四、教学过程
一）、复习：做“Spell”游戏复习以前学过的表示交通方式的词汇，要求学生找出这些词的词汇卡片，并画出与单词相配的图画。
二）、新授
1、在复习时所用的词汇卡片中放入新卡片airplane、train,在学生度这些卡片的过程中教授新词，并让学生画出相配的图画。
2、出示一张《龟兔赛跑》的图画，以讲故事的方式出示fast、faster 、slow、slower 这两组比较级。
在黑板上写出基本句型：
is fast.
Is slow.
is faster than .
is slower than .
3、分小组练习，学生将复习时所用的交通方式词汇填入以上句型中进行造句练习。
4、比赛：将全班分成两组，每组出一名学生，让他任意出示两种交通工具的图片，并叫起对方任一名学生造句。对者得一分，错的不得分，两组累计分数高者为胜。（不能重复叫一名学生。）
