分并求平均分。
2.时间安排
为了便与组织与统一，建议利用期末考试前的周三，英语教研日时间进行口语考试。英语教师将其它时间的英语课协调倒到周三，每班考试一节课，不占其他教师的课。
3.动员布置
建议在考前的一周内由学校教务处统一在学校内对考试年级提出对口语考试的纪律要求及考试方法、时间等的安排，强调口语考试的意义，使学生从思想上重视起来。各班老师在根据实际情况提出更细要求，指导学生考场要求，及积极使用口语与主考教师进行语言交流（如问好，感谢，没有听清请求重复，不能回答等）。并将复习材料印发给每个学生，指导学生复习。
4.组织实施及考试形式：
建议考试以二对一的形式进行，即两位老师主考，逐一的对每位学生进行口语提问，学生的考题以抽题的形式进行，即把题分成若干组，做成条，由学生自己抽题，教师依据学生考题进行考试。根据学生的水平不同，可以把题分成A、B、C 组不同难度的题，让不同的学生抽取相对应水平的题。最后根据学生回答的质量、口语的水平等由两位教师分别记分记入口语考试成绩单（附后）最后求出平均分。
5. 考场安排：
建议考前教师将每个班的学生分成三组，每组一个考场（优差结合），并选定一位组长负责带队，组织进场退场并维持纪律。备考学生在远离考试的位置集中安静备考。教师根据成绩单上的分组名单逐一点名到主考教师前考试，考完后的学生到另一侧休息，等待考试整体结束。考完后学生集体由任科教师带回班自习或布置任务。
6．补考
因种种原因未能及时参加考试的，之后安排一定时间进行补考。

八年级英语期中考试反思 期中考试之前，我忐忑不安的想：学生能做到什么程度呢？学生能考个几分呢？我放录音时，大概看了一遍卷子。当时我就想，这卷子对于我们学生来说有点难，心想肯定没有超过一百分的了。批完卷子之后，心中略松了一口气，学生们还是掌握了一些知识，而且有两名学生超过了一百分（高鹏：107分，陈静：104分）。 我在平时的教学中，注意抓住基础知识、培养与提高学生的阅读能力和写作能力。具体如下： 1.在进行单词和词组教学时，首先让学生读准音，然后反复读单词和词组，并找出同义词、反义词、类似用法的词一起记。 2.在进行句型时，以小组合作等方式举一反三，反复练习课堂上学习的句型。 3.每个单元后都有一篇阅读。在阅读教学中，设计一些问题，通过学生自渎文章找出其答案，在整体上感知文章内容。而且讲解文章时，注意生词在句中的运用、注意文章里出现的词组，注意对关键句子的理解。针对学生阅读能力差的问题，我让学生每周阅读英语短文并做笔记。
