1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

Deliver marketing communication strategies to drive revenue streams (including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Banquets & Weddings, Meetings & Events), local awareness (reputation and understanding of hotel brand in the city) and relationships (hotel guests, media companies, local community, and vendors)

Own and manage the marketing communications responsibilities under six core topics according to IHG standard operating procedures for Marketing Planning, Collateral and Advertising Production, Content Management, Public Relations, Promotion and Events and Social Media.

Deliver tactical marketing promotions to drive hotel revenue and awareness in the local and feeder markets, and ensure key stakeholders (including media companies, local corporate accounts, vendors and suppliers) are aware of the hotel product and unique selling points.

Champion and protect the reputation of the hotel and its brand

Essential Duties and Responsibilities –(Key Activities of the Role)

?Join the hotel Executive Committee and contribute to its responsibilities

?Manage the key Marketing Communication processes at hotel including Marketing Planning, Collateral and Advertising Production, Content Management, Public Relations, Promotion

and Events and Social Media according to IHG Marketing Communications standard

Financial Responsibilities

?Prepare and manage the department’s Marketing budget as part of Business Planning: 编制并管理酒店部门市场预算:

o Assist GM in preparing all Marketing sections of the Sales & Marketing department

annual budget

o Assist GM in monitoring Marketing revenue targets and controlling Marketing costs to ensure performance against budget

o Assist GM in preparing the hotel’s short term and long term strategic plan for all Marketing priorities

Human Resource Responsibilities - (for incumbents with direct subordinates)

Support General Manager and Director of Human Resource s to maximize Sales and Marketing staff resources

o Assist in planning for future staffing needs
