【摘要】Objective:To observe the simple western medicine enema with western medicine enema combined with Kangfuxin solution enema on chronic ulcerative proctitis curative effect.Method:will be compatible with the diagnosis of chronic ulcerative proctitis:100 patients were divided randomly into control group, 100ml plus lidocaine to metronidazole 5ml with triamcinolone acetonide 50mg retention enema, treatment group and 50 cases in the control group on the basis of Kangfuxin retention enema to 100ml, with 15d as a course of treatment, a total of 2 courses, 2 groups of a comprehensive comparative analysis of efficacy and adverse reaction.Results:the total effective rate of treatment group 92%, control group in the total efficiency of 64%, there was significant difference between two groups.P 0.05.Conclusion:western medicine enema combined with Kangfuxin enema in the treatment of chronic ulcerative proctitis is simple, fewer adverse reactions, can significantly reduce the symptoms of patients, improve the curative effect.% 目的：观察单纯西药灌肠与西药灌肠结合康复新液灌肠对慢性溃疡性直肠炎的临床疗效.方法：将符合诊断的慢性溃疡性直肠炎患者100例随机分为对照组予甲硝唑100ml加利多卡因5ml加曲安奈
