掌握语音的基本知识是学好英语的基础。语音有三要素----------音素、音标、字母。
一．音素
音素是英语最基本的发音单位；
是通过人的嘴巴说出来的音。英语共有48个音素，其中元音20个，辅音28个。
单元音（12个） 长音（5个）
短音（7个）
二．音标
音标是记录英语音素的符号；是
音素的书写体；目的是延续和扩散英
语的标准发音。英语的音标都采用方
括号[ ] 或双斜线/ /, 以区别于字母
的书写形式 下面是最新的国际音标
