一、成人高考加分照顾政策
1.运动健将和武术项目武英级运动员称号获得者（须经省级体育行政部门审核并出具运动成绩证明），可在考生考试成绩基础上增加50分投档，是否录取由招生学校确定。
2.国家一级运动员，可在考生考试成绩基础上增加30分投档，是否录取由招生学校确定。
3．符合下列条件之一的考生，可在考生考试成绩基础上增加20分投档，是否录取由招生学校确定。
⑴获得地市级以上（含地市级）人民政府，国务院各部委及各省（区、市）厅、局系统，国家特大型企业授予的劳动模范、先进生产（工作）者及科技进步（成果）奖获得者；
⑵获得省级工、青、妇等组织授予“五一劳动奖章”“新长征突击手”“三八红旗手”称号者；
⑶解放军、武警部队、公安干警荣立个人三等功以上者；
⑷国防科技工业三线企业单位（地处地级以上人民政府所在地的除外）获得企业表彰的先进生产（工作）者；
⑸年满25周岁以上人员；
⑹贫困区县的考生、少数民族聚居区的少数民族考生；
⑺归侨、归侨子女、华侨子女，香港、澳门、台湾籍考生；
⑻烈士子女、烈士配偶。
4.符合下列条件之一的考生，可在考生考试成绩基础上增加10分投档，是否录取由招生学校确定。
⑴自谋职业的城镇退役士兵；
⑵散居非少数民族聚居区的少数民族考生；
⑶三峡库区搬迁移民考生。
二、享受加分照顾政策考生的申报审核程序
考生在报名确认时，需交验相对应的照顾证明材料原始证件及复印件，其中：贫困区县户籍考生，在户籍地报名考试，可享受贫困地区照顾政策。报名时考生须出具本人户籍页原件；少数民族聚居区的少数民族考生，凭本人身份证或户籍页原件报考，可享受聚居区少数民族照顾政策；三峡库区淹没乡镇的搬迁移民考生，须提供由区县移民局出具的相对应证明；自谋职业的城镇退役士兵凭市、区县（自治县）民政部门颁发的《自谋职业证》办理。
凡申报照顾录取的考生，必须在报名时到区县招生考试机构办理相关手续；申报者及其申报照顾项目将在市教育考试院网站、区县招生考试机构公示栏及考区考点公示栏实行三级公示。
符合上述两项或以上照顾政策的考生，最多只能享受其中分值一项照顾政策，不得累加。

2019年成人高考新政策解读 1.学习形式分2种 目前，成人高考的学习方式分业余、函授两种，考生可自由选择。 业余学习是目前成教的主流，也是符合多数成考生需求的学习形式。这种学习形式与工作的矛盾较少，适合在职考生选择。 函授一般以学生自学为主，学校定期组织面授为辅。有这类学习形式的一般是部委高校。 2.招生层次分三类 目前，成人高校的学习层次分为高中起点升专科(高起专)、高中起点升本科(高起本)、专科起点升本科(专升本)3种。考生报考前要根据自身实际情况选择。 报考高起本或高起专层次时，考生要具有高中毕业文化程度。高中起点的考生，在报考时可兼报高起本和高起专。报考专升本时，考生要具有教育部审定核准的国民教育系列专科以上毕业证书。 报考高起专层次的考生，符合毕业条件的毕业时可获得专科学历证书。报考高起本、专升本的考生，符合毕业条件的毕业时可获得本科学历证书，符合学校学位授予条件的还能获得学位证书。不同的学习层次学习年限不同：业余和函授最短学习时间为高起本5年、高起专和专升本2年半。 3.学习未必在本校 成人高校有时会根据情况在多个地点设立学习点，这是一种正常情况。考生如果发现学校有多个办学点，要尽量选择离工作单位或家较近的，方便以后的学习和工作。 4.重要时间早了解 每年举行一次的成人高考，报名、考试、录取、入学等时间都和普通高校不同，考生报考前要有所了解。 成招全国统一考试一般于10月进行。除享受免试入学的少数考生外，其他考生都要参加此次考试。成人高校的新学年在每年3月左右开始。因此，被录取的新生要等到下一年3月才入校学习。 5.不同专业考不同科目 根据报考学习层次和专业的不同，成考生参加统考的科目也不同。
