（一）伦敦保险协会货物条款（Ａ）

承保范围
风险条款
１．本保险承保除下列４、５、６、７各条规定除外责任以外的一切风险所造成保险标的的损失。
1. This insurance covers all risks of loss of or damage to the subject-matter insured except as provided in Clauses 4 5 6 and 7 below
共同海损条款
２．本保险承保共同海损和救助费用，其理算或确定应根据运输契约和／或有关法律和惯例办理。该项共同海损和救助费用的产生，应为避免任何原因所造成的或与之有关的损失所引起的，但下列４、５、６、７各条或本保险其他条款规定的不保责任除外。
2. This insurance covers general average and salvage charges adjusted or determined according to the contract of affreightment and/or the governing law and practice incurred to avoid or in connection with the avoidance of loss from any cause except those excluded in Clauses 4 5 6 and 7 or elsewhere in this insurance.
(“Both to Blame Collision”Clause)
船舶互撞责任条款
３．本保险负责赔偿被保险人根据运输契约订有“船舶互撞责任”条款规定，由被保险人应负的比例责任，视作本保险单项下应予补偿的损失。如果船东根据上述条款提出任何索赔要求，被保险人同意通知保险人，保险人有权自负费用为被保险人就此项索赔进行辩护。
3. This insurance is extended to indemnify the Assured against such proportion of liability under the contract of affreightment “Both to Blame Collision”Clause as is in respect of a loss recoverable hereunder. In the event of any claim by shipowners under the said Clause the Assured agree to notify the Underwriters who shall have the right at their own cost expense to defend the Assured against such claim.

EXCLUSIONS
４．本保险在任何情况下不负赔偿的责任：

4.2 ordinary leakage ordinary loss in weight or volume or ordinary wear and tear of the subject-matter insured
４．３由于保险标的包装或准备不足或不当造成的损失或费用（本条所称的“包装”，包括用集装箱或大型海运箱装载的，但该项装载以本保险开始生效前或由被保险人或其受雇人完成的为限）；
4.3 loss damage or expense caused by insufficiency or unsuitability of packing or preparation of the subject-matter insured (for the purpose of this Clause 4.3 “packing” shall be deemed to include stowage in a container or liftvan but only when such stowage is carried out prior to attachment of this insurance or by the Assured or their servants)
４．４由于保险标的本质缺陷或特性造成的损失和费用；
4.4 Loss damage or expense caused by inherent vice or nature of the subject-matter insured
４．５直接由延迟引起的损失或费用，即使延迟是由承保风险所引起（上述第２条可以赔付的费用除外）；
4.5 loss damage or expense proximately caused by delay even though the delay be caused by a risk insured against (except expenses payable under Clause 2 above)
４．６由于船舶所有人、经理人、租船人或经营人破产或不履行债务造成的损失或费用；
4.6 Loss damage or expense arising from insolvency or financial default of the owners managers charterers or operators of the vessel
４．７由于使用任何原子或核子裂变和（或）聚变或其他类似反应或放射性作用或放射性物质的战争武器造成的损失或费用。
4.7 Loss damage or expense arising from the use of any weapon of war employing atomic or nuclear fission and/or other like reaction or radioactive force or matter.
不适航和不适宜除外责任条款
（Unseaworthiness and Unfitness Exclusion Clause）
５．５．１本保险在任何情况下不负下列原因引起的损失和费用。
5 5.1 In no case shall this insurance cover loss damage or expense arising from
unseaworthiness of vessel or craft.
船舶或驳船不适航；
Unfitness of vessel craft conveyance container or liftvan for the safe carriage of the subject-matter insured.
船舶、运输工具、集装箱或大型海运箱不适宜安全运载保险标的。如果保险标的在装载时，被保险人或其受雇人知道这种不适航和不适当的情况。
where the Assured or their servants are privy to such unseaworthiness or unfitness at the time the subject-matter insured is loaded therein.
５．２保险人放弃船舶必须适航和适宜将保险标的运往目的地的默示担保，除非被保险人
the ship to carry the subject-matter insured to destination unless the Assured or their servants are privy to such unseaworthiness or unfitness.
战争除外责任条款(War Exclusion Clause)
６．本保险在任何情况下不负下列原因造成的损失和费用：
6 In no case shall this insurance cover loss damage or expense caused by
６．１战争、内战、革命、叛乱、造反或由引引起的内乱，或交战国或针对交战国的任何敌对行为；
6.1 war civil war revolution rebellion insurrection or civil strife arising therefrom or any hostile act by or against a belligerent power
６．２捕获、拘留、扣留、禁制、扣押（海盗行为除外）以及这种行动的后果或这方面的企图；
6.2 capture seizure arrest restraint or detainment (piracy excepted) and the consequences thereof or any attempt thereat.
６．３遗弃的水雷、鱼雷、炸弹或其他遗弃的战争武器。
6.3 Derelict mines torpedoes bombs or other derelict weapons of war.
罢工除外责任条款(Strikes Exclusion Clause)
７．本保险在任何情况下不保下列原因造成的损失和费用：
7 In no case shall this insurance cover loss damage or expense
７．１罢工者、被迫停工工人或参与工潮、暴动或民变人员；
7.1 caused by strikers locked-out workmen or persons taking part in labour disturbances riots or civil commotions
７．２罢工、被迫停工、工潮、暴动或民变；
7.2 resulting from strikes lock-outs labour disturbances riots or civil commotions
７．３任何恐怖主义者或者任何人出于政治目的采取的行动。
期限 7.3 caused by any terrorist or any person acting from a political motive.
运输条款(Transit Clause)
８．８．１本保险责任自货物运离保险单所载明的启运地仓库或储存处所开始运输时起生效，包括正常运输过程，直至运到下述地点时终止。
8 8.1 This insurance attaches from the time the goods leave the warehouse or place of storage at the place named herein for the commencement of the transit continues during the ordinary course of transit and terminates either

