Preface
前言
为了落实天远劳务字（2004）30号文件精神，促进船员广泛使用英语，充分营造船舶英语氛围和环境，进而提高船员英语水平，考虑到目前船员英语基础和水平差异，原新元海轮驾助张宏权同志利用业余时间编写了这本甲板部工作英语手册，旨在为大家提供一本较实用的学习资料。
远智海甲板部英语培训小组根据本船情况对该手册进行了部分修改，希望该手册能为大家英语水平的提高起到积极的作用。
该手册保存在个人房间，请注意爱护，妥善保管并列入移交。

海洋捕捞渔船船员岗位职责 海洋捕捞渔船船员分甲板部船员和轮机部船员，甲板部船员岗位有船长、大副、二副、渔捞长、渔捞员、炊事员，轮机部船员岗位有轮机长、大管轮、二管轮、轮机员，其职责如下: 一、船长职责 1、船长是全船的领导人，对生产、生活、安全负有全面责任。对外有权代表本船进行各项工作的联系，模范执行国家的政策法令和各项港航法规。 2、掌握本船结构性能，主辅机及各种机械、设备、仪器的概况。督促各职能部门或有关个人使其处于良好状态。 3、拖网渔船在生产作业及航行中，头船船长应将生产意图及时通知二船船长。二船船长要服从头船船长的领导并及提出合理化建议。 4、进出港口，狭窄水道，船只密集海域，恶劣天气，抛起锚或当值人员叫请时，应亲自驾驶或在场指挥。 5、根据生产和渔场，渔获物的变化，及时指导渔捞长和大副检查调整网具。 6、与大副、二副轮流担任航行、带网值班工作。督促检查锚泊，停泊值班，并认真记好航海日志。 7、对海损、作业事故，有现任采取应急措施妥善处理。遇难弃船时，船长应最后离船。 8、坞修期间协同验船部门和厂方详细检查船体，制订坞修计划，并督促执行，检查验收。 1 9、每航次应召开一次安全生产会，对发现的不安全因素，行为应提出改正意见，消除隐患，切实搞好生产安全。
二、大副职责 1、大副是船长的主要助手，协助船长做好各项工作，船长离船因故不能履行职务时，有责代理船长职务。 2、负责对渔船助航设备、船舶证件、船员证书和技术文件的使用保管，办理进出港签证。 3、与船长轮流担任航行、带网、锚泊、停泊值班，并记好航海与渔捞日志。 4、负责网具装配，高速的技术指导。亲自率领船员进行渔捞操作。进出港、靠离码头时，负责指挥甲板人员系解缆，起抛锚等工作。 5、模范遵守海上法规，严格执行安全操作规程并监督船员严格执行。经常进行安全生产教育及操作训练。 6、会同船长安排和领导甲板人员的工作。发生海损或渔捞事故，与船长共同设法妥善处理。 7、坞修期间协助船长做好坞修计划，检查计划进度和修船质量，并亲自带领船员做好船用设备的维修保养工作。 8、经常带领船员搞好全船的清洁卫生，督促炊事员安排调剂好生活。 三、二副职责 1、二副是船长、大副的助手，协助大副做好甲板部的安全，渔捞作业工作。与船长、大副轮流担任航行、带网、锚泊的值班。 2、协助船长、大副搞好助渔、助航仪器使用、维护保养和管理工 2 作，负责航海图书资料的保管和改正。 3、协助大副做好网具装配和高速的技术指导，检查舵系、车钟、号灯、号型、号笛和消防救生等设备的适用情况，协助大副搞好安全生产教育。
