A: Ma, I can?t finish my math homework. It?s too difficult for me.

B: Y ou know what to do, if there?s a problem?

Q: What does the woman mean?

A)Y ou should know how to solve math problem.

B)There won?t be any difficulty in math homework.

C)Can you find a way out of the difficulty?

D)What do you find out about the math problems?

A: Where do you want to eat ?

B: Is there anything wrong with that small cafeteria?

Q: What does the man mean?

Why not that small cafeteria?

A: When does Steve plan to finish his law school?

B: I don?t know he even plans to finish law school?

Q: What does the man say about Steve?

A: I?ll have to repair this old bike again.

B: Will it do any good?

Q: What does the woman mean?

A: I am starting training tomorrow for the football season.

B: Should you be playing right away after you just got over the leg injury?

Q: What does the woman mean?

Should you be doing sth.…right away?

A: Y ou go ahead and sit next to Alan. I don?t want him to talk to me throughout the whole movie.

B: And I do?

A: I really want to know why Nancy is always so hostile toward me ?

B: Did you ever think of just coming right out and ask her ?

A: Our friends will be here at any time and this house is a mess..

B: So what ? Theirs is even worse.

A: Would you like to take a break and get a soda?

B: Would I ever.

A: Are you looking forward to your move in April?

B: Y ou bet I am. The rooms here are too small and there is no storage place.

Y ou bet. Y ou said it.

Are you serious? Are you sure?

A: What did the doctor prescribe for you?

B: Well, he said there if no need for me to take any medicine if I eat w ell-balanced meals.

Q: What did the doctor say?

A: May I take this book out? I need it to work on my paper for Dr. Smith?s history

class.

B: I?m afraid not. The book has been put on reserve by Dr. Smith. Unless you have his written permission, we won?t let it out.

Q: What should the man do to borrow the book?

Unless 后面的have his written permission是本题的答案。

A: Would you like to have a copy of Dr. Smith?s article?

B: Thanks, if it?s not too much trouble.

If he were here, everything would be all right.

If I hadn?t taken your advice, I would have made a mistake.

The milk wouldn?t have turned sour if you had put it in the fridge. I wish I could help you.

If only we hadn?t bought that motor bike.

If he?d only give back our notes book!

例:A : I?m thinking going to Austin for a visit. Do you think it?s worth seeing?

B: Well, I wish I had been there.

例:A: Prof. Kennedy has been very busy this semester. As far as I know, he works until

midnight everyday.

B: I wouldn?t have trouble him so much if I had known that he was so busy.

例:A: Mr. Jones, your student Bill shows great enthusiasm for musical instrument.

B: I only wish he should have as much for his English class.

A: Are you going to enjoy the concert with me ?

B: I?ve already had my hands full with the laboratory experiments.

例:A: Did you go to the big sale at Spenser?s yesterday?

B: I had to visit my aunt in the hospital.

例:A: Did you meet the new teacher yesterday?

B: I?ve been sick for three days.

例:A: Can I turn the television off ?

B: I?m in the middle of watching a program.

●注意but, because, so, first, most important, 和表态度的词汇。

M: Erh-erh… Looks like I'm going to be a little late for class. I hope Pro. Clark doesn't start on time today. W: Are you kidding? You can set your watch by the time he starts his class. Q: What can be inferred about Pro. Clark? A) He wants his students to be on time for class. B) He doesn't allow his students to tell jokes in class. C) He is always punctual for his class. D) He rarely notices which students are late.

大学英语六级听力-97 (总分:100.01,做题时间:90分钟) 一、Listening Comprehension(总题数:16,分数:100.00) (分数:8.00) A.He went to study art at the college. B.He became an accountant in London. √ C.He worked as an export salesman. D.He went abroad to learn French. Id like you to tell me a bit about what youve been doing. M: Well, I left senior high school after Id done my A levels. I took four subjects, French, German, chemistry and art. I really wanted to study art. It didn turn out like that, because a friend of my fathers offered me a job. Its an accountant in London . A quite big firm, you know. W: I see. In your application, you say that you only spent nine months with this firm of accountants. Why was that? M: Well, to be quite honest, I didn like it. I just couldn seem to get interested in the job although there were fairly good prospects. So I got a place at the art college to do a three-year diploma course. W: We like our executive staff to undergo a thorough training. Young men on our trainee scheme would have to work through every branch in the company. And one of them is accountancy. Presumably you wouldn like that. M: Well, if I had to do it, I suppose... But I was thinking that my French and German would mean that I could specialize in overseas work. Id like to be some sort of an export salesman and travel abroad. W: You know, the glamour of traveling abroad disappears when youve got a hard job of work to do. Its not all fun and game. M: Oh yes, I realize that. Its just that my knowledge of languages would be useful. W: Thats all, Mr. Pitt. You should hear from us in a couple of weeks. One way or the other, or we may ask you to come back for another chat. Thank you. M: Goodbye, Mrs. Williams. What did Mr.Pitt do after he left senior high school?
