四川大学商学院2013英语演讲比赛
一、活动背景
随着时代的发展,民族逐渐融合,“地球村”也越来越小.如何使中国与国际社会进行更好的交流,促进彼此的发展,是当代中国大学生不可推卸的责任。而英语作为世界上使用最广泛的语言，在国际的交流中自然起着至关重要的作用。所以，英语水平已成为衡量当代大学生素质的基本标准之一。因此，本着“全院参与，办出特色，发现人才，培养学习兴趣”的宗旨，商院学习部举办一次面向全院同学的英语演讲比赛，以提高同学们的英语口语水平，提供一个可以展现自我，激励他人的舞台，并且加强在校大学生的竞争意识。
二、活动目的
〈1〉提高同学学习英语的积极性，特别是提高对英语口语训练的积极性。〈2〉丰富学生的课余生活，体现大学生活的多样性。
〈3〉为学生提供一个学习和交流英语学习的平台，共同进步。
〈4〉为学校选出优秀英语人才，并提高院内同学的竞争意识。
〈5〉通过举办活动，为广大英语爱好者提供一个互相交流和学习的机会，加强院内同学团结合作的意识。
〈6〉英语四级考试在即，提高同学们对英语的重视，有助于大家的复习。

八、活动可行性分析
主观方面：
1、说好英语是每一个英语学习者的共同目标和追求，举行演讲比赛在形式上能吸引到很多的英语爱好者。
2、此次活动作为英语学习活动之一，可以很好的传播校园文化，创造良好的学术氛围。
3、绝大多数的在校同学都缺乏说英语的勇气和决心，而对于以后有着出国留学梦想的同学英语口语显得更加重要。
4、英语演讲比赛已经成功举办了几届，举办本次比赛在前几届坚实的基础上相信会取得更大的突破。
5、举办演讲比赛在形式上新颖，容易活跃现场气氛，同时，可以激发同学们说好英语的激情和勇气。
客观方面
1、此次活动能丰富商学院的课余文化生活，同时提高同学们沟通合作的精神。
2、此次活动有利于加强商学院内部凝聚力和新生们对我院的归属感。
3、此次活动秉承着节约的原则，一切手工制作，花费少，负担少。
九、活动执行方案
（一）前期宣传
1.做好活动宣传，在人人设置链接转发。
2.围合张贴活动主题海报。
3.通知各班学习委员进行活动宣传。
（二）相关资料准备
前期准备
1.上交活动策划等申请材料
2.批场地，批展板,制作海报及决赛评分表等
3.决赛时将教室按以下几区域划分：评委区、嘉宾区、候场区、工作区、观众区
4.准备好活动用具（4个话筒，音响,借院旗，嘉宾牌，买水等）
5. 初赛前邀请评委并通知各班学习委员，提醒大家参加本次比赛
6.决赛前邀请嘉宾及评委（待定），联系礼仪部出礼仪人员，主持人待定。如有必要，可组建陪审团（陪审团可参与提问）
7.决赛时制作背景图片（或ppt），突出主题
8.决赛会场布置：
评委席布置：桌椅、矿泉水的摆设、积分表的发放
观众席布置：观众席座位安排、入场式设置迎宾、陪审团座位选取
其他布置：计算机和其他设备的摆放和调试、板书的书写，会场气球悬挂等
（三）活动流程
比赛以公平公正为原则，以丰富和活跃校园生活、促进交流与沟通为宗旨，分为初赛和决赛二个阶段。
一初赛、
【1】初赛为定题演讲:school or major？
when a high school student decides to be a college student ，he/she will face two tempting choices:a good major or a prestigious university.what do you think of these two choices in the preparation of the entrance exanmination for college。
【2】初赛对参赛选手的要求:
〈1〉参赛对象：商学院2013级全体学生
〈2〉参赛人数：不限
〈3〉要求演讲内容积极、健康、向上
〈4〉举止大方，表现自然，有适当的肢体语言
〈5〉自备服装和道具（如有需要）
【3】地点：方案ａ０－30人在６舍活动室举办;方案ｂ30人以上，在教室里举办。
【4】赛制：初赛时，选手依次简要作自我介绍并演讲，大约每人五分钟。由评委打分，最后选出评分最高的9（12）名同学进入决赛，不当场宣布结果，短信形式通知。（方案a选出9名，方案b选出12名）
【5】具体评分细则：（满分100分）
●仪表形象：（20分）
1）着装整齐，大方得体。（10分）
2）姿态自然，动作适度。（10分）
●演讲内容：（50分）
3）主题鲜明，符合主题内容。（25分）
4）内容充实，事例动人，贴近生活，富有鲜明的时代感。（15分）
5）行文流畅，用词精练，详略得当。（10分）
●语言艺术：（30分）
6）发音标准，流利。（10分）
7）节奏处理得当，技巧运用自如。（10分）
8）表现力、应变能力强，能活跃气氛，引起高潮。（10分）
二决赛
【1】时间:待定

