中俄新能源合作现状与前景展望

【摘要】In the current of developing new energy,China and Russia actively carry out cooperation in the field of new energy.In the initial stage of cooperation,the two countries have potential and advantages of cooperation,but also face a series of problems in politics,technological development and market development.They should uphold a mutually beneficial and win-win idea and make use of the best chance of developing the Sino-Russian strategic cooperation partnership to eliminate difficulties and barriers in their cooperation and to speed up the pace of new energy cooperation in response to the change of global energy pattern.%随着全球气候变暖和能源供需失衡的加剧,大力开发利用新能源成为世界各国应对气候变化与发展可持续经济的重要举措。在发展新能源的时代潮流中,中俄两国积极开展了新能源领域的合作。中俄新能源合作处于起步阶段,在新能源领域既有合作潜力与优势条件,也存在相关政策、技术研发与市场开发等方面的一系列问题。中俄两国应秉持互利共赢的理念,抓住中俄战略协作伙伴关系最好时期,着力消除合作中的困难与障碍,加快新能源合作步伐,以应对全球能源格局的变化。
