The Cons and Pros of Doing a Part-time Job
Nowadays, a growing number of college students take part-time jobs in their leisure time and it has aroused a heated discussion among us. Some hold opposed attitude towards it for the reason that it may bring many problem. College students spend so much time in taking part-time job that they cannot be absorbed in their academic performances. Therefore, though they earn some money, they lose the gold time to enlarge our vision.
However, like a corn, everything has both sides, taking part-time jobs also has its advantages. It gives us a chance to earn money by ourselves and experience how hard our parents work to raise us because money is not easy to gain.
From my standpoint, I figure that as a college student, we are supposed to study hard instead of taking part-time jobs and the reasons can be listed as follows. First of all, learning knowledge is our threshold task at this stage and it will take up many of our time. Secondly, in fact, we need to pay our tuition fee before we enter the college. So, from this point of view, we cherish the study chances meaning earning money. Last but not least, now is the golden period of the development of our physical and mental and intellectual education, Therefore we will benefit a lot if we make full use of it.
