建立业务联系的函电

草拟建立业务联系的信函时每个外贸业务人员必须掌握的操作技能。招揽函的内容要简单扼要,语意诚恳,设法引起对方的兴趣订购货品。一般说来,建立业务联系的信函包括以下几个部分内容:

(1)从何处得知对方的名称、地址(2)自我介绍。主要是介绍本公司的性质、贸易经验、业务范围、宗旨以及某些相对优势

(3)表达愿与对方建立业务关系的希望

(4)提出希望交易产品的种类或范围

(5)附上商品目录等

(6)盼对方尽快回音、下定单或告知意见,并表示敬意等语句。

通常一次信函就收到明确效果的很少,但只要耐心寄发资料给多家国外对象,总会遇到有回音的,对方如果回函表示兴趣,即有进一步交易的机会。

询盘的内容可简可繁,虽然多数与价格方面,但并不仅限于此,有时可以具体写明所要购买的货品的质量、规格、数量及付款条件等,并索取样品、目录说明书等有关资料。一般询盘的要求如下:

发盘函电的写作:

出口商收到进口商的询盘后,根据计算的出口价格向对方发盘。发盘的内容通常包括下列几项:

(1)货品的名称

(2)发盘的有效期限

(3)交易的基本条件:例如质量、数量、价格、包装刷唛、保险、交

货、付款等条件

(4)交易的附带条件:例如检验、不可抗力、索赔、仲裁等条件。其中货品名名称、发盘的有效期限及交易的基本条件为稳固发盘的必要记载事项,至于交易的附带条件,即使不记载也不影响其效力。

发盘函写作要点:

(1)准确阐明各项主要交易条件(2)声明此发盘的有效期及其他约束条件

(3)鼓励对方订货并保证供货满意。