８．１．２在保险单所载明目的地之前或目的地的任何其他仓库或储存处所，由被保险人择选用作：
8.1.2 On delivery to any other warehouse or place of storage whether prior to or at the destination named herein which the Assured elect to use either

8.1.2.1 For storage other than in the ordinary course of transit or
８．１．２．２分配或分派货物，或者：
8.1.2.2 for allocation or distribution.
８．１．３被保险货物在最后卸载港全部卸离海轮后满６０天为止。
8.1.3 On the expiry of 60 days after completion of discharge over side of the goods hereby insured from the oversea vessel at the final port of discharge.
以上各项以先发生者为准。
Whichever shall first occur.
８．２如货物在本保险责任终止前于最后卸载港卸离海轮，需转运到非保险单载明的其他目的地时，保险责任仍按上述规定终止，但以该项货物开始转运时终止。
8.2 If after discharge over side from the oversea vessel at the final port of discharge but prior to termination of this insurance the goods are to be forwarded to destination other than that to which they are insured hereunder this insurance whilst remaining subject to termination as provided for above shall not extend beyond the commencement of transit to such other destination.
８．３在被保险人无法控制的运输延迟、任何绕道、被迫卸货、重行装载、转运以及船东或租船人运用运输契约赋予的权限所作的任何航海上的变更的情况下，本保险仍继续有效（仍需按照上述有关保险终止期限和下述第９条的规定办理）。
8.3 This insurance shall remain in force (subject to termination as provided for above and to the provisions of Clause 9 below) during delay beyond the control of the Assured any deviation forced discharge reshipment or transshipment and during any variation of the adventure arising from the exercise of a liberty granted to ship owners or charterers under the contract of affreightment.
(Termination of Contract of Carriage Clause)

９．如由于被保险人无法控制的情况，致使运输契约在非保险单载明的目的地的港口或处所终止，或者运输在按上述第８条规定发货前终止，本保险亦应终止，除非被保险人立即通知保险人并提出续保要求，并在必要时加缴保险费的情况下，本保险继续有效。
9 If owing to circumstances beyond the control of the Assured either the contract of carriage is terminated at
a port or place other than the destination named therein or the transit is otherwise terminated before delivery of the goods as provided for in Clause 8 above then this insurance shall also terminate unless prompt notice is given to the Underwriters and continuation of cover is requested when the insurance shall remain in force subject to an additional premium if required by the Underwriters either
９．１直至货物在该港口或处所出售和交货，或除非有特别约定，在被保险货物抵达该港口或处所后，满６０天为止，以先发生者为准，或：
9.1 Until the goods are sold and delivered at such port or place or unless otherwise specially agreed until the expiry of 60 days after arrival of the goods hereby insured at such port or place whichever shall first occur