【3】流程:
1）工作人员引领嘉宾、评委、参赛选手、观众按规定区域有序入座。
2）由主持人致开幕词，介绍到场嘉宾、评委并宣读比赛规则。比赛开始。
3）第一个环节:演讲+现场提问。决赛前将进入决赛的9（12）名同学随机分成3（4）组,每组同学共用一个演讲题目(演讲题目及顺序由抽签决定或提前通知）。按组依次上台演讲,每位选手演讲完后将接受评委或者陪审团的提问,并做出回答。
4）第二个环节:中场休息,进行让观众参与的英语接龙小游戏(规则见附录2)。
5）第三个环节:才艺展示。按之前的分组每个小组进行英语才艺表演如英语情景剧,演唱英语歌等。
6）有请评委或嘉宾代表对本场比赛进行点评。同时,工作人员进行统分。
7）请嘉宾上台为获奖者颁发奖状和奖品。
8）主持人宣布比赛结束。
【4】评分准则:评委依据演讲比赛，评委提问，才艺展示5：2：3的比例（满分100分）打分，明确给出每部分评分（评分为整数），由工作人员进行最后加总。
【5】奖项设置:一等奖1名;二等奖1名;三等奖1名(前三名有机会推选进入学校的比赛) 【6】活动时长:控制在2个小时以内
（四）后期工作:
【1】初赛:
1.工作人员根据初赛分数排名通知进入决赛的同学。
2.将进入决赛的同学随机分成三人一组,并告诉决赛的规则,方便其准备演讲及才艺表演(详见附录3)。
3.进行初赛后会场的清扫。
4.准备决赛的相关事宜。
【2】决赛:
1.进行会场的清扫、做好物品回收。
2.撰写活动当天新闻稿，并于当晚之前将新闻稿发往新闻中心。
3.组织召开活动总结会议。
4.撰写活动总结，上传照片，进行活动后期宣传。
5.对本次比赛中优秀的参赛选手进行信息存档，并推荐其参加校级比赛。
十、应急预案
a. 前期工作应急预案
1.在邀请嘉宾及评委人数上原计划的二分之三来邀请，以确保邀请的相关来宾在活动当天即使不能保证到场，也能使活动顺利进行。
2.准备一套完整的多媒体设备（特别是话筒、音箱、笔记本电脑），另外准备一台备用笔记本电脑，以防现场多媒体不能工作时，也能使活动顺利进行。
3．及时和嘉宾及评委沟通，确保嘉宾及评委在场。
b. 现场执行紧急预案
1.重要人员的出席：赛前确定相关来宾。如果出现因先预请的人员不能到现场，或临时莅临的嘉宾及评委，及时与主持人沟通以免出现漏介绍，少介绍嘉宾及评委的情况。初赛时,
若参赛选手未按时到场，则取消选手参赛资格。决赛前通知到位，务必使每位参赛者准时到场。
2.现场多媒体设备：音箱和话筒有问题时：活动开始前设置预备话筒,出现意外马上换预备的话筒或笔记本电脑等相关设备，以保证现场多媒体正常工作。同时，活动当天设置一名音控人员对整个活动多媒体进行操作，并及时解决现场发生的任何关于多媒体方面的问题。提前设置专员到教室播放背景及相关音乐视频，检查其流畅度，确保不出问题。
3. 观众过多以致场面混乱——安排工作人员控制场地人数以免出现人员堆压，重点做好各种物品的整理清点工作，保证物品尤其是贵重设备的安全，同时呼吁观众共同营造一个良好的环境。

