满意度明显提高。结论：加强护理安全管理可以有效地回避护理风险，确保护理安全，提高患者的满意度，从而提高护理质量。