9.2 If the goods are forwarded within the said period of 60 days (or any agreed extension thereof) to the destination named herein or to any other destination until terminated in accordance with provisions of Clause 8 above.
变更航程条款 (Change of Voyage Clause)
１０．当本保险责任开始后，被保险人变更目的地，应立即通知保险人，经另行商定保险费和条件，本保险仍然有效。
10 Where after attachment of this insurance the destination is changed by the Assured held covered at a premium and on conditions to be arranged subject to prompt notice being to the Underwriters.
理赔 (Insurable Interest Clause)
可保利益条款
CLAIMS
１１．１１．１在发生损失时，被保险人必须对保险标的具有可保利益，才能获得本保险单项下的赔偿。
11 11.1 In order to recover under this insurance the Assured must have an insurable interest in the subject-matter insured at the time of the loss.
１１．２被保险人有权按照上述（１）条的规定，对在本保险期限内发生的承保损失获得赔偿，即使损失发生在本保险契约之前。但在缔约时被保险人已经知道损失发生，而保险人并不知晓者除外。
11.2 Subject to 11.1 above the Assured shall be entitled to recover for insured loss occurring during the period cover by this insurance notwithstanding that the loss occurred before the contract of insurance was concluded unless the Assured were aware of the loss and the Underwriters were not.
续运费条款 (Forwarding Charge Clause)
１２．由于本保险承保的风险，致使保险运输在非保险单载明的港口或处所终止，保险人应偿付被保险人在卸货、存仓和续运保险标的至保险单载明目的地适当而合理产生的任何额外费用。
12 Where as a result of the operation of a risk covered by this insurance the insured transit is terminated at a port or place other than that to which the subject-matter is covered under this insurance the Underwriters will reimburse the Assured for any extra charges properly and reasonably incurred in unloading storing and forwarding the subject-matter to the destination to which it is insured hereunder.
第１２条不适用于共同海损或救助费用，并须按照上述４、５、６、７各条所载除外责任的规定办理，还不包括由于被保险人或其受雇人的过失、疏忽、破产或不履行债务而引起的费用。
This Clause 12 which does not apply to general average or salvage charges shall be subject to the exclusions contained in Clauses 4 5 6 and 7 above and shall not include charges arising from the fault negligence insolvency or financial default of the Assured or their servants.
１３．本保险不负推定全损，除非保险标的实际全损已经不可避免，或者由于恢复、整理以及运送保险标的到保险目的地的费用超过其本身价值，并在保险标的被合理委付的情况下，得按推定全损赔偿。
13 No claim for Constructive Total Loss shall be recoverable hereunder unless the subject-matter insured is reasonably abandoned either on account of its actual total loss appearing to be unavoidable or because the cost of recovering reconditioning and forwarding the subject-matter to be destination to which it is insured would exceed its value on arrival.
增值条款 (Increased Value Clause)
１４．１４．１如果被保险人对本保险单项下承保的货物办理任何增值保险，则货物的约定价值应视为增至本保险的保险金额加上所有承保该项损失的增值保险的总和。本保险的责任按照本保险金额与总保险金额的比例计算。
14 14.1 If any Increased V alue insurance is effected by the Assured on the cargo insured herein the agreed value of the cargo shall be deemed to be increased to the total amount insured under this insurance and all Increased Value insurance covering the loss and liability under this insurance shall be in such proportion as the sum insured herein bears to such total amount insured.
被保险人提出索赔时，应向保险人提供所有其他保险单所保金额的证件。
In the event of claim the Assured shall provide the Underwriters with evidence of the amounts insured under all other insurances.
１４．２当本保险承保增值保险时，则适用下述条款：
14.2 Where this insurance is on Increased Value the following clause shall apply:
货物的约定价值应视为等于原有的保险单项下的总保额和被保险人对该项损失投保所有增值保险额的总和。本保险应按其保险金额在保险总额中的比例，承担赔偿责任。
The agreed value of the cargo shall be deemed to be equal to the total amount insured under the primary insurance and all Increased Value insurance covering the loss and effected on the cargo by the Assured and liability under this insurance shall be in such proportion as the sum insured herein bears to such total amount insured.
被保险人提出索赔时，应向保险人提供所有其他保险单所保金额的证件。
In the event of claim the Assured shall provide the Underwriters with evidence of the amounts insured under all other insurances.
保险受益(Not to inure Clause)
１５．承运人或其他受托人不得享受本保险的利益。
15 This insurance shall not insure to the benefit of the carrier or other bailee.
减少损失 (Duty of Assured Clause)

