Culture and Tradition—The introduction of traditional Korean food

It is universally acknowledged that Korean dishes are good for health. Because fermented food food has a very efficient effect on cancer while the traditional food pickles are fermented. On the other hand our conventional food is less fat and low calorie. So that when people enjoy the pleasure of cates, they can maintain a slim figure, a good health.

Our country pays attention to diets from ancient times to the present. The characteristics of traditional meals are called "Wu Fu" namely the food will have five different kinds of colors and tastes.

The main characteristics of our edibles are high proteins, more vegetables, light, Spicy.

Let's start from the tableware. What we use are metal chopsticks instead of bamboo chopsticks which are not only sanitary, durable but also helpful to protect the environment.

Our daily diets are rice, pickled cabbage, chili paste, pepper sauce, and miso soup. Like many other countries, rice is our staple food. Nonetheless it doesn't only a bowl of rice. It called stone pot bibimbap with mushrooms and other fungi inside which has high nutritional value. Our dishes more made with boiled and baked, basically do not do the cooking. Another diet that we loved is salad. The salad is to cut vegetables directly or by boiling water boiled. Then add seasoning mix into it. There is also a lot of delicious dessert in our country liked the maltose, steamed puddings, cold noodles and so on.

Next I will give you a detailed introduction to the barbecue that most students interested in. When you come to our home to be a guest, we treat you by barbecue for the most part. When eating barbecue, a group of friends sitting around the table. In that scene you may feeling at home. It's also a pleasure thing to sit near the oven, listening to the barbecue plate sound. When the meat is roasted, wrapped with pickled cabbage, lettuce and bean paste. This way of eating is delicious and healthy.
