一、指导思想：
20xx年中考在即，我将本着以《英语课程标准》为依据，以考纲为标准，以教材，指导丛书，复习指导为具体内容，根据国家提出的素质教育的要求，结合我校实际情况，我们备课组经过讨论，制订了周密的复习计划，并组内自己出《中考复习课时计划》，领学生进行全面复习，稳打稳扎，争取在短短的三个月内提高学生的听、说、读、写能力，发展学生的综合语言运用能力；面向全体学生，为学生全面发展奠定基础，为今后的进一步学习作好充分准备。
二、复习策略
1、系统归纳，分清脉络。
依纲扣本，注重双基，夯实基础（词汇，语法，句型），帮助学生学会复习，学会考试。
2、以学生为主体，坚持讲练结合的教学模式。
并注重感情投资，利用学生的心理优势，多关注，多表扬，树立学生的自信心。
3、针对性复习。
向优、良、中、差各层次学生搜集、积累他们平时在各方面出现的错误，对症下药，逐题突破。
要求学生熟练地掌握中考中的每一种题型的命题意图。
对听力部分、单项选择、完形填空、阅读理解、书面表达等各种题型进行强化训练。
三、情况分析
人教版英语共有五本书，七年级上下册和八年级上册比较简单，主要是词汇量的积累，简单的口语表达，八年级下册，九年级着重是语法，阅读。
指导丛书中要求，在语言知识方面，学生学会使用四会单词和习惯用语或固定搭配；在听力技能方面，能听懂有关日常生活中的熟悉的话题；在阅读技能方面，能阅读各种体裁和题材的简短的书面材料；在写作技能方面，能使用所学语言基础知识，以语篇为单位，清楚，连贯地进行控制性和开放性写作；在口语技能方面，能使用所学的语音，语法和词汇等基础知识，以口头的形式清楚，流利地表达自己的意思。
根据考试的内容和考试的难易度比例，合理安排复习时间和复习方法很有必要。
四、时间安排：
整个复习分三个阶段：
第一轮：时间：2、28——4、29内容：单元复习。
第二轮：时间：5、2——5、27内容：专项复习（听力，语法，词语运用，完型填空，阅读理解，情景对话，书面表达。
）
第三轮：时间：5、30——6、21内容：模拟考试

六、复习内容与要求
从近三年的中考试题来看，年年有变化，但不是很大，总之，其试题容量大，覆盖面广，要求越来越高，越来越灵活，不仅加强了对英语基础知识的考查，更突出了对运用知识的能力的考查。
我采用“三轮复习法”要求先全面学习，后进行重点复习和适应性考试复习，做到着眼全面，突出重点，点面结合，把全面复习和重点复习有机的结合起来，这样既系统全面又有所侧重，能使学生较好地掌握所学知识，考出优异的成绩。
第一轮复习，依纲扣本，整合课本内容，梳理知识结构，巩固基础知识，训练基本技能，要求学生一步一个脚印，扎扎实实搞好基础知识的复习。
因为万变不离其中，如果没有最基本的词汇和语法，从何谈能力。
所以我课堂上主要以教材为主，以《初中毕业学业考试复习指导》为辅，引导学生按教材顺序复习各单元的知识点，这一轮不是炒“冷饭”，而是“温故而知新”。
充分发挥学生的学习主动性，课堂上引导学生归纳知识点，并与其它知识做横向、纵向比较，帮助学生巩固运用。
一方面激发学生学习积极性，另一方面及时查漏补缺，巩固好基础知识。
早自习要求学生在教室里大声朗读，早读的材料可以是课本，单词表和课后的听力材料，也可以是练习册中的作文或平时阅读时发现的写得好的一些文章，同时注重词汇，词组，句型的过关，每天早自习下课前的十分钟，对学生所复习的内容进行检测，课后通过《初中毕业学业考试复习指导》中的配套练习，巩固所复习的内容。
同时在这一轮的复习中我还准备采取一些措施来激励和督促学生自觉学习，比如，既每学完一部分后，进行阶段性测试，并将成绩通报给家长，与家长一起共同督促学生努力学习，以便更好更快地提高教学质量。
第二轮复习，专题讲解与训练，重，难点突破，实现能力升华；在这一阶段复习过程中防止简单的重复，反对面面俱到，遵循精讲多练的'原则，做到讲—练—评结合。
在课堂上主要是根据中考指导丛书并结合《中考课时计划》和我们自己出的练习题，按词汇（构词法，名词，代词，形容词，副词，冠词，动词）语法（宾语从句，状语从句，定语从句，被动语态，动词时态等）进行复习，有的强讲，有的略讲。
