本文首先分析了农村中小学学生厌学逃学的原因，及发现的问题。指出逃学成为普遍现象是学校、家庭、环境、社会多方面造成的。本文也深入的探讨了如何预防逃学，指出宏观政策，尤其是对教师的评价手段不应该简单以学生的成绩作为唯一标准，要注重素质教育，本文也从提高教师素质及观念，更新家长观念，转变对中差生的心理障碍等入手，介绍了解决逃学现象的可行方法。

小学教育逃学教育环境教师素质观念
在现在的农村中小学，逃学成为一种普遍问题，也是让老师和家长非常且头疼的问题。为了教育的公平及农村的未来，逃学问题成为我们不得探讨和解决的问题。
首先，关于学生逃学的原因，我在长期的工作中有以下几个发现：
1.学校学生生活方面的影响;同学间的现互关系问
题；学生与教师关系问题及学习兴趣不足，基础特差的问题；
在家庭生活方面，有部分学生家庭由于种种原因出现家庭出现不同程度的困难；有部分家庭生活环境甚至急剧变化，如父母离异、单亲家在家（甚至双亲均不在家）及父母身患重病；重新组合家庭等；
3.家庭教育问题：
父母的无理斥责及粗暴的棍棒教育，导致孩子对父母言语态度及教育方式的不满等；家庭不和，如父母不和，常打架骂架，母亲与奶奶不和等也对孩子有潜移默化的负面教育影响。
4.个人问题方面：
由于身体及心理上的问题；一位一年级的学生因为疝气手术休学，再次返回课堂成绩下滑较大，厌学情绪严重。有些学生由于先天胆怯，有问题不敢问老师，有的学生甚至不敢请假上厕所而上课出现尿裤子的现象。有的学生到学校就心理紧张、恐惧、坐立不安。严重的甚至会害怕和学校有联系的事物。曾经有一位五年级辍学学生的母亲告诉我，她不得不天天送孩子上学，因为她的孩子更本不敢到学校去。由于现在流行打工赚大钱，不读书照样比教书强的，不读书的大多是煤老板腰缠万贯，穷教师别人结婚场都赶不起的“受读书无用论”的影响，导致学多学生的价值观偏离主道，从而放弃学业。一位五年级的辍学男生，我了解到他曾接受别人上“职教中心”早赚钱的影响，觉得自己考高中危险，还不如早点上个职业学校。
其次，如何预防农村中小学生的逃学呢？从宏观上讲，防治逃学、厌学行为是一个全方位的系统工作，不只是学校和教育部门的事，这需要家庭、社会各个方面都要关心和支持。只有加强综合管理，多管齐下，才能从根本上防治孩子的逃学、厌学行为。现在的陕西省石泉县在这方面工作做得
较出色，尤其是对留守儿童的问题特别重视，对于留守儿童，政府投入了大量人力和物力的帮助，基本上让大量留守儿童得到了必要的关心爱护。几乎每个留守儿童，都有一名国家公职人员担任代理家
长，在全国都产生了较大影响。我想，如果政府一如既往，将对厌学逃学现象产生较大的遏制作用。
从微观上讲，可采取以下具体措施进行预防：
1.全面提高教师素质，培养“懂学生”的老师。由于农村中小学教师的专业化程度参差不齐，多数专业化程度较低，对于心理学及教育学知识大多不懂，有些教师虽然懂一点心理学及教育学知识，却也停留在书本，没有落到实处。对逃学学生不是站在学生的角度去理解沟通、往往采用不尊重不信任的教育行为，比如训斥、体罚等方式，以致激起学生的逆反心理，进一步恶化学生的不良情绪，加大了学生的敌视心理。
转变家长观念，做“懂孩子”的家长。农村学校的家长大多数没有接受过良好的教育，只是凭自己的生活经历，父辈是怎样的教育他们，他们就怎样教育孩子，殊不知“此一时，彼一时，去年的黄历今年不能用”的道理，一些旧思想，如“棍棒底下出孝子”“黄荆棍下出好人”，经常板起面孔说教；有的不顾学生的自尊心，在大庭广众之下训斥孩子，导致逃学学生的过激行为，反而导致不可挽回的后果。一位
高中女生因“早恋”，老师请了父亲谈话，她的父亲不顾她的自尊心的保护，没有很好地进行有效沟通，在楼道训斥她。后来她选择了结束自己的年轻的生命。给家庭、学校、社会带来了不可挽回的后果。
3.提倡赏识教育。长期的应试教育使基础教育“树人”的根本职能严重错位，“卷面多少分，学生的命根，考（考试）考考，评价老师的法宝”分数成为评价学生的唯一标准，分数作为评价老师水平的
唯一标准。老师在上面的压力下，不得不排斥大量的“中差生”，“中差生”也由于经常会受到老师的批评，家长的指责、社会的歧视从而感觉个体的价值被人们忽视，导致自暴自弃。逃学就成为他们对抗教师，学校，家长及环境的方式。
4.要重视素质教育，讲究教育艺术。无论是学校教育还是家庭教育，都应该向“素质教育转轨”。首先培养学生良好的道德品质，塑造孩子良好的的品质，及积极向上的人生观。既注重学生的智力因素的培养，也注重非智力因素的发展。
5.定期和孩子交流沟通，防患于未然。逃学是一个渐进的过程。如有的学生从对一门课没有兴趣开始，发展到对任何课没有兴趣。有的从怕做作业开始，拖拉作业，甚至不做作业。例如石泉县曾溪乡大沟小学的付先宝同学小学一年级开始都未做过作业直到快进入初中，最终老师也不愿意督促
他交作业了。在我们的谈心和耐心辅导之下，在留守家长的关心下，他开始对学习有了兴趣，据说上初中从未逃学。如果我们能经常和孩子沟通交流，对孩子的不良苗头及消极情绪就能及时发现并指正，并能采取适当的措施，孩子的逃学、厌学行为就可能的到控制和制止。
6.加强学生心理引导、稳定情绪，争取让心理上有问题尽早返回课堂。其实孩子逃学常常从无奈开始。离开学校后他们会往往会产生严重的心理不安。因此，我们可靠采取心理角色换位的方式，对孩子进行说服教育，我们可以站在孩子的角度，设身处地地从孩子角度思考分析问题。这样，孩子往往会被这种理解和宽
