高金MBA面试经验分享——如何精彩演绎你的8分钟（诸葛同学）

高金有这种魅力，就是你为它而用心准备之时，会发现你与自己的终极心愿相行渐近。
你开始用心准备申请，你开始沉淀和反省自己的过去，然后建议先一气呵成写出最真实的自己，你也务必会反复揣摩词调，你也必须一再而三对字句修整，如果你真的爱它，就尽量不要未行先错，而应尽善尽美。
你可能会和我一样，选择诸如众凯的辅导班，但务必注意，数周后的面试时，你还是你。

了解高金
高金的发展非常迅速，可谓史无前例，那么肯定有它的特别之处，比如它在金融领域的专业性（亦非常重视金融基础）、它开放的办学体制、它富有国际目标的办学目的、前沿的课程、高金团队用心良苦投入的大量资源等，了解高金——个人觉得是获得拟录取的最前提，只有了解高金，发现高金是你心所属，才有可能在而后的各环节中与之共鸣。个人建议务必认真看高金金融MBA项目主页中《2018级SAIFMBA培养与招生全解析》倪老师的分享，也强烈建议有时间多参加高金各类活动、多与高金校友交流等。另外众凯会专门请一位老师给大家介绍高金，从课程、从师资、资源等方面给大家展示一个全面的高金。
申请材料准备
在材料上需要相当用心，主要有几个建议：
务必思路直观、条例清晰
高金倪老师也说了，会认真读每一份申请材料，那么意味着逻辑清晰、条例清晰的申请文件，能让老师在数千份申请材料下读之一悦，我相信这是加分项，我个人在申请材料上，花费了很多心思，准备了很长时间，众凯老师帮我修改了几次，每个问题用了段落标号，大标号小标号区分段落和逻辑层次。另外逻辑、结构清晰的申请材料在面试过程中，也能让面试官快速阅读快速了解你。
考虑是否在补充模块写“WhySAIF”、“职业规划”等
我在补充模块写了这两部分内容，花了不少笔墨，个人觉得WhySAIF是至关重要的一个问题，所以务必把握好，注意WhySAIF是基于“了解高金”和了解自己。
务必细致认真
在我理解，金融是十分严谨的，所以申请材料不得有所差错。就个人而言，申请材料自己反复的检查、修改了好多遍，修改了不少错别字、语句语法，直到截止前两天才提交。细致认真也是你向高金展示你的用心的重要方式，不过也只有用心了，才会真的“细致、认真”。
务必上传奖学金证书、各类获奖证书
虽然最终拿到拟录取了，但此前我一直后悔没把二等奖学金证书上传，因为我认为只是大一获得的奖学金，可能证明不了什么。其实大学期间的学习证明，是你向高金证明你学习能力的重要方式之一，非常重要，每个获奖证明都是成长的积分卡。高金的上传奖项对应的只有4栏，可以在“其它”中统一放一个pdf上传。
自我陈述
高金面试的特色之一是可以自由选择展示形式(8分钟)让高金面试老师了
解你的过去、现在和规划，亦或是用8分钟陈述whySAIF。这8分钟每一秒都很重要无比，几点分享：
面试前反复演练100遍
切记不要背诵，可以总结思路，按思路演练，最终会发现已经熟能生巧、发挥自如，无需特意背诵，背诵反而会让你有束缚之感，紧张时将影响发挥。可以和众凯的小伙伴组织演练几次。
逻辑清晰
暂且不说个人亮点如何，Presentation是展示思考逻辑和表达能力的好机会，逻辑也是金融、管理领域很重要的技能。如果是用PPT展示，建议先理顺逻辑，再根据逻辑划分模块，再突出模块内容的重点，前因后果、承上启下的思路务必要清晰直观、一目了然。
简明扼要的PPT
如果选用的展示工具是PPT，建议简约清晰，忌页面拥挤和文字密麻，PPT 只是演讲者的提示工具或是倾听者的节奏提示，重要的内容最好是通过演讲者的陈述吸引听众，成功的展示过程，听众的目光是跟着演讲者的眼神的。（这应该算是传统的演讲技能）
内容紧扣主题
短暂的8分钟，招生老师并没限制陈述发挥的工具，但无论是PPT还是即兴演讲，建议紧扣与高金匹配度的主题——为什么选择高金？为什么高金选择我？既是节约双方时间，又是悟性的体现。
面试问答面试官
面试官通常由1位高金老师和两位企业高管组成，两位企业高管可能是高金优秀资深校友，也可能是高金的优秀业界导师。所以一定是金融的专家、或者能够短时间内判断考生匹配度的前辈，建议带着乐观但谦逊的心态、尊重的神态、专注的姿态面试。
面试问题
个人而言，被问到的问题特例性比较强——我所在公司的业务模式、我的工作内容、我所在行业的情况、行业的法规、行业的发展等是被问到的内容，
需要注意的是，老师对问题的提问绝对不是停留在问题表面，一定是会通过应试者的回答循序渐进深入，正如倪老师所说，“了解你的现在和过去”。个人认为面试老师风格不一、问题因人而异，但总结好、梳理好当前和过去的工作内容与工作思考是不会错的。众凯每一次的模拟面试都会邀请不同的面试官，你可以和他们多探讨探讨。

2018年常见MBA考研复试英语口语答题模板 一、考场注意 1、第一句话。见到考官的第一句话，很关键，不用说的很复杂。可以是一个简单句，但一定要铿锵有力。展示出自信和实力。千万不要来一句“Sorry, my English is poor”。 常见的开头有：I am glad to be here for this interview.
