Specifications and Technical Parameters

5-1 放电温度性能Discharge temperature performance

电池在25±2℃,用9A(0.2C_rate)充电到截止,然后在30分钟内冷却或加热至测试温度,开始放电,电流为45A,记录放电时间直到放电截止,做

完一个实验后,电池在室温下放置2h ,然后进行充电(25±2℃),再进行下一个实验,要求如下:

5-2 循环寿命Cycle life

在25±2℃的温度下,对电池组做标准充放电(充电电流1C_rate, 放电电流2C_rate )测试,即充电至MOS 开关保护、放电至MOS 开关保护为一充放电测试周期,重复上述步骤进行循环测试500次,要求电池容量不低于额定容量的70%。

5-4 均衡功能Equilibrium function

当电池包单体电池之间的压差超过设定值并且单体电池电压超过设定值时,启动放电均衡;当电池包单体电池之间之间的压差小于设定值,或单体电池电压小于设定值,关闭放电均衡。

Protective properties

锂离子电池在过压、欠压、过流时会影响到电池的安全性能,情况严重时,电池性能会极度恶化。因此,电池组都配有控制板对电池进行管理,以保证电池安全、长寿命工作。

5-6单体过压,欠压保护Monomer over voltage, under voltage protection

1)当单体电池电压在≥3.6±0.02V时,电组池应自动进行过充保护,禁

止电池组充电;

2)当单体电池电压在≤2.45±0.02V 时,电组池应自动进行过放保护,禁止电池组放电;

5-7 过流保护 Over current protection

当电流超过预设电流(250A ±5)A 时,产生过流保护信号,禁止电池放电。

5-8 短路保护Short-circuit protection

把电池组输出的正负极两端,瞬间短路,电流瞬间大于400A,电池组保护,禁止电池组放电。

电池组配有专用电池组管理系统(BMS),BMS显示的各种参数值与电池组实际的参数值之间的误差应符合表5-8的要求。

要求:

5-11告警信息输出显示指示Display indicates alarm information output 当电池组有异常的时候, BMS管理系统发出告警信号,在前面板的显示屏将会给出相应的告警信息,机箱内的蜂鸣器发出滴滴告警声音,同时把信号通过通讯口传给上位机。
