八年级英语学情分析 八年级英语在中学英语教学中起着承上启下的作用，既是七年级的衍生又是九年级的铺垫。 我们的学生虽然已有两年的英语学习经验，但还有以下一些问题需要解决。 一、存在的问题 1、学习兴趣不是很高，部分学生甚至有厌恶感，同时，许多学生还是为学习而学习，谈不 上兴趣问题； 2、回家不会学习，无正确的学习方法，不知如何看书.学习态度谈不上十分端正，回家以后 巩固时间很少，且缺乏有效的巩固手段，练的机会明显不足。 3、部分学生学习的目的性不是很强，导致学习习惯不好，学习无明确的计划，有作业就写，无作业就玩。老师布置的作业不能按时完成。作为语言性学科，听与读是非常关键的环节， 而大多数学生这一点做的不好，这在听力测试时表现的尤为明显。 二、影响学情的阻抗因素 1、家庭原因：部分家庭的家长在子女的教育方面缺乏有效的方法，有的只是简单的满足； 有些家长本身的素质不是很高，同时一些思想给子女的学习造成了负面影响；父母的教育尺度不统一，他们当中没几个会说英语的,自己都不会,就更无从怎么去教自己的孩子了.这样就让孩子有空可钻，或者让他们无所适从；一些家长简单粗暴的教育方法让子女学会了撒谎， 抵赖等不良习惯。 2、自身原因：学习习惯不佳，无合理的学习计划，不会合理安排时间；学习的自觉性不够， 作业不能很好完成甚至有偷工减料的情况，学习任务只是局限于书面作业，不会自学；有些学生有较强的自卑心理，课堂上参与活动不积极或者干脆只做听众或观众；学习的心态调整不到位，合理有效的学习方法没找到，学习效率不高。课程难度增加以后，学生的方法没能及时跟上，心理压力较大，但没有合适的途径解压；自信心明显不足而且学习动力不足的迹 象也已经显现，学生的攀比不是表现在学习上争先，而是落在了其他方面。 三、采取的措施 1、针对以上所存在的问题，改进课堂教学方式，让师生之间的课堂活动形式更加多样化， 师生之间更加融洽；重新调整对学生的评价模式，让他们更好发挥自身潜能，规范学习态度，严谨学习作风；加强与学生家长的交流，更好发挥家校共建作用；与问题学生多谈心，多交流，帮助他们想办法，解决学习上存在的问题，让他们看到努力之后的结果。 2、学习英语的方式方法很多，在日常生活中，只要我们有心，处处可以学习英语。在校内， 抓好课堂时间，给予学生充分的时间与空间，教给学生学习的方法，教学生独立、合作、创 造性地解决问题。鼓励学生在校园里与同学之间、老师都尝试用英语进行交流。回到家里， 多看有关少儿英语节目，阅读有关书籍，并养成作笔记的习惯。鼓励学生将自己听到的或看到的自己认为有趣的内容记录下来，带到学校与同学共同交流学习。 3、在学习中，由于各种原因，经常会遇到各个学生学习进步程度不同的情况，久而久之， 便会出现优生与后进生的参差不齐的现象，英语的学习更是如此。针对这种情况，首先找出这类学生后进的原因，一方面鼓励他们认真努力学习，另一方面在课堂中经常性地让其发言，回答问题，纠正其不足。而且带动其他学生，采取一帮一的形式，互相帮助，互相学习，并 进行有效的竞赛活动。小学英语打基础，培养兴趣的阶段，更不能让任何一个学生产生厌学 的情况，力求使每一个学生都能以积极的态度面对英语的学习 作为一名年轻教师，还有很多需要学习和探索的地方，尤其是在个人专业及课堂教学水平方面，都比较稚嫩。但我相信只要多学习，多投入，多努力，改进方法，一定能有较好的收获。
