教学目标

知识与能力:

通过本节活动的学习使学生掌握和培养以下基础知识,拿破仑帝国、拿破仑法典,拿破仑对法国及世界历史的贡献,拿破仑给欧洲及其他国家带的伤害。通过对拿破仑的审判活动的指导,学生亲自搜集整理有关拿破仑的材料,培养学生主动的发现问题,善于搜集材料、整理材料,并按要求组织材料锻炼学生的合作学习的能力和方法。培养学生用联系、发展的观点看待历史。把历史唯物主义和辩证唯物主义应用在现实生活中。

过程与方法:

通过引导学生引导和帮助学生利用法庭审判的形式再现对拿破仑的评价,指导学生根据对拿破仑的不同评价搜集材料并形成论据,把分散的信息联系在一起。培养学生搜集整理和发布信息的能力,培养学

生的合作学习,和团队精神。在活动的过程中完全由学生自己完成,充分体现学生的主体的地位。使学生的总体的历史素养得到了提升。

情感态度价值观:

通过本活动是学生认识到广大人民是历史的主人,是历史的缔造者。历史人物只能对历史产生影响而不能决定历史。通过对拿破仑的行为的评价、分析、理解。使学生认识到战争的性质决定战争的胜负。对历史人物的评价要全面抓住现象反映本质,学会用历史唯物主义和辩证唯物主义的观点评价历史和现实。

教学重点难点及突破

重点及突破:

1.重点是拿破仑的贡献及对历史的功与过。

2.指导学生通过各种途径如到图书馆、上网、查阅影音材料搜集各种有关拿破仑的材料。

难点及突破:

1.如何根据观点搜集组织材料,用史实证明观点。

2.法庭审判的程序。指导学生先对材料进行分类,根据观点不同组织材料。并对材料进行整理形成到图书馆或上网查找法庭审判的程序,进行分工准备。

教学方法

1.合作学习法:运用构建主义理论,以人为本的教育思想,从新对知识进行整合采用合作学习的方法,指导学生搜集整理发布信息。

2.创设情境法:通过“世纪的审判”为主题以法庭审判的形式创设情景把学生搜集到的材料发布出提高了学生的积极性锻炼了学生的各种能力,扩展了学生的知识面。加深了学生对拿破仑的认识。使学生对历史人物评价有了新的认识。

3.运用教学辅助教学,有助于学生对知识的理解。

程准备

1.将全班学生分成四组、各自扮演以下角色:

第一组“国际法庭”的法官和书记员

第二组原告代表被拿破仑征服的国家的人民。认为拿破仑是民族沙主义

第三组被告代表拿破仑及将领。认为拿破仑是革命的传播者

第四组合议厅成员

原告组和被告组分别由原告和被告和辩护律师、证人组成。

2.实施步骤

四个小组分别搜集资料,按照各自支持的观点进行整理准备材料。

班级按法庭的样式设立模拟法庭:

模拟法庭审判“一组”由法官主持审判;“二组”代表状告拿破仑对欧洲各国进行侵略带了灾难由证人证明;“三组”代表拿破仑的将领从战争输出传播了资产阶级革命,对欧洲的封建势力进行扫荡的角度进行辩解,同时由证人证明。双方辩护律师进行辩论,总结陈词。“四组”陪审团进行审议写出宣判词由法官宣判。

教师对学生的表现评价,指出如何公正的看待拿破仑及历史事和人物。
