在数字化电厂规划中的应用

［摘 要］信息化和工业化融合（两化融合）管理体系作为众多企业规划和建设的高度精炼的通用性
标准，也同样适用于数字化电厂。数字化电厂两化融合管理体系的规划和建设应当以获取
可持续竞争优势为关注焦点，设计电厂的业务架构、应用架构、技术架构、数据架构和集
成架构，并不断完善和充实数字化电厂的实质内容，对电厂各种数据采用统一标准化的数
据格式，确保数据的准确性、时效性和可追溯性，保证数据的共享和统一管理，使电厂形
成信息化环境下的新型能力和可持续的竞争优势。建议尽快开展适合发电企业特点的两化
融合管理体系的管理咨询和分析方法的研究，制定发电企业两化融合管理体系的实施导则
和框架文件模版。

Application of integration of informatization and industrialization management
system in digital power plants planning

Abstract: As a highly standardized universal standard for enterprise planning and construction, the integration of informatization and industrialization management system is also applicable to digital power plants. The design of business architecture, application architecture, technical architecture, data architecture and integration architecture of the digital power plants should be focused on obtaining sustainable competitive advantages. The substance of digital power plants needs to be constantly improved and enriched. A standardized data format should be used for different kinds of data to ensure data accuracy, timeliness and traceability as well as data sharing and unified management, which helps to form new abilities and sustainable competitive advantages in the information environment. In the end, this paper proposes that the research on management consulting and analysis methods for power generation enterprises should be carried out as early as possible, as well as implementation guidelines and framework document templates.