让学生建立一个完整的知识网络。
并通过《中考课时计划》中的专题讲解与训练来复习检测形成能力。
第三轮复习，综合模拟训练，把握中考脉络，合理安排好答题时
间。
在这一阶段主要目的是侧重培养学生审题和解题的能力，要求学生在教师的指导下进行综合练习和模拟测试，通过知识考查与能力考查并重，提高学生的应试技巧，使学生在答题时做到灵活运用，触类旁通，举一反三。
有了前两轮的复习，学生对知识已经有了一定程度的掌握，因此通过模拟的中考试卷为真正的中考做好充分的准备。
总之，中考复习时间紧，任务重。
不同的老师，肯定有着各自不同的教学风格与复习策略。
只要我们每个老师根据自己的教学进度以及自己学生的实际情况，全身心投入教学，确定目标，及时制定复习计划，加强对中考各种题型的训练，并严格要求学生书写规范化，注重培优补差；同时积极引导学生树立信心，注重良好的心理素质的培养，踏踏实实地做好英语中考复习教学工作，那么我们的每一个学生也必将能在今年的英语中考中考出理想的成绩，圆满地完成这三年一届的初中英语学习任务，上交一份令学校，家长，老师及学生自己满意的答卷。

一、研读考纲，设立目标
备课组所有教师认真研读了《新课程标准》、《无锡市中考考试说明》以及近3年来的中考正副试卷，以便突出重点，把握走向，对中考考什么做到“心中有数”，对中考复习时说什么也能“有的放矢”。
复习中，我们牢牢把握中考要求及考试范围，挑选题目时能做到
“舍得”，舍弃繁索的题目，舍弃与中考要求不符的，不拿来就用，不打题海战，努力做到精讲精练，练到讲透。
二、周密计划，占得先机
本学期时间紧，任务重，初三总复习工作千头万绪，尤其是目前这一阶段，听力口语，第一轮立足教材的课本复习，词汇手册等。
事先周密计划显得尤为重要。
正如我们学校的办学理念：平凡中追求卓越，创造同伴成长的新教育。
我们备课组内，乃至南长区内在教研员王黎平的带领下，时常同伴互助协作，共享教学资源，交流复习计划，如同一个大家庭。
初三伊始，我们备课组就早已统一的教学思想，制定了周密的复习计划，教学活动立足学生，奉行“先行一步”的原则。
关于听力口语的准备，我们就先走了这样的第一步。
听力口语是打响中考的第一枪，也是必须要漂亮打好的一仗。
为此而进行的准备牵扯了我们初三英语老师大量的精力，考虑到上半学期的新课教学任务相对较为轻松，我们从《2013年江苏省初中英语听力口语自动化纲要》中，挑选了与新课单元话题相关的朗读语篇与话题简述，印发给每位学生，通过这种方式，既提前解决了部分口语内容，缓解了下半学期的口语压力，又减轻了学生背诵的负担，达到了双赢的效果。
2014年是牛津英语新老教材交替过渡的一年，口语纲要内容变化也较大，增减比较多，朗读短文第1，18，26篇属于新增内容，话
题简述部分的话题3Doityourself对于目前的学生困难最大，因为相关的话题他们没有学过，是新教材8AU4的内容，大量的生词，陌生的词组，背诵难度很大。
面对重重困难，我们备课组发挥集体的力量，做了周密的计划，分以下四个节点进行：
第一阶段，梳理文章。
寒假前带领学生过一遍所有朗诵和背诵文章，让他们对语篇及话题内容有所熟悉。
播放录音，学生跟读，教师适当辅导，小至爆破、连读、声调、断句都不放过。
同时话题简述中文版本也印发给每个学生方便他们背诵。
第二阶段，自我检查。
寒假期间，我们制定了每天口语朗读和背诵及听力训练的安排表，家长监督完成规定的任务后签字，开学后上交检查并进行校内模拟考试，这样每位英语老师对班内学生听力口语方面的学情了如指掌。
第三阶段，教师严查。
这学期一开学备课组详尽的把口语朗读、话题准备、听力测试、情景简答等各项考试的内容分配到每一天、每节课，并将这些安排整理成南中学习档案一周知识清单，学生、家长、老师人手一份，每天严格按照计划完成任务，并记录在表格里。
口语书上的所有文章按中考要求，遵循完整性、正确性、流利性和韵律性原则，做到生生过，篇篇过。
同时也加大对情景问答的训练，教会学生认真阅读中文提示，根据中文提示，自己预设问题并解答。
