实验室温湿度及有害气体监控系统设计

摘 要:随着科学技术的飞速发展,现代实验室对环境的要求越来越高三温湿度是影响试验数据准确性和试验设备正常运行的重要环境参数三但是,传统的温湿度监控系统一般采用台式机作为监控终端,只有在指定的地点和有专用网络设备支持的情况下,才能对目标环境进行监控,使得监控系统的应用范围和灵活性大大受限三在此背景下,设计了一种实验室温湿度及有害气体无线监控系统三以ESP8266为主控芯片二DHT21为温湿度复合传感器,对无线温湿度监控系统进行了软二硬件设计,使该系统具备温湿度实时测量二安卓应用程序(APP)远程监测和历史数据查询等功能三试验结果表明,该系统使用简单二数据准确二运行稳定,实现了对现场环境的无线远程和实时监控,提高了监控系统的应用范围和灵活性三无线监控技术对智慧农业中农产品生长监控二环境监控中排污监控及智能家居远程监控的研究具有参考意义三

Design of the Monitoring System for Temperature ,Humidity and Harmful Gases in Laboratory

(School of Chemistry &Chemical Engineering,Yan an University,Yan an 716000,China)Abstract :With the rapid development of science and technology,the requirement for environment is higher and higher in modern laboratory,for example,temperature and humidity,by which the accuracy of experimental data and the normal operation of laboratory equipment may be affected.However,the traditional temperature and humidity monitoring system adopts the desktop as a general monitoring terminal,and requests specific place and dedicated network under the condition of equipment support ability to monitor the target environment.This greatly limits the application range and flexibility of the monitoring system.With above as the background,the hardware and software of a wireless monitoring system of temperature,humidity and harmful gases in lab have been designed.In this system,ESP8266is used as the main control chip and DHT21compound sensor is for temperature and humidity collection.The functions of system include the real-time measurement of temperature and humidity,Android application(APP)remote monitoring and historical data query,etc.The test results show that the system is simple to use,offers accurate data and stable operation.This system can realize wireless remote and real-time monitoring in the field,which improves the application scope and flexibility of the monitoring system.The wireless monitoring technology has reference significance for the monitoring for growth of agricultural products,pollution in environmental protection,and intelligent household remote control in the future.