MINIMISING LOSSES
１６．当发生本保险承保的损失时，被保险人及其受雇人有义务：
16 It is the duty of the Assured and their servants and agents in respect of loss recoverable hereunder
１６．１采取合理措施，以避免或减少这种损失，以及：
16.1 to take such measures as may be reasonable for the purpose of averting or minimizing such loss
１６．２保证适当地保留和行使对承运人、受托人或其他第三者追偿的一切权利。
16.2 To ensure that all rights against carriers bailees or other third parties are properly preserved and exercised and the Underwriters will in addition to any loss recoverable hereunder reimburse the Assured for any charges properly and reasonably incurred in pursuance of these duties.
保险人除负责赔偿承保责任内的任何损失外，还应偿还被保险人为履行上述义务产生的任何适当和合理的费用。
放弃条款(Waiver Clause)
１７．被保险人或保险人为施救、保护或恢复保险标的所采取的措施，不应视为放弃或接受委付的表示，或视为影响任何一方的权益。
17 Measures taken by the Assured or the Underwriters with the object of saving protecting or recovering the subject-matter insured shall not be considered as a waiver or acceptance of abandonment or otherwise prejudice the rights of either party

A VOIDANCE OF DELAY
合理处臵条款(Reasonable Dispatch Clause)
１８．本保险条件之一是被保险人应在任何力所能及的情况下，尽速合理地处臵所发生的事情。
18 It is a condition of this insurance that the Assured shall act with reasonable dispatch in all circumstances within their control.

4.8 Loss damage or expense arising from the use of any weapon of war employing atomic

不适航与不适宜除外责任条款（Unseaworthiness and Unfitness Exclusion Clause）５．５．１本保险在任何情况下不负责下列原因引起的损失和费用：
船舶或驳船不适航；
船舶、运输工具、集装箱或海运集装箱不适宜安全运载保险标的物；
如果保险标的在装载时，被保险人或其受雇人知道这种不适航和不适当的情况。
5 5.1In no case shall this insurance cover loss damage or expense arising from
unseaworthiness of vessel or craft.
unfitness of vessel craft conveyance container or liftvan for the safe carriage of

Where the Assured or their servants are privy to such unseaworthiness or unfitness,
at the time the subject-matter insured is loaded therein.
５．２保险人坚持船舶必须适航并适宜将保险标的运往目的地的默示担保，除非被保险人或其受雇人知道这种不适航或不适宜的情况。
5.2 The Underwriters waive any breach of the implied warranties of seaworthiness of the
ship and fitness of the ship to carry the subject-matter insured to destination, unless the
Assured or their servants are privy to such unseaworthiness or unfitness.

６．本保险在任何情况下不负责下列原因造成的损失和费用：
6 In no case shall this insurance cover loss damage or expense caused by

prior to termination of this insurance, the goods are to be forwarded to destination other than that to which they are insured hereunder, this insurance, whilst remaining subject to termination as provided for above, shall not extend beyond the commencement of transit to such other destination.
８．３在被保险人无法控制的运输延迟、任何绕道、被迫卸货、重行装载、转运以及船车或租船人运用运输契约赋予的权限所做的任何航海上的变更的情况下，本保险仍继续有效（仍需按照上述有关保险终止期限和下述第９条的规定办理）。
8.3 This insurance shall remain in force (subject to termination as provided for above and
to the provisions of Clause 9 below) during delay beyond the control of the Assured, any deviation, force discharge, reshipment of transshipment and during any variation of the adventure arising from the exercise of a liberty granted to ship owners or charterers under the contract of affreightment.

