Is Fruit Juice Healthy？
You might think that drinking fruit juice is healthy．But that's not quite true．A recent study published（出版）in US medical journal（期刊）shows that drinking too much juice ﹣even 100﹣percent natural fruit juice一will increase your risk of early death．

But limited by how much？Scientists say kids between 1 and 6 years old should drink less than 170ml of fruit juice per day．Adults and children older than 6 should not drink more than 230m1 per day．