一、活动背景
英语演讲、口语能力是国家未来发展对高端人才的基本要求，也是高端人才外语能力、思辨能力、交际能力、创新能力和国际竞争力的综合体现。
为贯彻落实教育部、财政部《关于实施高等学校本科教学质量与教学改革工程的意见》及《教育部关于进一步深化本科教学改革全面提高教学质量的若干意见》精神，进一步促进我校英语教学质量的提高，更好地培养大学生学习的积极兴和兴趣，提高大学生的英语实际应用能力，并配合即将展开的大学英语四级考试，我校将举办大学生英语口语演讲比赛。
二、活动目的
活动旨在通过比赛的形式，激发大学生的英语学习热情，为他们提供阅读实践的机会和自我挑战的舞台，大赛的设置，将以“读”、“说”和“写”三大能力的提高为“驱动力”，全面提升学生的外语综合应用能力。赛题将以国际化人才要求为标准，融入思辨性、拓展性和创造性等关键要素，增强学生的跨文化交际意识，开拓其国际视野，提升其国际素养。可以起到培养大学生的气质和风度，增强自信心，提高大学生综合素质的作用。还可以丰富同学们的课外生活，结识新朋友。

一、活动背景

一。因此，特举办英语演讲比赛活动展现大学生对英语的综合运用能力。
二、活动目的
提高大学生的英语口语水平，提供一个展现自我，激励他人的舞台。展现川大学子的风采，激发同学们对演讲的浓厚兴趣。丰富同学们的课余生活，繁荣校园文化。同时为非英语专业的英语爱好者提供一个与知名专家面对面交流的机会，让他们找到学习英语的灵感。充分展现当代大学生积极向上的青春活力，打造智慧川大，青春川大。

日21：00——22：00交于15舍活动室。
3. 11月15日，由经济学习部联系宣传部装扮决赛黑板。
4. 11月13日，由公管学习部申请一张展板。
5. 11月14日，由口腔学习部联系口腔的公关礼仪部出3名礼仪。
6. 11月14日，由公管学习部上午将展板放置于青广。
7. 11月14日，由口腔学习部联系本次决赛主持人。
8. 11月14日，由口腔学习部向外教评委发出邀请函，经济学习部向新东方教师评委发出邀请函。
9. 11月15日，由经济学习部制作选手签到表、选手联系表、评分细则以及统分表。
10. 11月16日，由公管学习部收取选手ppt.
11. 11月17日，由口腔学习部中午购买决赛活动物品，确认所需物资。
六、决赛活动现场布置
1. 11月17日下午17：00，各部门到各自学院活动室集合，将所需物品搬
到活动现场。
2. 下午17点30分，工作人员进入现场开始布置。
3. 提前试用多媒体，话筒试音。
4. 评委席和选手席的安排、气球的悬挂、三院院旗的悬挂及现场物品的摆
放：矿泉水、签到表、评委和计分人员所需的笔和纸等。
5. 18点40确定主持人、评委及参赛选手是否到场。
6. 两位礼仪引导评委签到、入座。
七、决赛活动流程
1. 主持人致开场白,同时介绍本次决赛的到场评委和嘉宾。主持人介绍决赛
赛制及评分标准。【决赛采取半即兴演讲，决赛前通知选手决赛演讲的主题，当天则需结合抽签抽到的关键词来围绕主题演讲。按照初赛的成绩由低到高的顺序安排选手的演讲先后顺序。每名选手在自己演讲前抽一个关键词（不放回），接着进行3min内的自我介绍+主题演讲（即围绕主题和关键词长叹自己的所见所闻或个人感想，表达形式提倡新颖多样，有独创性），然后评委点评2min左右。】
2. 主持人介绍，引出第一位参赛选手，选手从15个关键词中抽一个进行演
讲。第二名选手上台。
3. 第二名选手上台。抽取。演讲。每人总时间控制在6分钟以内。
4. 全部选手结束演讲。评委进行总评和总结。同时工作人员快速统计好分
数。
5. 主持人公布比赛结果。颁发奖状（决赛前先把奖状盖好章。每张奖状都
盖3个学院的章。）。比赛正式结束。获奖同学和评委合影。
6. 工作人员清理现场。
八、活动后期
1. 由公共管理学院学习部干事于11月17日晚24:00前写出新闻稿，并于
18日中午12：00写出活动总结。
2. 整理照片及材料进行报账。
九、应急预案
1. 临近活动前期，随时检查海报张贴情况是否完好，如有损坏，及时修补。
2. 若参赛选手不能参赛，则及时调整选手出场顺序号，并通知其他参赛选
手，以保证其做好充分的准备。