9 If owing to circumstances beyond the control of the Assured either the contract of
carriage is terminated at a port or place other than the destination named therein or the transit is otherwise terminated before delivery of the goods as provided for in Clause 8 above, then this insurance shall also terminate unless prompt notice is given to the Underwriters and continuation of cover is requested when the insurance shall remain in force, subject to an additional premium if required by the Underwriters, either

11 11.1 In order to recover under this insurance the Assured must have an insurable interest in
the subject-matter insured at the time of the loss.

11.2 Subject to 11.1 above, the Assured shall be entitled to recover for insured loss
occurring during the period cover by this insurance, notwithstanding that the loss
occurred before the contract of insurance was concluded, unless the Assured were
aware of the loss and the Underwriters were not.
续运费条款(Forwarding Charge Clause)
１２．由于本保险承保的风险，致使保险运输在非保险单载明的港口或处所终止，保险人应偿付被保险人在卸货、存仓和续运保险标的物至保险单载明的目的地适当而合理产生的任何额外费用。
12 Where, as a result of the operation of a risk covered by this insurance, the insured transit
is terminated at a port or place other than that to which the subject-matter is covered under this insurance, the Underwriters will reimburse the Assured for any extra charges properly and reasonably incurred in unloading storing and forwarding the subject-matter to the destination to which it is insured hereunder.

This Clause 12 which does not apply to general average or salvage charges, shall be subject to the exclusions contained in Clauses 4, 5, 6 and 7 above, and shall not include charges arising from the fault negligence insolvency or financial default of the Assured or their servants.

13 No claim for Constructive Total Loss shall be recoverable hereunder unless the
subject-matter insured is reasonably abandoned either on account of its actual total loss appearing to be unavoidable or because the cost of recovering, reconditioning and forwarding the subject-matter to be destination to which it is insured would exceed its value on arrival.
增值条款(Increased V alue Clause)

the sum insured herein bears to such total amount insured.

共同海损条款
２．本保险承保共同海损和救助费用，其理算或确定应根据运输契约和／或有关法律和惯例办理。该项共同海损和救助费用的产生，应为避免任何原因所造成的或与之有关的损失所引起的，但下列４、５、６、７各条或本保险其他条款规定的不保责任除外。
船舶互撞条款
３．本保险负责赔偿被保险人根据运输契约订有“船舶互撞责任”条款规定，由被保险人应负的比例责任，视作本保险单项下应予补偿的损失。如果船东根据上述条款提出任何索赔要求，被保险人同意通知保险人，保险人有权自负费用为被保险人就此项索赔进行辩护。
除外责任

