【摘要】目的:研究血管内皮功能损伤与氧化应激在急性冠脉综合征合并糖尿病患者血

浆中相关性。方法:选取2012年8月-2014年12月于本院心内科住院的急性冠脉综合征合并糖尿病患者200例作为研究对象,将其分为不稳定型心绞痛组(UAP组)和急性心肌梗死组(AMI组),同时选取本院120例健康体检者作为对照组。测定并比较各组血管功能及氧化应激相关指标。结果:AMI组及UAP组NO、SOD、GSH-Px水平均低于对照组,而ET-1水平高于对照组;AMI组ET-1水平均高于UAP组,GSH-Px及SOD水平低于UAP组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the correlation between the vascular endothelial functional damage and oxidative stress in plasma of patients with acute coronary syndrome combined with diabetes.Method:A total of 200 patients with vascular endothelial functional damage and oxidative stress in our hospital from August 2012 to December 2014 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the unstable angina pectoris group(group UAP) and the acute myocardial infarction group(group AMI).120 healthy persons who received health examination in our hospital were selected as the control group at the same time.The indexes of vascular function and oxidative stress in the three groups were tested and compared.Result:The levels of NO,SOD and GSH-Px in group UAP and group AMI were lower than those in the control group,while the level of ET-1 was higher than that in the control group.The level of ET-1 in group AMI was higher than that in group UAP,while the levels of GSH-Px and SOD were lower than those in group UAP.The differences above were all statistically significant(P