我们根据中考命题要求，舍弃一些信息量太大，句子太长，重复的试题，选取一些符合中考要求的题目，甚至我们备课组成员自己找材料，编范例，做成ppt让学生进行操练。
考虑到朗读及背诵中学生会遇到很多易读错的单词，我们特意按考纲的排版，把每篇文章中的易读错单词按篇章进行了重新整理，人手一份，利用早自修及课前5分钟反复朗读训练。
以往考试后发现，中考听力的得分率往往低于口语，而听力能力的培养不是一蹴而就的，所以听力能力的加强显得更为重要。
我们每个教室都安装人机对话学练系统，保证了有充足的训练的材料，大大增强了训练机会。
利用手里的现成听力资料，努力做到一周有3至4次的听力训练，训练的同时我们还会加强学生解题技巧的指导，告诉他们考试时要高度集中注意力，关注细节，保持良好的心态。
同时由于学生以前从未经历过口语听力自动化考试，心中都没底，所以我们也组织学生对这一流程认真学习，每周每班安排一个课时的上机操作，让学生消除紧张情绪，做到心中有底，同时又达到定期检测的效果。
总之，我们希望通过持之以恒的多听、多练、多检测能切实提高学生的口语听力能力。
第四阶段，也是我们目前正在进行的是，小组合作。
每组学生有A、B、C、D四个层次，要求A同学对组内成员每天检查指定内容，尤其要对D同学进行个别辅导及检查，以提高整组的口语幸福指数。
同时，根据中文提纲，每天默写一个话题，老师进行重点突破。
另外，由于中考个别话题会改1至2个信息，而学生长时间习惯了机械式的背诵，会不自觉地忽略这些改动，针对这个问题，我们打算在未来的1至2周内，备课组内分工合作，改编个别语篇，对学生进行适应性训练，把机械背诵转换成叙述表达。
同时听力训练也需要继续加强，《考纲》上的5套样卷放在中考前最后一周进行，考前指导学生、教会学生能看图识别常见国家的国旗，国内外名胜古迹，水果、甜点、蔬菜的分类，不同材质衣服的表达等。
我们备课组先走的第二步是关于词汇的教学及检测。
词汇在英语学习中起着非常重要的作用，正是意识到这一点，我们一直在词汇教学上努力不懈。
上学期开始，每两周进行年级统一的词汇竞赛，25个四会单词，25个基本词组，100分的学生被评为master大师级，90分以上的同学有机会被评为talent达人级，每次成绩年级公告栏表扬，学生的积极性得到了很大提高，热情高涨。
中考第一轮复习由于事情繁多，有些学校可能会忽视词汇手册的复习，其实好好利用手中的词汇手册，对于学生的听力口语考试也有极大的帮助。
因为听力考试中所涉及到的单词、词组会有部分来自7A，7B，而这些内容相对我们学生来说，太过久远，或许早有遗忘，或许很生疏，比如softball与baseball，一碗牛肉面等，所以不妨利用早自修时间朗读词汇手册，增强学生对于单词的敏感度。
为了夯实词汇基础，在寒假作业表中我们备课组也安排了词汇方面作业，每天背诵词汇手册5页的内容，要求重点关注四会单词，并能做到词汇的灵活运用，开学第一周竞赛检查。
目前年级中各个班按自己的进度同步穿插对于词汇手册的默写，计划一模前我们将进行一至两次的词汇竞赛，一模后仍然抓住词汇手册，进行第二轮复习，对其中的四会单词重点讲解，常用基本词组要人人掌握，除此之外，关注词汇手册的不规则动词表，关注其中的介词和连词分类。
总之，不论是平常教学，还是中考复习，我们备课组所有老师们的教学宗旨就是通过老师多做一些，学生就能少做一些，这样相信我们离中考的成功就会更近一些。
以上就是我们学校对于中考复习的一些设想和方法，不妥之处，望批评指出。

初三年级是初中阶段关键的一年，我们除了要继续学习英语知识外，还要进行总复习，参加初中毕业、升学统一考试。
中考既是初中毕业的水平考试，也是高一级学校录取新生的选拔
考试。
水平考试是考查学生的学习是否达到教学大纲的基本要求，是否达到合格的标准；选拔考试则是为高一级学校选拔人材，使已达到合格标准的毕业生，根据本人的考试成绩与志愿择优进入相应的学校。
因此，我们知道中考是以检查基础知识和基本技能为主，同时还要考查学生综合运用英语的能力。
