基于潮流变化量特征的电网开断故障

诊断方法研究

摘 要:传统的基于保护二开关动作信息的电网故障诊断方法在实际应用中存在误动和拒动三利用SCADA 系统采集的电网支路稳态潮流信息作为诊断依据,提出一种电网支路开断故障诊断的新方法,利用支路开断分布因子建立全网支路开断故障模式集,提取电网发生故障后各支路稳态潮流变化量,并运用模式识别算法对电网故障支路进行匹配识别,实现电网开断故障诊断三对某区域电网实例数据进行仿真分析,结果表明:该方法能够有效地对电网支路开断故障进行快速诊断,具有较好的工程实用价值三

Abstract :Traditional dia g nosis method of fault p ower g rid based on the action information of p ro -tective rela y s and breakers ma y have some uncertain factors that have the influence on the accura -c y ,such as mal -o p eration ,miss tri p in the p ractical a pp lication.A novel method based on con -ventional p ower flow information of each branch ac q uired b y SCADA was a pp lied to dia g nose branch outa g e fault in this p a p er.Firstl y ,branch outa g e fault p attern sets of the whole p ower g rid were established b y branch outa g e distribution factor.Conventional p ower flow variations caused b y the p ower g rid faults were extracted.Finall y ,matchin g reco g nition for the fault branch was carried out b y p attern reco g nition al g orithm.Case stud y on an actual p ower s y stem was car -ried out.The results showed that the p ro p osed method could dia g nose the outa g e fault of p ower s y stem branch ra p idl y and have a pp lication value for en g ineerin g .