４．本保险在任何情况下不负赔偿的责任。
４．１被保险人故意行为所造成的损失和费用；
４．２保险标的之自然渗漏，重量或容量自然损耗，或自然磨损；
４．３由于保险标的之包装或准备不足或不当造成的损失或费用（本条所称的“包装”，包括用集装箱或大型海运箱装载的，但该项装载以本保险开始生效前或由被保险人或其受雇人完成的为限）；
４．４由于保险标的本质缺陷或特性造成的损失和费用；
４．５直接由延迟引起的损失或费用，即使延迟是由承保风险所引起（上述第２条可以赔付的费用除外）；
４．６由于船舶所有人、经理人、租船人或经营人破产或不履行债务造成的损失或费用；
４．７由任何个人或数人非法行动故意损坏或故意破坏保险标的或其任何部分；
４．８由于使用任何原子或核子裂变和／或聚变或其他类似反应或放射性作用或放射性物质的战争武器造成的损失或费用。
不适航与不适宜除外责任条款
５．５．１本保险在任何情况下不负下列原因引起的损失和费用：
船舶或驳船不适航；
船舶、运输工具、集装箱或海运集装箱不适宜安全运载保险标的。如果保险标的在装载时，被保险人或其受雇人知道这种不适航和不适当的情况。
５．２保险人放弃船舶必须适航和适宜将保险标的运往目的地的默示担保，除非被保险人或其受雇人知道这种不适航或不适宜的情况。
战争除外责任条款
６．本保险在任何情况下不负下列原因造成的过失和费用：
６．１战争、内战、革命、叛乱、造反或由此引起的内乱，或交战国或针对交战国的任何敌对行为；
６．２捕获、拘留、扣留、禁制、扣押（海盗行为除外）以及这种行动的后果或这方面的企图；
６．３遗弃的水雷、鱼雷、炸弹或其他遗弃的战争武器。
罢工除外责任条款
７．本保险在任何情况下不保下列原因造成的损失和费用：
７．１罢工者、被迫停工工人或参与工潮、暴动或民变人员；
７．２罢工、被迫停工、工潮、暴动或民变；
７．３任何恐怖主义者或者任何人出于政治目的采取的行动。
期限
运输条款
８８．１本保险责任自货物运离保险单所载明的启运地仓库或储存处所开始运输时起生效，包括正常运输过程，直至运到下述地点时终止：
８．１．１保险单所载明的目的地收货人或其他最后仓库或储存处所；
８．１．２在保险单所载明目的地之前或目的地的任何其他仓库或储存处所，由被保险人选择用作：
８．１．２．１在正常运输过程之外储存货物，或：
８．１．２．２分配或分派货物；
或者；
８．１．３被保险货物在最后卸载港全部卸离海轮后满６０天为止。
以上各项以先发生者为准。
８．２如货物在本保险责任终止前于最后卸载港卸离海轮，需转运到非保险单载明的其他目的地时，保险责任仍按上述规定终止，但以该项货物开始转运时终止。
８．３在被保险人无法控制的运输延迟、任何绕道、被迫卸货、重行装载、转运以及船车或租船人运用运输契约赋予的权限所作的任何航海上的变更的情况下，本保险仍继续有效（仍需按照上述有关保险终止期限和下述第９条的规定办理）。
运输契约终止条款
９．如由于被保险人无法控制的情况，致使运输契约在非保险单载明的目的地的港口或处所终止，或者运输在按上述第８条规定发货前终止，本保险亦应终止，除非被保险人立即通知保险人并提出续保要求，并在必要时加缴保险费的情况下，本保险继续有效。
９．１直至货物在该港口或处所出售和交货，或除非有特别约定，在被保险货物抵达该港口或处所后，满６０天为止。以先发生者为准，或：

装运易腐货物应按规定使用冷藏车。确因冷藏车不足时，承运人可根据托运人的要求，按“使用棚敞车运输易腐货物的措施”规定使用棚敞车运输。易腐货物的装载加固也是非常重要的。 机械冷藏车组，可组织同一到站卸车的两站分装，或同一发站装车的两站分卸。但两分装或分卸站应为同一径路，距离不超过200公里。第一装车站的装车数或第二卸车站的卸车数不得少于全组车的一半(枢纽地区除外)。两站分装(卸)是指机械冷藏车组中不同货物车在不同车站装(卸)车，同一货物车只能在一个车站装(卸)车。 机械冷藏车车组中不同的货物车，可以装运温度要求不同的货物。 托运易腐货物时，托运人应在货物运单“货物名称”栏内填记货物名称，注明品类顺号及热状态，同时在“托运人记载事项”栏内注明易腐货物容许运输期限(日数)。易腐货物容许运输期限须大于铁路规定的运到期限三日以上。 托运需检疫运输的易腐货物时，托运人应按国家有关规定提出检疫证明，在货物运单“托运人记载事项”栏内注明检疫证明的名称和号码，并将随货同行联牢固地粘贴在运单背面。车站凭此办理运输。 托运人托运易腐货物时，货物的质量、温度、包装和选用车辆，均须符合“易腐货物机械冷藏车运输条件表”、“易腐货物运输包装表”的规定。 发站应认真抽查托运货物的质量、包装及安全防护用品是否符合要求。使用机械冷藏车装运时，发站应在装车时会同乘务组对货物的温度、质量、包装和安全防护用品进行抽查，并将抽查情况记录在“机械冷藏车作业单”内。货物包装和破验部位的恢复由托运人负责。 不同热状态的易腐货物不得按一批托运。

