教学辅导计划 学习现状 李同学是合肥六十七中初一学生,2009年12月份开始与之接触,此时初一第一学期期中考试已经过去,在此之前每次测验停留在35分左右,平时的家庭作业(启东作业本)虽然能做完,但正确率相当低,甚至有的练习题老师讲解过了,他作业本上还是错的答案,有的是单词拼写错误,有的是完全不知所以然。简单的英语对话经过提醒之后才能做出回应。 优劣势分析 通过与李及其父母沟通,了解到李同学学习的各方面: 1、从小学进入到初中,随着科目、课程的增加,李同学一时没适应过来,主次科目学习的 时间、精力分配不合理。 2、就英语而言,学习方法上很有欠缺。据李妈妈反应,平时李在英语学习上也花了一定的 时间,但就是没效果。这是为什么呢? 通过一段时间的观察与了解,发现学习方法不当是阻碍其英语进步的最大障碍。 比如单词记忆纯粹靠中文谐音,这突出表现在李同学拼写单词时,很多时候会把单词间的顺序颠倒。 而单词的含义仅仅只是单词表里孤立的记忆,这样,就算花了大量时间把单词背下来,也不太会运用,写出来的简单的句子都很汉语化。 其次是语法,在某些某块,李的语法笔记还是有抄下来的,但我发现他并没有切实理解,如学到send ,give街双宾语这一用法时,在send / give sb sth 结构中,他并不能理解sb, sth所代表的含义,所以碰到相关习题时,就无法顺利、准确地解出来了。 3、学习习惯方面:我们知道,语言的学习很多首先是一种“模仿”,因此准确、大量的朗 读时学好英语的基础和前提,而良好的习惯又是模仿、记忆的基础和前提。平时朗读时,李同学阅读习惯性地指读、回读、译读等,这些都不利于他很快地习得新的单词、短语和句子,消耗时间又没有效果。 4、学习主动性方面:学习主动性虽然不是很好,但如果父母加以监督的话,基本能完成相 关作业,然父母忙于工作,很多时候无暇顾及。 虽存在以上种种问题,但李同学学习英语的积极性还不错,小学英语虽然没做太高的要求,但也有一定的基础,最重要的是敢于开口说,有自信。且纵观李翔其他科目,以及其父母的反应,李语言组织能力不错,在文科类科目问题上,接受力及理解力不错,还曾在小学阶段获过相关奖项。 辅导策略 学习态度上,基本没多大问题,只需要加以鼓励以激发、保持其学习兴趣与热情。平时会利用一些简短历史故事及身边熟悉的人物去引导、鼓励他。 思维条理性的培养,首先要做的是和他一起制定每日作息时间,让其学会合理安排学习和娱乐时间,同时增强他的自觉性。 学习习惯上,主要是朗读、拼写习惯的改进。我采取的是言传身教方式,自己做一遍、做多遍给他看,而不是指责、批评。当然,当同样的问题出现多次时,会适当的批评。
