教材分析：
本单元是学生在四年级学习了表示各个房间得英文单词得基础上设计得。把这一内容安排在五年级上册来学习，既体现了本套教材循环渐进、螺旋上升得编排意思，又体现了英语知识承前启后得紧密相关性，符合学生认知规律。同时，本单元学习得单词和句子都是与学生得实际生活息息相关得，是每天都会出现在学生视野里的家具摆设，这样的学习内容不仅能提高学生得学习兴趣和学习效率，而且又能大大丰富学生日常交流得元素，并且为学生以后得学习奠定基础
教学目标：
1、掌握let’s learn和let’s talk中德单词和句子。
2、能理解There be句型得含义并灵活运用There be句型进行问答练习。
3、能用适当的介词描述物体的方位。
4、掌握双元音[ ei ]在单词中的发音。
5、能听懂会唱歌曲：A photo of me

·出示一栋房子，里面有kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, study,询问学生在图片中看到了什么？(回忆复习相关单词)
·出示一间干净的房间，里面有sofa, phone, TV, bed, table, book and so on,询问学生看到了什么？(回忆四年级的所学的相关单词和知识点)
Step 2 Presentation & Practice
1、let’s learn
1) 在复习的基础上，再出示一个房间，里面有：bike, photo, water bottle, plant, clock, bed, window, door, chair, desk, computer等，里面夹杂了学生学过的单词，同样也包含了本节课的新单词。
·T：What can you see iin this picture? S1: I can see….
根据学生的回答，教师依次拿出相关的图片和相关的单词卡片，让学生再一次的进行复习巩固。
·当学生说出water的时候，学习新词汇：water bottle，区分water和water bottle 两个单词可数和不可数，并学会正确用法。
·看photo，学生很容易说成picture，通过解释和图片对比，让学生明白picture 和photo的区别
·学习已经接触过的clock:由o’clock推出；plant：由已经学过的单词：eggplant 推出；bike由i-e的发音推出来。
2) 使用升降调带领学生读新单词
3)介绍张鹏的房间
T: Do you know what Zhang Peng’s room like? Let’s go and see.
4) 第一次播放教学录音，全班学生跟着录音读，提醒学生在读的时候注意模仿录音中的语音、语调。
5)学生同桌合表演作，用句型“There be…”介绍自己班级里的物体。

1) 教师请三位学生上讲台，表演本部分的“句子接龙”游戏
2) 学生三人一组，模仿示例表演“句子接龙”游戏，然后教师请两三组学生上讲台表演

1) 出示本部分内容，学生四人一小组，在小组内用there be句型说一说图中物体的位置关系。
2) 教师依次请几位小组代表站起来说一说，没人说一句话，不许重复。Step 3 Extension & Consolidation

学生全体起立，教师发指令，如：stand behind the chair, 学生根据指令站到自己椅子后面。
(注意：教师发口令时要穿插使用方位介词)

·再次听录音，回答下面的问题：

教师总结：在there be句型中，be动词的单复数由紧跟在be动词后面名词的单复数决定。