联运之国际铁路货物基本条件 一．国际铁路货物联运的范围 1、同参加国际货协和未参加国际货协但采用国际货协规定的铁路间的货物运送，铁路从发站以一份运送票据负责运送至最终到站交付给收货人。 2、同未参加国际货协铁路间的货物运送，发货人在发送路用国际货协运送票据办理至参加国际货协的最后一个过境路的出口国境站，由该站站长或收货人、发货人委托的收转入转运至最终到站。 3、通过过境铁路港口站的货物运送。从参加国际货协铁路的国家，通过参加国际货协的过境铁路港口，向其他国家（不论这些国家的铁路是否参加国际货协）或者相反方向运送货物时，用国际货协运送票据只能办理至过境铁路港口站止或者从这个站起开始办理，由港口站的收转人办理转发送。 二．国际铁路货物联运办理的种别 国际铁路货物联运办理种别分为整车、零担和大吨位集装箱。 （1）整车。是指按一份运单托运的按其体积或种类需要单独车辆运送的货物。 （2）零担。是指按一份运单托运的一批货物，重量不超过5000公斤，按其体积或种类不需要单独车辆运送的货物。但如有关铁路间另有商定条件，也可不适用国际货协整车和零担货物的规定。 （3）大吨位集装箱。最指按一份运单托运的，用大吨集装箱运送的货物或空的大吨位集装箱。 三．国际铁路货物联运的运输限制 （1）在国际铁路直通货物联运中，下列货物不准运送： ①应当参加运送的铁路的任一国家禁止运送的物品； ②属于应当参加运送的铁路的任一国家邮政专运物品； ③炸弹、弹药和军火（但狩猎和体育用的除外）； ④爆炸品、压缩气体、液化气体或在压力下溶解的气体、自燃品和放射性物质（指国际货协附件第2号之附件1中1、3、4、10表中没有列载的）； ⑤一件重量不足10公斤，体积不超过0.1立方米的零担货物； ⑥在换装联运中使用不能揭盖的棚车运送一件重量超过1．5吨的货物； ⑦在换装联运中使用敞车类货车运送的一件重量不足100公斤的零担货物，但此项规定不适用附件第2号《危险货物运送规则》中规定的一件最大重量不足100公斤的货物。 （2）下列货物，只有在参加运送的各铁路间预先商定后才准运送。 ①一件重量超过60吨的；而在换装运送中，对越南重量超过20吨的； ②长度超过18米的；而运往越南长度超过12米的； ③超限的； ④在换装运送中用特种平车装运的； ⑤在换装运送中用专用罐车装运的化学货物； ⑥用罐车运往越南的一切罐装货物。

第2章铁路货物运输基本条件 2.1铁路货物运输种类 2.1.1货运种类及办理办法 1.整车 一批货物的重量、体积、形状和性质需要以一辆或一辆以上的货车装运的货物。 注：（1）一批货物无论总重还是总体积能装足一辆货车标记载重量或充满一辆货车的容积都应按整车办； （2）一件货物的形状不适合进入棚车或敞车与其他货物拼装，或货物的性质决定，有特殊运输要求或者不能清点件数的货物也应按整车办理。 2.零担运输 一批货重、体积、形状和性质不需单独使用一辆货车装运，按零担办。但一件体积不得小于0.02m3(一件重量10kg以上除外)，一张运单的货不超300件，但下列货不得按零担办： (1)需要保温、加温、冷藏的货物； (2)蜜蜂； (3)散堆装（煤、沙、石灰）； (4)无容器的活动物(铁路局规定在管内可按零担运输的除外)； (5)容易污染其他货物的污秽品（例如未经过消毒处理或未使用密封不漏包装的牲骨、湿皮毛、粪便、碳黑等）； (6)规定限按整车办理的危险货物； (7)不易计件的货物； (8)一件货物重量超过2t，体积超过3m3或长度超过9m（经发展确定不致影响中转站和到站装卸作业的除外）。 “经发站确定”：发站根据到站起重能力定，无起重能力站以电报或电话与到站联系，征得同意，方可办理。 3.集装箱运输 适箱货物可用集装箱运输，下列货严禁办理： （1）污染和腐蚀箱体货，水泥、碳黑、化肥、盐、油脂、生毛皮、牲骨、没有衬垫的油漆等； （2）易于损坏箱体的货物，如生铁块、废钢铁、无包装的铸件和生铁块；
