异常工况下燃气轮机热端部件寿命损耗计算方法

长沙理工大学能源与动力工程学院,湖南长沙 410004)摘 要:针对燃气轮机热端部件寿命难以检测和评估的问题,根据异常工况下燃气轮机热端部件寿命损耗机理,建立异常工况下的热端部件寿命损耗计算模型,提出燃气轮机异常工况的定量特征计算方法,建立燃气轮机热端部件使用寿命监测系统三研究结果表明,该计算方法和监测系统具有较高的可靠性和准确性,为掌握和评估火电厂燃气轮机热端部件的寿命累积损耗和可靠性提供了有利的参考依据和技术支持三

Abstract :The service life of hot -end com p onents in g as turbine is hard to detect and evaluate.The life consum p tion calculation model for hot -end com p onents under abnormal condition was built accordin g to its life consum p tion mechanism under abnormal condition.And the calculation meth -od for q uantitative characteristics of g as turbine abnormal conditions was p resented and the moni -torin g s y stem for the service life of hot -end com p onents was established.Research results show that the p ro p osed method is convenient and effective for monitorin g and anal y zin g the life con -sum p tion due to its hi g h reliabilit y and accurac y .This method is advanta g eous for p rovidin g theo -retical reference and technical su pp ort to master and assess the service -life accumulation and the reliabilit y of hot -end com p onents in g as turbines.Ke y words :g as turbine ;hot
