高三家长会发言稿 孙玉林2003年11月14日 各位家长：下午好！欢迎你们来五中指导。 今天是第五次和各位家长相会于丹阳五中这所温馨的家园，老朋友会面，我们倍感亲切。各位家长今天来五中,更多的是一种期待:我们的孩子在五中三年了，希望通过今天的家长会，了解五中的发展情况，自己孩子的进步情况。 我将从三个方面向各位家长总体汇报： 1．汇报五中2003年高考情况，本届高三的基本情况。 2．汇报今年我们这一届高三的工作情况。 3．对我们高三的各位家长提几点希望，你们孩子的具体情况等一会儿由我们的班主任和任课老师在各班级进行介绍。 第一方面：我校2003届高三共有6个重点班，4个普通班，学生546人。在今年高考中，本一达线108人；本二达线226人；本三以上436人；有一批优秀学生被浙江大学、中国人民大学、哈尔滨工业大学等名校录取，今年我校高考成绩可谓质量双赢，与时俱进，再奏凯歌，实现了历史性突破,向社会、向家长、向学校交了一份满意的答卷。 当时，高考成绩出来后，我们新高一招生录取工作刚好开始，那一天学校招生现场的火爆场面今天想起来我们仍记忆犹新，历历在目。我们五中的每一位老师也深深领悟到学校发展，教学质量确实是硬道理。如果没有质量，学校将会失去发展的先机，无以生存，这是最现实的硬道理，也是最严峻的现实。 今年我们这一届高三的基本情况是： 学生情况：我们今年高三学生总人数646人，有8个重点班4个普通班。丹阳市中12个班均为重点班，高一并轨生539分以上有250多人。就并轨生生源而言，市中、六中、五中我们三家学校并轨生人数均差不多。在高一、高二的的4次丹阳市期末统考中，我们重点班的多门学科均列省丹中之后，丹阳市第二名。 教师情况：高三现有任课教师41位，上一届高三留下来16位骨干教师，41位老师中担任高三循环教学的有35位。可以说高三教师名单的确定，学校是慎之又慎。朱校长、戎校长和我们多次反复推敲、论证，为了突出高三教学工作的中心地位，力争选一批业务水平高，责任心强的骨干教师充实到高三。同时，学校领导带头上高三。戎年中校长、吴朝阳校长、张东明主任、束建华主任、束耀华主任、荆文浩主任，加上我共有7位行政人员和老师们一起挑重担，起到了示范和鼓舞作用。另外，我们朱校长从高一到高三5次家长会，每次必定参加，高三工作的每一项重大决策，朱校长都亲自过问。 困难情况：市中12个班全部为重点班，我们高一招生时有4个普通班编制，明年我省高考人数增多，竞争更加激烈，明年高考录取人数再超市中。确实有一定困难。俗话说：“生于忧患，死于安乐”，我们高三全体教师并未被困难吓倒，而是知难而上，在学校最需要我们的时刻，我们高三教师会挺身而出，拥有强烈的危机意识、责任意识、竞争意识和成就意识。 各位家长，回顾半个学期以来的高三工作，我们清醒地认识到，要实现高三工作的可持续发展，我们必须扎实地做了以下一些工作： 1．加强统一领导，实行科学决策。

“问题导向”初中地方德育专题课程研究与实践 “问题导向”初中地方德育专题课程，是一门市域统整、市县校结合、校本化实施的地方课程，是以视频案例为重要学习情境、以解决初中学生思想品德问题为根本目标的德育专题课程。本课程共有15个专题，划分为五大板块，涵盖自我、交往、社会、国家、法治等5 个方面的内容。 为解决调查发现的本市初中阶段学生普遍存在的缺乏感恩、不会分享等问题，以及德育课程实施过程中主题泛化、针对性不强和实效性低等缺陷，更好地完成“立德树人”根本任务，项目组历经十年，通过政府推动，教科研部门与高校相关专业人员深度参与，学校与一线教师通力合作，开发了“问题导向”初中地方德育课程，制定了地方专题德育课程方案（纲要），构建了地方德育课程体系，并探索了与之相匹配的教学模式。 本成果深度改变了传统德育课堂教学面貌，促进了学生德育素养的大面积提升，原来调查中发现的学生德育方面的问题得到有效解决，同时引发了学校管理体制的深度变革，通过学校、教师、学生、家长和社区深度参与，形成了“十万教师百万家庭连心育人”全员育人德育新局面，有效落实了立德树人根本任务。本成果示范辐射作用显著，引发省内外同行高度关注；社会评价较高，社会反响比较强烈。 1.成果内容与概念
本成果形成历时10年，从课程探索与准备，到专题论证与确立，再到课程集中开发，又到课程实践检验，最后是课程反思与推广，共经历了五个阶段。本成果的主要内容是：出版了视频课程光盘两套共 30 张，出版专著多部，发表论文一宗。本成果解决的主要问题是：第一，解决当下初中阶段学生日常学习和生活中普遍存在的不懂感恩、不会分享等问题。第二，解决德育形式单一、不够活泼，课堂教学机械灌输和死记硬背，学生学习兴趣不高甚至不愿意学的问题。第三，解决德育资源挖掘与利用不充分及校际德育课程资源占有不均衡的问题。 2.成果功能与效果 第一，学生对德育课的态度发生改变，原来表现突出的德育问题得到有效解决。第二，为学校实施德育地方课程提供了资源、平台和载体。第三，示范辐射作用显著，社会评价较高。教育部课程教材发展中心多位领导都对本成果进行了充分肯定，省人民政府、省教育厅有关领导给予了高度赞赏和评价，中国教育报、人民教育、中国德育、基础教育课程等多家媒体纷纷予以报道，本成果还被教育部课程中心确定为全国校本课程建设研究推进项目，外地市、外省市也纷纷学习借鉴本成果。 3.成果价值与创新 本成果具有较高的研究与实践价值。是落实立德树人根本任务，培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的重要举措；是培育核心素养的重要途径，也是促进人的全面发展的必然要求；本成果适应贯彻落实山东省素质教育工作实施方案、山东省德育综合改革行动计划、山东省德育