在英语总复习中，我们学校决定把学好必要的语音、词汇和语法知识作基础，以进行大量的语言实践，发展听、说、读、写的基本技能为中心环节，在培养学生口头上、书面上初步运用英语进行交际的能力的同时，着力培养自己的自学能力，从根本上提高学生的整体英语素质。
为了帮助同学们搞好英语总复习，提高英语成绩，我校准备从以下几方面着手：
一、掌握基本的词汇知识。
词汇总复习主要分为单词拼写、词语释义和词形转换三个方面。
既要掌握基本词汇知识，又要具有运用词汇的基本能力，养成根据单词的读音记单词的拼写形式的良好习惯，并用构词法、音形相同相似比较法、归类法等记住单词。
二、体会英语语法的实际应用。
语法的复习要兼顾句法和词法。
句法以掌握五种基本句型为核心，还要复习宾语从句，状语从句、定语从句等，在掌握句法的基础上，分析理解词法。
词法以动词为重点，掌握正确的时态用法。
在复习中要注意理清语法知识脉络，使之系统化。
在感性认识的基础上归纳语法规则，再以语法规则指导语言实践，从而提高理解语法概念和规则的能力以及运用规则的能力。
三、正确使用交际用语。
学习日常交际用语的目的，是使同学们具备与讲英语的人进行口头交际的能力。
首先应能听懂别人所讲的日常交际用语，并能做出正确的应答，还应在听别人讲英语时，结合自己所处的场合、情景等，理解对方的大意。
在复习中，要能运用《日常交际用语简表》中的表达方式进行简单的交际。
四、注重阅读能力的培养。
阅读对初中毕业生来说是一种较高水平的能力要求，主要考查阅读速度和理解能力。
要提高理解能力，首先要有一定的词汇量和丰富扎实的语言知识，同时还要提高思维能力，并具有一定的自然科学、社会科学常识和其他文化背景及风土人情常识。
这就需要同学们保证一定量的课外阅读，并有意识地进行阅读技巧训练，如精读、略读、选读、速读、带着问题读，利用关键词、关键句去领悟隐含的意思等。
五、抓好听力训练。
要想具备良好的听力，必须靠平时反复训练。
要安排一定的时间进行强化性听力训练，熟悉测试题型。
结合听课文原声带、听力训练题以提高学生的听力水平。
六、强化书面表达能力的培养。
通过背诵典型的范文，大量的习作练习和指导，不断提高学生组织文章的能力，运用已学词汇进行描写的能力。
实施步骤及时间安排、
1、阶段训练（XX年3月初-4月底）
指导思想：按教材内容顺序，抓纲靠本，使学生从零散知识的学习自然过渡到知识的系统归纳上，使基础知识更加条理化。
在材料的整体处理及时间分配上，我们拟订在三月初开始着手总复习，抓住课本，从初一开始，初一上下册花一个星期时间复习，从初二内容起两天复习一个单元，重要单词、词组、句子，让学生对照着去复习。
同时在课上老师按时态等把语法总结复习一下，再由老师针对学生的一些薄弱知识分单元编写一些练习讲义给学生加以练习，每个单元出一份练习，主要题型为：词组翻译、选择题、首字母填词、词语释义、词形转换、翻译句子等。
由于针对四月底的口语考试，在这段时间内，我们还要穿xx行口语的复习辅导，故大概在在四月底可以完成第一轮复习。
在教学方法的选用上，坚持打破传统的复习模式，不搞填鸭式、满堂灌，而是利用提问式、讨论式、辩论式、启发式等方法让学生归
纳、总结，群策群力，互相补充或由师生共同归纳出各个阶段的知识要点、难点及考点。
让学生有思考的时间，有发言的权利，有查漏补缺的机会。
2、专项训练（20XX年5月初~5月底）
指导思想：在阶段训练的基础上，进行语法专项练习并针对中考题型进行专项强化训练，提高对各种题型的解题能力。
针对中考题形进行分项练习，因此，结合我市的中考题型，对阅读理解、翻译句子、单项选择、对话缺词填空和书面表达等进行专项训练，并把重点放在学法的指导、解题技巧的点拨上，引导学生了解、熟悉各个题型的特点，强化分类练习。
3、模拟训练（20XX年6月）
模拟训练是考前大练兵，是中考前的热身训练阶段。
运用一些模拟题，就模拟考试时间、考场要求、答题方式等，对学生进行应考、应试技巧的训练，反复培养学生的临场发挥能力和应变能力。
4、考前心理辅导（中考前）针对具体个性不同的学生，给予不同的心理辅导，排除他们的考前紧张心理。
